Superb hotel with excellent restaurant in a beautiful environment. Large heated swimming pool and don't miss the spa and the massages are very very relaxing and do not forget to make the walk around the castle.

Incredibly situated hotel, that occupies a very beautifully restored chateau. We had the largest suite in the hotel which was indeed incredibly big. The restaurant is good and serves nice wines. While it's certainly on the slightly chic side they can also deal with kids very well.

Idyllic setting with beautiful views from an elegant terrace. The Sunday menu had 3 choices for starters and three for mains and dessert. Excellent presentation and tasty food. Our duck was a bit tough but everything else was perfect. A word of warning, on a day with Mistral winds you might need to hang on to your parasol.

We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon and were so pleased with the Chateau. From the drinks by the pool to the dinner in the side room to the pétanque in front of the hotel, we fell in love with the grounds of the hotel. We stayed in Room 1, which was large with tall ceilings and had beautiful windows and decorations. My new wife and I will always think of the Chateau and recommend anyone to stay here. Also, the owner gave us a fantastic recommendation of getting lunch in Grignan.

The restaurant's kitchen is very refined. Obviously we will come back and have already recommended it.

We had an amazing experience at Oliviers de Salettes. The rooms are beautiful, modern and incredibly clean. They were stocked with all the essentials — hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. But also had nice robes and slippers for your trips to the pool and spa. The grounds are stunning with mountain views, walking paths, and large mature trees. The staff here is exceptional. They were all so friendly and willing to help, especially Caroline who was so wonderful and patient with my wife and I as we had questions about the chateau's history and things to do in the surrounding area. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are offered at certain times throughout the day and the food is incredible. At dinner they offer a true dining experience with a four course meal option. My wife and I are by no means "foodies" and were a little nervous about the menu (my wife is vegan), but they accomodated her perfectly by preparing a meal for her needs. It's a small menu and if you've never had a meal in this manner or with these options (like monkfish or duck confit) it may seem a little intimidating but I would tell you to go for it. We did and loved every bite of what was prepared. After that if you just want a burger and frites there is a place in town called le Tims kfe that has an awesome burger (burger, fries and salad for $8.50).

We stayed 4 nights with our 2 years old baby and everything was absolutely Perfect. Everyone was very nice and the cuisine was even above our expectations. The region is beautifull and there is a very nice exhibition until the end of August 2017. Do not miss this resort.

Very good stay for two days of birthday. Very nice room Very fine evening meal: We ordered a coffee at the end of the meal, accompanied by a nougat, and we had the same in our room. We reported on the morning of our departure at the reception: error on their part did not give us any mignardises as expected. Told us that this will be reported but damage no commercial gesture: drinks offered before departure or cafe from the day before deducted!

The only downside if I had to give one would be on breakfast which although very good with very good products seemed to me a little "simple" for a breakfast at 18.
We will definitely come back to that.

Great château, with great breakfast and dinner. It is very quiet and you need a car. The restaurant was closed from Monday to Wednesday. Everything was quite pricy, but it's worth it.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights during our honeymoon. After taking a bit of a long route from Nice we got here very tired. The staff are fantastic they made our stay lovely.
The views are fantastic the location is beautiful! The food is some of the nicest I have sampled in France.

Where to start — the incredible, attentive staff — the views of each room — the rooms themselves, all equally beautiful — the grounds and walks around the Chateau — the pool and spa — the food is delicious, both the breakfast, lunch, and dinner is a must (best food I had in all of France) — but the staff is by far the best staff of any hotel I've ever stayed. They are all welcoming, warm, and beyond helpful! I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home with beautiful rooms, a spa and a heated swimming pool. The table is of very good quality and the staff very nice. The estate is perfectly maintained. This house is chic (and quiet! ) without the snobbish side that would have bothered me. Honestly, I think you should enjoy it now because the value for money is excellent.
Special mention for the prestige suite that offers exceptional services.
