Very nice hotel. The staff all speak French and English, and specific staff members speak a myraid of other languages. The elevator is slow and small. Breakfast is €12 each, and pretty decent. Rooms are spacious and we had a balcony on the 5th floor. Great location as well, close to the beach and to restaurants.

Don't be fulled by professional pictures for this hotel, in reality this one one of the worst smallest, noisiest hotel we ever stayed. The the barely Motel size room you would pay almost $150 per day and they did not have even bottle water in the room. We almost missed the flight, because front desk messed up with the taxi service and blamed on clerk who order the night before. For whole hotel they have only one employee, who couldn't even leave his chair. Trust us find another hotel, if you respect yourself and wallet. And please do not say that you do not have our name on your records. Total rip off, never again!

Warm and very professional welcome. The hotel is very well kept. The room is spacious and very well equipped.

On a pris une chambre exécutive sur évasions secrètes et nous sommes très content de notre visite. Parfaitement situé dans Nice. Belle chambre spacieuse, belle salle de bain (dommage que ca soit une douche et pas un bain). Literie tres agréable. Le petit dej est bien complet et nous n’avons manqué de rien.

Lovely hotel. We spent 3 nights here in the 'Nice' snow. Everything clean and fresh. Great location. Breakfast consisted of a great variety of continental food plus scrambled eggs and bacon, making a good change for France. Room could have been a little warmer as the convector heater high up on the wall didn't throw enough heat out. Lobby was really cosy and warm. Will definitely return but I just hope the SNOW doesn't!

I love this hotel, but working from home I no longer count the hours spent in front of my PC… until 3 o'clock in the morning last night. And the drama happens… work from 8 am just unbearable I would have known I would not stay… The customer is king is paid is surely not for this noise… I would never come back again… the tranquility is not paid at you apparently I should have gone C Hez Ibis…

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The rooms don't look at all like the pictures. Our bathroom door handle was broken. The receptionist was rude. Literally when I asked if someone could help us with our bags, since we had to park two blocks away because of the road construction, she said: "it's a 3 star hotel. What do you expect? "

This hotel is horrendous. We lost a shopping bag in our room, which was already upsetting. But we understand maids make mistakes too, and things happen. But the way they handled their customer service is horrid. The disgusting and miserable woman called Valerie on the front desk was dismissive and couldn't care less. She was rude as hell from the start. She accused us that it was our fault that the bag went missing. For God's sake, it was a nicely packed shopping bag. Who in the lord would throw that out? Even if we had nothing in it, which we did, we might want to repurpose the bag. Disgusting and inconsiderate place! If you want to stay in Nice, I would highly recommend YNA. I rented a 3-bedroom apt for my folks this time, and they loved it. The local manager was so nice, totally the opposite compared to that front desk c*nt in Victor Hugo.

Located within 10 min walk of station and the beach plus e blocks to buses this hotel is very handy. Standard room is small but clean and fresh Samsung LCD TV has 3 English channels. Nice breakfast. OK value around AUD200 per night in shoulder season.

Hotel with good value for money.

Nice but room too small and I took the toe on the Nier shim has several recoveries and access to the shower room was ADA and difficult but overall I enjoyed.

Bed is not very comfortable, the pillows are extremely hard and awkward. Temperature doesn't stay very consistent in the room and the fan is pretty loud. Breakfast is offered, but a bit overprice for what you get (6 euro for small breakfast, 12 euro for hot breakfast). In a great location, only a few minute walk and you are at the beach. Restaurants, supermarket, and pharmacy very nearby.

Lovely old building with clean modern rooms. Friendly staff. If I had one gripe it would be the slow lift to the 6th floor which only holds a couple of people. Apart from that no issues, good location for the old town and beaches.

Great value 3-star hotel. Recent makeover is a welcome addition, however, there is no coffee maker nor bar fridge in the room.

Beautifully done, very friendly and impeccably clean. Fantastic location, and great price. Bus driver from airport even dropped me at the end of the street!

I will admit that I have not yet travelled to this hotel as my trip is upcoming, but already I felt compelled to write a review acknowledging this hotel's impeccable customer service. In response to a challenge I had booking a reservation, I was prompltly sent a reply to my email within a matter of minutes giving me clear directions of what needed to be done to rectify my issue. I was also assured by Marco that he would be standing by to assist me once I made the necessary adjustments. He was polite, clear and concise and had my issue resolved in the matter of an hour. Keep in mind that email was my only mode of communication. Did I mention it was 11pm in France at the time? I recently read somewhere that response time to quiries is an indication of a hotel's reliability. Marco has increased my confidence that I have booked with the right hotel and in spite of an issue that could have turned me off about my trip, I am at ease and looking forward to my stay. Thank you!
