No A/C in the room just be aware. Great espresso machine.

The approach road to the hotel is quiet and tranquil. The receptionists were kind and friendly. The breakfast area was a bit chaotic. It was not so great. All the standard French breakfast, but without the fruits. The room was super clean. I loved the bathroom. Just that the shower head was leaking water. This leads to wastage. The beds were awesome. It was a bit hot. They could have kept just bedsheets to cover ourselves.

For those who pass an exam at the House of exams, I advise this residence which is well placed. The courtyard is nice, the place is rather quiet. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Small flat, low power Wi-Fi connection. What a pity!

A cosy place and a very nice welcome. The rooms are well appointed and the bedding is at the top! Very close to the exam house. Ideal conditions before contests! I would highly recommend.

Stay from 6 to 7 September 2017 (Z1957RM5).
Easy access residence, close to the RER, House exams, restaurants. No parking.
Hostess: very nice and warm; Thank you Madam for your availability, the welcome you have given us and the ease of booking.
Studio: clean and functional for 3 to 4 people. Appliances and crockery for breakfast.
General setting of the residence: pleasant.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, you feel at home, water, coffee, hot chocolate tea tea teas always available, we every evening when returning to the hotel handcuffed herbal teas, staff always smiling and kind, nothing to say great to spend a few days in Paris with the metro a hundred meters reach the center in max 30 minutes.

24/7 coffee bar available for guests. Over friendly and helpful staffs. Great ambiance at the lobby. Sterilled water available at all times. Hotel located at nearby metro, bus and tram stations. Clean rooms eventho slightly small.

Great hotel, great staff, my number one hotel in Paris. Thank you.

Clean and nice staff to help you get settled. Not far from bus and metro into Paris. It’s a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Grocery shopping close by. A great organic food store right next door!

We had a lovely weekend in Paris, staying at the Royal Regency and enjoying local produce from the nearby market each morning for breakfast on our balcony. The hotel is clean & well equipped and the staff were all courteous & helpful. It is within walking distance of several local sites of interest, including the Paris Botanical Garden, and the metro into Paris city centre is only 15 minutes away. I would be happy to stay at the resort again!

Updated flat that is exceptionally clean and well-equipped kitchen. Leisurely 15 walk to train for travels into Paris. Multiple bakeries, groceries, and restaurants nearby. Bonus are the beautiful flowering trees and massive park. We received the best recommendations for things to do and detailed info for trains and metro. Wonderful place for both couples and families of all ages.

Satifed on the whole during the stay. Quiet around, very good breakfast, standart comfort. Good welcome. Close to Paris and basic necessities. Only small downside: parking a little expensive. I'll do it again.

Great place. The room was clean and comfortable.
In the room functional interior and comfortable bathroom.
And the Metro is 10 minutes walk.

Perfect, well priced accommodation close to the metro and supermarkets. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is quite well equipped except for a chopping board and perhaps a second mirror. We were in a room at the back overlooking an apartment block which was relatively quiet. Close to central Paris with easy access and good value for money.

Great value for money.
Rooms clean and equipped with everything. Strategic location, calm and very stately neighborhood. Excellent staff. Recommended!

The staff is very helpful and all of them spoke english and french. We liked trying to speak french and they were willing to correct and help us. Unfortunately the don't have air conditioning, so be sure to request a fan if you plan on going in the summer. We were there during the last rwo weeks of July with temperatures of up to 37 during the day. The closest meteo and station is abou 500m. We received breakfast every morning.

Very nice place, to redo.

Close to the Metro and reasonable prices. Don't expect to much but it got everything you need if you're staying in Paris and want to save some money. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would give 4 stars for the following facts, 1. When you book a low price hotel, you cant expect 5* facilities. This hotel charges you for bed and breakfast and thats what you get. 2. Excellent location for this price. 5-7 minutes walk to Porte d'italie metro station is not bad. 3. Reception staff is one of the most helpful and honest staff I have ever seen. They do their best to make your stay comfortable and they are very humble about it.
