The hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly. Rooms were better than I was expecting. My main reason for this review is the B Club terrace restaurant. The people attending and serving you are fantastic. The food is excellent and you can watch it being prepared on the wood stove fire ring. Drinks were great. Try the local Rose. Outstanding. Kudos to the staff at B Club.

Wow factor. Casually elegant and dressed up like Fancy Nancy, this hotel goes all out on glam — shabby chic — but hardly shabby. Crystal light fixture cascades, rose shaped door knobs, just so pretty and fun. Great location too. Walkable to anywhere. Loved this place and can't wait to return. Oh — and the breakfast! Charming. Staff, food, design.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Nice. Unfortunately, my experience was soured due to several oversights that frustrated me as a patron. First, my girlfriend and I had booked two sunbeds for the early afternoon on the rooftop pool and they gave one of the sunbeds away to another patron without checking whether they had booked it or not. What really bothered me was that the attendant at the patio did not rectify the situation, but rather unapologetically said "you can take it or leave it". Totally unacceptable response. After speaking with the concierge, they apologized profusely and said "Lete speak with the day manager to see what we can do for you". Nothing was done during our stay, no note from the manager, or any additional communication. On checkout day, we had breakfast in the restaurant. My dish came out cold and undercooked. This five-star hotel acted like a two-star. Would not recommend as part of the Marriott's Autograph Collection portfolio.

Excellent service and rooms were immaculately. New roof top pool with Italian chief… reserve a spot poolside asap.

I stayed here for only 1 night. The hotel is very nice and the service and people are good. I did wake up in the morning with bites on my legs from something. When I pointed this out to the staff they didn’t seem surprised that I was saying this. For this reason I can’t really recommend this place. It’s very disappointing considering I am a loyal member of the Marriott rewards program and a loyal customer. I still have marks on my legs from these bites to this day.

Fantastic boutique hotel, designed with typical Italian flair. Very welcoming staff who are very accommodating. Bedroom was lovely, although there was no view. I was aware there were risottos on the front of the hotel and specifically asked for a room away from this, so it was perfect. Spa onsite is a little confusing to orientate, you have to go through the pool to access the sauna and steam room. We only discovered this on our second visit to the pool. Despite this, we so enjoyed every moment! Thanks!

5 star hotel with mold in the tub/shower. Restaurant staff not great but otherwise nice hotel although I can find mold filled hotel rooms for much cheaper. (They did comp us our valet parking due to the mold and returned the car with fresh human spit running down the side… Don't know where they parked it but it's not their fault? They washed it off though. ) All in all not the best hotel, very surprised it all happened under the boscolo brand. We chose not to stay a second night.

A very nice weekend spent in this chic establishment. Very professional staff live up to my expectations. In this hotel you will find an excellent restaurant, a spa to relax and really nice rooms. We liked the nice attention they booked us.
We will return!

Very beautiful place, very elegant, very classy and well designed. Very expensive drinks which are not special. Could be much better if they actually cared about the menu. Service is average. You would expect more after paying such a high price. I guess some places are more about appearance than about value.

Lovely welcome and staff were all friendly and warm. Room was upgraded and super. However meal was dreadful in fish restaurant. The waiter spilt the champagne then kept spilling the wine. The food was not cooked so could not eat it so advised him and he said he would report it… nothing heard again. So refused pudding and coffee expecting a free glass perhaps… but heard nothing after complaint. Such a shame as restaurant was such an unwelcoming place and let down the lovely front line staff on desk and door. Several days they forgot to make our room up but this did not matter to us.

Amazing hotel located centrally between trains and shopping district within walking distance from Mediterranean sea and old Town area. Has tram two blocks from it for ease of transportation and is quite luxurious with fabulous service. We were there 7 days. Breakfast service is wonderful!

Amazing time. Highly recommend the Boscolo. Great hotel and super friendly staff. We will be back.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We spent four nights here and are extremely satisfied. The breakfast is excellent and also the hotel restaurant deserves an excellent. If we come back to Nice, we will only get off at the Boscolo Exedra Nice.

