The site I highly recommend! good location with shops and the area is safe, spotless rooms, attentive and friendly service at all times. We got the rooms when we arrived without reservation, a Friday which is hard to get in a city like Paris. The super recommended truth.

The hotel has met our expectations. The room was small, but everything was clean and good. Happy to return.

Small boutique hotel, in a quiet, quiet street. Friendly staff, clean rooms, sDB a little small. Bottom line, breakfast which is only from 7am.

Convenient location right next to Gare du Nord. Spacious room and bathroom. The fixtures were a little dated but everything was clean and working. Hallways are narrow and lift is small. Can be a little noisy in the morning as the doors aren’t well sound proofed and I had a room quite close to the lift. In all, good value for money in a convenient location with all the amenities you would expect.

It's in front of the Gate du Nord station so it has excellent connectivity. The facilities at the hotel are exactly as described — you get what you pay for. There's a buffet breakfast in an adjacent hotel from the same management. It was just okay, nothing much to write about. The Wi-Fi in our room was good, no issues. The bathroom was clean. The staff allowed us to check in earlier as a room was available. As an Indian, another big advantage was that there are many Indian restaurants nearby.

+ Just Opposite to Gare du Nord + Rooms with Balcony on paris is a bonus — Nice View! — Breakfast, Need to go to another hotel nearby — Somewhat scary, also strict staff — need to handover keys everyday when you go out & explain that you are not vacating the room which is unusual. May be because of neighbourhood — You get for what you pay.

It was a pleasant stay and the staff was super nice! Also very beautiful location!

I stayed one night, to take a train back home very early the next day. The room was clean, the bed was good. Bathroom with shower. All you need for a short stay at the trainstation.

A really good place if u are solo, want privacy and a single, comfortable clean room en suite. It's on The busy Rue Lafayette but I was given a quiet, cool room at the back. There are good small places to eat a few yards away and it is on the bus route to Gare du Nord and the Metro to Gare de l'Est.

Very well located, metro stop nearby (The best way to get around Paris if you are a visitor) simple but rich breakfast, small but fair rooms. The only bad thing is that the shower is tiny. I had to get out of the shower to get soapy.

Small but it is very well located and close to one of the most beautiful Parisian places, Montmartre.

I recently stayed at Le Petit Lafayette and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is beyond amazing. Everyone we met with was extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast spread and great views! I had my preteen kids with me and they slept really well in the pull out sofa chairs they already had made up for us upon arrival with chocolates on our pillows. The hotel is near everything making it easy to walk anywhere. Can’t say how much we loved this hotel enough.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are a bit small but comfy. Breakfast is great.

Great central location, nice service, lovely breakfast. This hotel gives extra toiletries, and is well designed and pleasant. The rooms are comfortably sized with bath tubs, towel warmers and a sitting section.
As included in Eurostar train package, it was also a great deal. Recommended.
