I have now stayed at this hotel twice and will be back again in a few months time. It is very clean and well kept. It is a boutique hotel, so there may not be a lot of services, however the staff is very pleasant, agreeable and helpful and have always bent over backwards to be of assistance to me during my visits. I love the rooms, the breakfast served in your room is HUGE, and very well done. A treat and pleasure to eat in bed on a tray. My only disappointment is the food is limited for lunch and dinner, however that is no reason to not go, as everything else makes up for it, and the staff are happy to help you find local and convenient nearby restaurants.

It was a good experience stay at C2 Marseille. Great installation and facilities, in a creative arquitecture a design. A solid team work able to make guests feel like home. We had a great visit as a family Group of 10.

For the arrival well received with a smiling and cheerful staff. The service offered is also top quality. The rooms are spacious and well ordered with a beautiful bathroom.
The spacious part is very well appointed allowing to relax easily with more a small buffet available for this refreshing without difficulty.
I would recommend this hotel or the Ice_cream service was more than good.

Magical place, beautiful… the Champagne is delicious! The bar is very well kept and the bartender Super professional and warm… so well that came back… and we'll be back again!

Usually we (me and my colleague) are staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Marseille but unfortunately it was fully booked and we had to stay at the C2 Hotel for one night. The guy from the reception gave me Room Nr. 1 located on the ground level, which means it was located on the same floor as the street (not a small street) and right next to the elevator. As it is an old (an actually nice) building it has these super thin old Windows. After I realized how loud this room was (you can even hear the people talking on the street and the elevator) I kindly asked the hotel manager to give me a another (silent) room. Doesn't matter which room type, I just needed a silent room where I can sleep as I have to work during the night. He said he can't do anything as the hotel is fully booked. I can understand the this can happen but I can absolutely not understand why a Hotel (with 5 stars) are offering a room like this to Hotelguests. During the day you have big cars on the street and the elevator next to your room. The people from the street can look directly into the room through the window as it has the same height. So if you want some privacy you have to close all the curtains. You can decide between daylight or privacy during the day. In the end I had no sleep in this hotel as it was simply not possible with all the noise. The Hotel itself is actually okay. But not worth 5 stars. Not at all. And Room Nr. 1 is just a joke. Please be aware of it.

A hotel that fulfils its promises. We would like to be disoriented and it is. Hotellerie recent and taste. Service present and attentive service in this intimate hotel where you quickly feel like home. A touch of rok'n roll, which is welcome to give a different print and want to come back in this hotel everything ordered by Delphine the director. The location and the breakfast are in line with the status of the hotel. Thank you to all the team for their hospitality.

I was not able to stay here as my plans changed. My review is for the hotel staff, which graciously refunded our reservation when they had no obligation after listening to the circumstances surrounding our cancellation. That gesture makes me excited to stay there in the future.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at C2. As an American in Marseille, the concierge and Julien in particular could not have been more helpful. Whether it was reserving a wonderful excursion to the Clanques, or organizing the best table at a beautiful restaurant (Peron) the staff at C2 made our stay as wonderful as it could have been. In our opinion there could be no better place to stay in Marseille! The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. If you are in Marseille, stay here and enjoy their wonderful staff and concierge. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Superb hotel, beautiful and private. Amazing service, people always looking to help and give advice on places to go to. Definitely a best in class.

Great design hotel, modern look totally integrated in a historic and nice building. Rooms are really nice, restroom is also very well conceived. Service is super welcoming and carefull. Hotel Parking is available. The breakfast is just fantastic with a vast choice of fresh and tasty foods. The Spa in the hotel was not completely available for some issues with the Turkish bath but nice design. Sitting between the harbour and the hill of the wonderful Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde. Overall experience is great. Strongly suggested for a visit to Marseille.

Great hotel at a great location. Everything really Good: beautiful building and room but the true strength of the hotel is the incredibly brilliant and warm staff, in particular the great Romain and Julien.

Beautiful independent hotel whose restoration of the building is beautiful. Between old and modern the balance is perfect! The design designed by 2 Marseille makes it a unique place and offset from the rest beautiful also but sometimes a little agreement!

We were charmed by this unusual hotel. The welcome is impeccable and even warm. The very nice room allowed us to sleep in all the comforts that one would expect from a hotel of this standard. The Spa is irresistible and breakfast is very well selected with fresh, healthy and good produce. Finally, the hotel's location is ideal for any type of stay. The staff being friendly and helpful we were able to enjoy this beautiful city without too much difficulty. Thank you C2 we will be back!

Just magical! Room 22 to fall, the adorable room even when you are tired and demanding, waitresses at the bar perfect and reactive, the photos and the site are short of reality… A modern deco in a fabulous old setting, 's done it in harmony, in the comfort and good taste… Really a very nice address… In a neighborhood perfect addition… What happiness.

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for first time and repeat visitors to Marseille. The staff are excellent, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, with an extensive selection of pastries, fruits, salmon, cold cuts, cheese, etc. The location is perfect, on a quiet street just a couple short blocks from the Vieux Port and near many great restaurants. It is also a short walk to the Metro and from there a short hop to the Saint Charles Station, where you can take the train/bus to Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Arles. Altogether a great find and a place we would definitely stay again.

Phenomenal 5-star hotel. Modern, classy decor. Amazing spa in the basement. Quiet, clean rooms. Friendly, hip staff. The hostess told us about a concert (which we were planning on going to anyway) and then printed our tickets for us when we realized we needed them printed. A highlight of our trip to Marseille.

Class: a true 5 stars, more and more rare in France.