We tested the restaurant "La Pescheria" and our disappointment was immense… If the decor is nice and the staff considerate, the food is clearly not up to the ambitions! Limited choice, bland dishes worthy of a local brewery… The tasting menu yet presented on the hotel site was simply not available? The addition is, as for it, very very salty… to avoid because for rates of this order there is much better in Nice!

Awesome experience at a luxury hotel! This is the place to go. Easy walking around Nice and restaurants within easy distance. Construction going on right now, but that only means it will be better in the future!

The hotel is having some tramworks right in front of it but besides abit of accessibility issues, the noise didn’t affect us much. All the staff has been very polite and friendly so far, and has tried to assist us whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was interesting but we went early and did not have to wait too long for food to be served. Buffet fruit options could be improved I guess but the breads and juices were amazing! And the pastries too! The host was very friendly to us and tried to engage our child to make her laugh. The pool is indoors but not crowded due to that fact. We stayed in the exclusive room which is very spacious and bright (2 sets of windows being the corner room). The only grouse would be the shower design. There’s no shower curtain and all the water from showering always makes the whole area in front of the shower entrance very wet. We got more rugs to place in front of the bathtub but it’s quite dangerous still (floor being marbled). We are still enjoying our stay.

Excellent location, service to the top with a thoughtful and smiling staff, a very nice setting and a nice restaurant map. In short, delicious stay.

Edit: ***After my initial review we were given a DISCOUNTED RATE (still having to pay more) but then WAS ASKED TO REMOVE MY BAD REVIEW. This along with our room keys never seemed to work amongst other things brings me to give the lowest rating possible. For an establishment to INFLUENCE its own reviews is SHADY. Unfortunately for them I don't believe in such a practice. You want good reviews then EARN them. Any "high reviews" this hotel or even their entire company has received I'd take with a grain of salt. My family will NEVER bother with ANY of their locations in the future. *** Upon arrival we had an issue with checking-in. Zoltan, who was helping us told us there was a problem with our reservation. Basically our reservation of 2 adults and 1 child had only showed up as 2 guests only and we had the only option of taking a suite practically twice our original rate. After making it obvious that we didn't want to do that he told us to find our confirmation from Expedia regarding our booking. We were already very tired, extremely irritated, and hungry (around 11:00PM coming straight from the airport) but went ahead to comply with finding our confirmation info. After some great difficulty (Wi-Fi speed extremely slow) we were able to finally get the booking confirmation info after 30 mins and went back to Zoltan.

Avoid at all costs! Booked our stay Aug 18-21. This place has a long way to be in the luxury 5 star category. First, upon our arrival to the suite, the sink was not draining — took the staff a copule of hours to fix and clean the mess, while we were trying to get ready. No full time concierge at the hotel. "decided to take Thursday off" As a result, when asked for a restaurant recommendation, we were booked to go to a tapas bar (which had only 3 items on the menu). When explained that tapas is not what we were looking for dinner, were given restaurant names with no explanation of dinner menus or cusines. Eventually just ended up walking streets near the hotel to look for a restaurant. On top of that, when we got back, the maid had left a dirty coffee cup along with another dirty dish on the table in our suite. The worst — construction outside the hotel starts at 630 am, and it is absolutely impossible to sleep even with ear plugs on. So, save yourself from all of the above by staying at a different hotel!

