The worst hotel ever Very bad customer service No privacy in your room (will hear everything in other rooms) Some light (lamps) broken.

For the price, the hotel is pretty good. The comfort and cleanliness are there in the rooms. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The street is not very busy but a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open. On the other hand the breakfast is not top. Too expensive for what it is, not even a little chocolate bun or a croissant.

Excellent, welcome and very well placed! Clean, air conditioned, very well located and friendly staff. The only hotel that still has a room the day we would be in this town, had fair or bad reviews.

What to say… Come to spend a night with family this is the first and last time in this hotel. A dilapidated and a cruel lack of maintenance is noteworthy in this establishment. Mold around the window, yellowish traces on the walls, floors and moldy joints in the bathroom, dirty switches (glued hair) and broken… and only one plug in the (family) room opposite the beds.

I was overall very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It is well located, a few minutes walk to the old harbor. There are a lot of shops in the area, and you can find everything you need. The single rooms are small and sober, but functional, and above all, clean (this is the most important for me). The breakfast is very friendly (I only needed the cheese). The only thing that bothered me in this room is the number of electrical plugs: there is only one in the main room (there is another one in the bathroom, but it only works if the light is on). If, like me, you have several devices to be recharged in the evening (computer, phone, tablet, electronic cigarette, toothbrush…), plan a multi-take!

Convenient, it's downtown and has parking, but it's terrible.

Cheap relegates. I think this is the best description for this place.

The front desk gladly provided us with a hair dryer when we asked for it, although they do not have indoor slippers available. Elevators are available, and the location is not bad with a supermarket and tram about 100 m down the road. The metro is comparatively far though, and it was a bit of a hassle rolling down our suitcases from the metro to the hotel on the first day.

Good Location also accessible from the Train station on Foot, rooms functional with Bathtub, TV, rel large Breakfast with fresh Bread, Cereal, Yogurt, Jams and Cakes.

Low quality in every way. Except the staff, which is correct, the rest of the services leave a lot to be desired.

The worst hotel I never been. It's dirty, olé and noisy. The elevator has a disgusting music (like a Bell ir something like that) that is making noise ALL THE TIME. Try to avoud this hotel. Also the room smells awful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean The location was convenient. BUT there is no phone in the room there is no phone in.

Arrived at 10pm in Marseille without knowing where to sleep, I was greeted in this hotel for 54, 99 euros/night. The receptionist was very courteous and friendly. It's a two star, so the rooms are nothing fancy but it wasn't what I was looking for for my budget… I found it a pity that the shower room was a little run down. On the other hand, although the rooms are not soundproof, I was not inconvenienced by the noise, even though I was located next to an elevator. If I go back to Marseille, I will probably take this hotel again. Ideally located a few metres from the prefecture, a few minutes walk from the old Port, Notre-Dame-de-la-garde, etc.

Hotel very basic, at reception the friendliness is the right one although everything we have needed we have been able to solve (only French and English) The room was the worst, the air conditioner lost water and wet the whole bed and floor, the bathroom a smell of plumbing Horr Bear, we had to buy an air freshener. The cleanliness of the room the just, the floor in the 5 days have not even swept it. Too fair for the price of the hotel. A single plug in the entire room.
Good location, supermarket very close to 1-2 minutes, just down the street. Very good connection with tram and bus.

Great hotel for the price. Clean, working air-con, great location and friendly staff. Was a bit old looking with poor finish, but to be expected based on price/rating.

Only the location is good.
1. Very dirty, with 2 cockroaches yet.
2. When I arrived in the room in the evening, the light switch next to the front door did not work. Then I was told that it depends on which light switch the light was made out of. Even then there was a broken light bulb that was not exchanged.
3. The wall bracket for the shower head hung on the bottom screw, the top had already loosened from the wall.
4. At check-in in the evening I was told that the check-out should take place at the latest at 12:00. I also pay for 24 hours of parking, I. E. My car can stay there until evening, even after check-out.
The next day I could not get 11:40 to the room to pick up my luggage as my card was blocked. Also, another colleague at the front desk (Henry) told me that I should leave the room at about 8 o'clock, despite the 12 o'clock check-out… without reason… for him. Also, my car must not stay in the parking after check-out.
Even at a cheap hotel you can expect a lot. For example, friendly to the guests. Never again!

Not Good: 1. The air conditioner leaks water 2. One of the receptionists (Henry) is impolite, others are helpful 3. So bad of the room cleanliness 4. Almost all daily products are not provided 5. The breakfast is so expenive (Euro 5.9 per person) 6. The Wi-Fi is only available for certain number of devices, even you turn off the Wi-Fi in 1 device, others still cannot connect to it, because the MAC address is remembered by the router.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Standard rates, I didn't know if the place is non smoker, but I could smell marijuana fumes close to my room.

Hotel with excellent value for money! Close to the old port, very comfortable room, while being financially accessible. I reconseille.

Good average hotel for one night at very affordable price in the heart of the city (10 minutes from the old port) with private Parking for only 6 euros a day and I. The Breakfast is modest, but only 4, 9 euros. We had to leave very early, so the Breakfast we were saved. Wi-Fi is great (we lived on the 2nd floor). The room window opened onto the inner courtyard, so quiet — perfect! The hotel staff speaks English, even in Marseille is not found everywhere. It's a chain hotel so everything went smoothly and no mistakes. Chekin, checkout simple and fast. Of the minuses: only one socket in the room, it is very inconvenient, because In a double room need to charge at least two phones.

Good Location. Nice Staff. The room should be better cleaned. Bed sheets were just turned over, to renew instead of you. Free Wi-Fi. Otherwise ok.

There were 4 of us, the beds are very comfortable, very nice staff, the clean rooms, TV, and breakfast is hearty! The only small problem was the lack of outlets (1 to 4), but resolved by asking the host a power strip, I recommend!

L elevators and lobby d home the bed it will but the bathroom oula to hold shower room 501 pear and it is breaking and holes in the wall and the room non-smoking but you can open the window to smoke and there are burns from cigarettes on the ground and a single plug for the room etc €70 the night there are probably better on Marseille.

In serious need of a makeover. Barebones minimum kinda place, bring your own shampoo! The staff are really nice though!

Forced to change room at night because invasion of bed bugs! Plus they have a record on their counter indicating the infested rooms but they allow themselves to give them to customers.

Don't go there!
It is is stealing our camera during breakfast! No reaction on the part of staff, accusing us of lying.! Do not agree to the rooms next to the elevators because they are not covered by the scope of the surveillance cameras and they are hiding behind that excuse.
The staff is incompetent! What ruin her stay.
