Perfect hotel, very pro staff and smiling. Everything was clean, the hotel bar offers a nice view of the old harbour. The only downside being the price of the room, cheaper on booking than on the spot.
We'll be back with :)

Greatest part of this hotel is the location. We arrived late at night and started to wonder if this place was a little overpriced. But that all changed when I woke up in the morning walked around to the “backside” of the hotel and it was an amazing view of the very busy and beautiful harbor. I am not one to normally pay extra for a view out of my hotel window, because is rather be outside experiencing it, but this one might be worth it. Parking and car access can be challenging as it’s in a restricted access street.

This hotel is an awesome place to stay when in Marseille. The staff is very warm and friendly. I'm disabled, and they were very accommodating and attentive to my needs. The hotel is beautiful. Its decor is an eclectic mix of old and modern furnishings that work well together. The hotel is in the heart of Vieux Port. There are rooms with a great view of the port. The hotel bar and breakfast room overlook the port. Sitting in the bar with its awesome view is a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. There are great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at Grand Hotel Beauvau.

Very nice hotel and Nice rooms; the reception is young and friendly; the breakfast is not bad (especially in terms of choice — the pastries in particular are excellent) but a level below the Vieux Port residence. What is regrettable: no SOAP at the time of taking the shower (the dispenser is empty), 2 bottles of water and that is all in the mini-bar (superior room with view on port) and they are not replaced once consumed, TV limited to TNT channels — the c able is broken during my stay of 3 days (so no C +, no international chain…) and it did not traumatized them! 4 stars but the details prevent the 5 *.

Quality bedding, superb and spacious shower. Beautiful view of the harbor as requested. With a superb reception with a cocktail offered.
The TV did not pick up but hey it's a detail… I recommend!

The hotel is in the Harbour view and all the toiletries in the hotel are made of Auchoudin, a famous French brand.

Spectacular place, beautiful and with a great view, I thank the people that "if" spoke Spanish and the receptionist who did not speak Spanish without resentment, the place is a dream and located in the heart of Marseille. All accessible and at hand. Restaurants own or outside well close. Beautiful night view. Beautiful history of the city and great variety of people to feel comfortable anywhere. Thanks a lot.

Very nice hotel. We had a room to the harbour side and enjoyed the view. A view from the window after getting up and the day can begin. The breakfast was also very good. We felt very comfortable.

Perfect location in the Old Port area. Some rooms face the waterfront and the breakfast room and bar area on the first floor also faces the water. The Metro station entrance is just 30 metres from the hotel's front door and connects to the main train station. The rooms are tastefully and comfortably decorared. We particularly liked the quiet and cosy bar which offers a menu of a few light snacks. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you could choose from 50 or more restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Great location next to the Old Port. Bed comfortable, room cozy and clean. Breakfast buffet rich, although without much variety. By putting a couple of drawbacks; the only window was to an interior courtyard and dingy and the shower was going alone from cold water to hot. But in general it is a good option to stay in Marseille.

Very nice hotel at the harbor of Marseille. Also includes a very nice French breakfast that covers much more than the basic coffee and croissant. Misses a gym and a restaurant, however there are plenty of good places to eat nearby.

A perfect weekend! Room with balcony overlooking the old Port, as requested when booking. Very friendly, the staff, we can no longer pleasant.

4 Stars for a 4 star, good reception, this is probably the best placed hotel in Marseille (in the center of the old Port) with an unobstructed view at breakfast.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. The hotel is not as fine and noble as a Sofitel, but with its own charm and friendly staff It is a great tip for a city trip.
The breakfast room is very nicely decorated and you can watch the harbour events directly during breakfast, if you were lucky enough to get a table by the window.
The hallways to the rooms are unfortunately equipped with hideous lamps and seem a little run down and dusty.
The bathrooms are almost in the Sofitel standard.
On TV, unfortunately you have to send the scrap transmitter SAT1 & Co. Endure. Unfortunately, the public service has not been fed here. But I do not think that SAT1 spectators would feel comfortable here in such a fine hotel.

Stayed for a long weekend. Great location on the Old Port, easy walking distance to everywhere. Hotel has a small lift so get to know other guests! Bar and restaurant on first floor have port views from arched windows, both were very quiet when we stayed in late October. Weather was lovely though so always ate outside at a wide selection of very good seafood restaurants just moments away. Friendly and welcoming front of house staff, although the front of the hotel is… at the back.

Excellent hotel and great location. Staff at front desk and restaurant/breakfast are very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and modern interiors. Bus stop and metro right there. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely rooms, great location right on the old port. Nice and quiet.

Great hotel on the old port of Marseille. Excellent reception. Breakfast to discover.

Nearby parking is limited and valet parking is pricey (24 euros a day). Room is comfy with a large tv. We have a shower, but no tub. Our room has a small balcony with an amazing view overlooking the old harbor. There is a mini fridge.

You cannot beat the location. It is just a block from the old port.

Very nice hotel. Detailed rooms and furnishings OK. The location is great. I only stayed one night. I think the price is a little excessive considering also that no breakfast was provided. In addition the Wi-Fi is limited to 24:00 H.

Nice hotel with beautiful views of water. Recently renovated older hotel, many rooms are unique with modern amenities. Very close to Marseilles restaurants and other activities all accessible by walking.

The location of hotel and the view it offers on the old port for some of its rooms make it a good address. The decoration of the rooms is neat and refined. The staff is courteous (no more). Some rooms are "no smoking" which is nice. We will certainly return.
