We enjoyed our stay at this very well located hotel (near the Trams and metro station Castellane or Estrangin). A very good welcome from the staff, always available. Service to THE TOP!
There were 3 of us and had booked a triple room. This one was very clean, air-conditioned and functional. A room enough for holidaymakers. Only downside: the mattresses are hard, I'm not used to it.

This might be the best hotel in Marseille for this pricerange. Really nice bathrooms and the bed was comfy too. Nice and modern in overall, however, the breakfast was very expencive (10 EUR / person and day) and the staff could have been more hospitable. The walk to the beach takes around 50 min.

Very very disappointing, the room is tiny it's hardif you don't walk on our suitcases! The condition of the room leaves everything to be desired is in poor condition: deteriorated office, dirty wall, dirty and damaged parquet, damaged ceiling. Only the bathroom is intact. And I continue: TV the size of a computer screen, poorly soundproofed room we hear everything outside and everything in the hallway because the housekeeper vacuums all morning and all afternoon until about 6pm! One wonders where the hotel has found its 3 stars! astonishing!

Unpleasant reception, misinformed on the parking facilities, over-charged for city tax (applied on child stay although it is supposed only for 18+ y. O. ) such a dissappointment!

A good welcome in a hotel not far from the old port. Rooms not very large but very functional with a nice bathroom and a door between the room and the entrance that allows you not to hear the noises in the floors. A hearty breakfast. Hotel full of charm on Marseille, I recommend.

Nice bathroom, well equipped room, good bedding, a little bit, but to sleep and wash it's great. Good Wi-Fi, and the staff and great! Breakfast and great, of course a little expensive 10 euros. But hey this is the South ☺ ️

Very nice place to stay in, while visiting Marseille. I stayed in a cosy room in the attic. Loved it. Very nice personel too. And I loved sitting in the tearoom.

Nice overall. However, the rooms are not enough soundproof so too much noise especially in the corridors and rooms.

Comfortable, clean, helpful staff. We were a family of 5, had a lovely stay in this really convenient location.

The hotel is excellently located within strolling distance of the main tourist area, with good metro and tram connections. There are two cafes within walking distance if you want a change from the hotel breakfast. The rooms were adequate and good value for money, but the Wi-Fi was patchy. The staff were helpful. Only disappointment on arrival was to discover that the bar did not stock any wine or other alcoholic drinks.

Correct delivery, room clean but quite small. The air conditioning seems to be optional, as it took to ask lighting at the reception, reception which was not the most pleasant.

Cute little hotel in the antique quarter. Room was small but completely adequate. Quiet location but close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful. A great value.

The most: the staff of the hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean, the bathroom spotless, comfortable bedding.
Cons: the breakfast OK but water for tea in the dispenser is warm, it is missing a few small pastries, the reception of the hotel is a bit dated, the elevator vintage, problem in the pipes since I heard a rattling irregular but standing in my room all night.
Overall however it was fine, good value for money.

I have not enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I found the unfriendly receptionist, and the room was quite small and very nice, you could hear the engine of the fan outside the hotel.

Very friendly staff.
The facility is very clean and the area is close to the Castalane square. Despite the work, she was always busy. Access to the old port is 15 minutes walk but the way will seem long given the restaurants and bars that it is.
I recommend this hotel.

Booked the room last minute. Stayed by myself. The room I got was under the roof with the last floor without elevator. Very small but clean. The internet was incredible slow. Great location, great staff, a little overpriced, Would not stay here with my wife.