Anything we asked for was a 5-10 Euro up charge. We wanted to use a wine opener, that's 5 euros, we wanted something brought to our room, that's 5 euros, we wanted some ice, that's 5 euros. That is not normal for a FIVE star hotel. You don't nickel and dime guests. That's tacky! We stayed one night at your hotel even though we were in Nice for 4 days, the hotel was so beautiful we wanted to enjoy the experience but it wasn't good. We also wanted to take the wine we purchased in Provence outside to smoke and the staff told us we couldn't do that. After we left, the only thing that should've been charge is one night stay. You guys held a told of $850 USD on my credit card. I called my credit card company and they said you guys would have to release the hold, I spoke to a Supervisor Wednesday August 9, 2017 at around 7:30pm and she said she would call the credit card company to release the hold immediately, she didn't know if it would go through because accounting was closed. She told me that if it didn't she would have Sonya who was the Supervisor on Thursday August 10, 2017 call to have the hold released at 8:30am. She told me she would email or call me to confirm it was done. I never heard anything. I followed up and nobody ever got back to me. I only have one credit card to use to travel so your hotel holding an additional $500 USD after I checked out was a big inconvenience. It wasn't necessary either because the final charge had already went through.

I especially like the spa.

Nice hotel, but maintenance leaves wanted, for a 5 star I think it is not the height, friendly staff but lack for some professionalism, the restaurant not at all has the height also, tasteless cuisine worthy of a brewery Basic. Damage.

Very modern, unique yet chic. 5-10 minutes from the promenade, train station, and old town. The construction that everyone is referring to did not bother us because we were out of our room most of the day and only came back in the evenings.

Beautiful and amazing hotel in centre of Nice! Hotel has an amazing spa facility available to all guests complete with a warm pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The perfect spot to ease away! Staff were accomodating and extremely helpful. The restaurant also offers great cuisine.

It's a fake 5 stars. Restaurant map Mediocre. Service at the shabby bar. No maintenance in the rooms. It's missing some ait. Deco very kitch and poorly maintained. Instead, prefer the palace of the Mediteranee.

It's very nice the rooms are top we eat very well the perfect welcome.
At breakfast the staff is a bit overgrown but you find everything salty sweet.
I have a good time at the spa it's very nice in low season.

Had to wait almost two hours for room. Door lock failed after half a day. No kettle or iron in the room. Average breakfast.

Comme ci comme ça. This is a very nice hotel don't get me wrong. I would have give it more stars but it's just the little things. On check in, the boss had to wait over an hour for his room. I had to wait almost two. The room was nice with 18 different types of soaps shampoo and conditioner. Love the roll down black out shades. Day two and I couldn't get into my room. The battery in my door lock had gone flat. It's still flat and I now have a manual key. That took a couple of extra sets of key cards to establish that it was in fact the lock. No kettle or iron in the room which sucks for a caffeine junkie. I had to stagger down to the lobby for the free drip filter mud in the corner of the room. But it had caffeine and that's all I was after at that time in the morning. Breakfast is average. Glad I didn't pay for it. Gym is great and the pool is magical. The lady in the gym was really friendly which makes up for the rest of the staff.

I live in Nice, I did not have the opportunity to test this hotel;
on the other hand, I went to the SPA by Algotherm.

On a perfect breakfast, one negative note. … coffee and CAP are not up to even a half star … ever I sare waited crap made with freeze-dried coffee maker.

The place itself is lovely… nice decor and the rooms are really nicely designed. However the staff were pretty rude (apart from the chambermaids) and there was a lot of noisy building work going on. All in all though a good hotel and would probably stay there again.

This a great place to stay! Not very expensive compare to other 5 stars in riviera and very nice design in decoration and style especially the spa with indoor pool, staff is welcoming, rooms very spacious, book the one at 4th floor with balconies they have also nespresso machine, nice touch.

A great place to enjoy Nice, very charming Italian design, welcoming staff, love the style of the rooms very sexy all white but very large size, the plus are certainly the Spa with indoor pool and excellent massages provided and the Italian gourmet restaurant Pescheria inside the Hotel a great relaxing place with tasty cuisine not usual to eat. I recommend this place to all tourists that like design hotel with Spa. Location is not on the sea but very centrally located for anything else in Nice, shopping old city, gardens.

Particular Hotel and very well run, valid especially the packages, making it easy and fast booking on/line especially if one wants to have everything booked before leaving, personally for work I attend so many facilities for all occasions, and Personally I was satisfied with 100% of the treatment and the quality price ratio, considering the high level we are talking about.
