I would give 4 stars for the following facts, 1. When you book a low price hotel, you cant expect 5* facilities. This hotel charges you for bed and breakfast and thats what you get. 2. Excellent location for this price. 5-7 minutes walk to Porte d'italie metro station is not bad. 3. Reception staff is one of the most helpful and honest staff I have ever seen. They do their best to make your stay comfortable and they are very humble about it. I stayed here with 2 young kids and I enjoyed the hospitality.

Not too large rooms, nice bathroom. Not close to metro (I think 800 m).

A cheap, basic, no frills hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly (make the effort and try to speak French. Even if yours terrible, they appreciate it! ), the rooms were clean. Could do with tea / coffee making facilities in each room, but otherwise not bad!

I made a reservation for may… but after reading the reviews of the Hotel I'm afraid of getting to Paris.

What about this hotel, home disastrous evening, we had a room with the broken shower, the window of the House who do not shut properly, wanting to close it, she almost fell. The hotel located close to the device, let you imagined the noise. Very passable bedding, no extra pillows and blankets. I pointed out to home in the morning, without any apology. Not recommended.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. please do a favor for your family and yourself and DO NOT BOOK this hotel. managed and running with a super unprofessional, super rude people. cheers.

Every night that weve been there was a problem: they have moved us to 3 different rooms at the first night, weve slept with no pillow cases and in separate beds instead of a double bed, the service was awful and they demanded that we'll pay 'city texes' for unknown reasons. Other than that the hotel is far from the city center and from the metro (10 min walk). in conclusion: stay away.

Room just OK. Bathroom with amenities approximate. Small and dirty shower curtain. Breakfast poor and overcrowded. To avoid.

I didn't know that this type of hotel could still exist.

The receptionists were quite friendly and helpful (but. This is the case most of the times). The floors are quite old, carpet with humidity marks, shower with black nasty spots between tiles, Internet speed extremely slow and only available close to the reception, no AC. The breakfast was 8 Eur and extremely low quality and poor but. At Campanile Hotel, just a few meters from this hotel, you can have a quite decent breakfast for 9 Eur. Believe me, the difference worth 1 Eur more. I wouldn't go back to this hotel. It was the worst part of my trip to Paris.

The internet did not work the whole week. No care or explanation from any of the hotel staff about this. I needed to check email and stuff and cound not. VERY frustrating! Most of the staff was friendly but "Richard" was very rude and quite distressing. He worked the evening shift till 8. I would not stay here again but for what has it was a fairly good value. Room was hot and noisy with the window open. Tears on the bed spread with assorted stains thrown in. Gross yes. One day no towels were left in the room. TV channels practically non existant. Euro CNN was the only channel in english and I hate CNN. Subway not too far away but our feet were always hurting from all the walking. Breakfast was good at first but became old on the 3rd day since it was all the same stuff. Some mornings there was cheese and half the time not. The breakfast did start the day off right though because Paris food and drinks are very expensive. I figure everything is 2-3 times as expensive as in the US. Paris is beautiful and we were able to do it all with the paris pass but I will not ever be returning here again. Been there done that. Asked for extra pillows and was told that there is no room service and had to get them myself. OMG! Guy on the plane said there was a nice hotel close to the tower for $100. Not what you know its who.
