Out of price! Hotel is very old and needed a reconstruction. The golden price of it for now is €40 instead of €107 for 2 persons (July 2018). Breakfast is very simple, coffee is not tasty. Room was not very clean, bathroom was all in a fungus. Wi-fi did not work at all, insipid on 3 lines. At night was very hot (mid-July), air conditioner worked poor. We opened the window, but sleeping was absolutely awful (traffic fumes, noise, mosquitos…). Moreover, even in city centre (old harbour area) you absolutely do not feel safe. I would better escapes my visit to Marseille! One plus is only for a kind staff.

In Marseille, I stayed at this hotel. Very very good surprise, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, well thought out (electrical outlets in the right places). The bathroom is superb (a real treat). The most is the breakfast (for €6), pastries, fruit, fruit salads, several types of breads, Arabian cakes, honey jams, bacon, fruit juices, teas, coffee. Rad.
Finally, a luggage service on top of the top.
I would recommend to every point of view this hotel.

Very nice location in the center of Old port, very good value for money, very clean establishment nothing to say held by a couple very friendly to small care, listening, and ready to provide you with all the information you will need eventually I sejournerais another time without hesitation.

Hotel convenient, everything is at millimetre near, no spaces. It reminds me of the Futurama series and Bender's room.

Hotel very well located, close to the old Port and la Canebière, restaurants, shops. We stayed a great stay for a week at this hotel. Booking via internet was easy and convenient, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, full, open buffet, perfect to start a great day of discovery of Marseille. We will definitely be back next year.

A word to highly recommend the Europe Hotel. Great location, just of the Old Port in Marseille city centre. Very tidy rooms, pristeen bathrooms and everything you need in terms of TV and air con (it was hot when we were there). There was free Wi-Fi which makes a nice change. The staff were efficient and friendly, keen to offer advice and all of them had good english. Without hesitation I'd go back and at 70 Euro per night I thought it was very well priced.

Home friendly and warm!

Very well located in the center of Marseille, we were at a few metres from the old port. A very friendly welcome we were booked, Laurent and Mike are good advice to take advantage of the tips of the Center.
We were able to take advantage of the internet station available for all weekend and leave our luggage when leaving the room Sunday afternoon.
I you Council restaurant Toinou for their shells (to 2 minutes from the hotel).

We stayed here for a couple of nights recently and were very impressed by the service we received. A great location, within walking distance of all you need for a short city break. The rooms were clean and tidy, they even had Wi-Fi access, and all in all we were pleased to find a such a pleasant hotel without paying over the top money. Should we return to Marseille then this hotel offers a great base.

Just as Mark from Ireland has stated this hotel offers good value and the staff are more than helpful. 145.80 Euros for two nights.
