Home, quiet, in the center and with a very friendly service. The prices of this place, cleanliness and amenities make it an exceptional place to spend the night. It has a parking area behind the hotel and is minutes from the tram stops in the direction of the airport (line 3).

Towels stink of mold. The room stinks of chemistry. No air conditioning. Windows overlooked in the corridor from which everything can be seen, you can certainly close the rolls, but then breathe in the room is nothing more … Sadness.

This hotel is spread over three nearby sites so it may be inappropriate to think that all have the same standard but… We stayed during a very busy period (paid a premium rate to do so) but were lucky to be put into the 'Residence' which is a terraced house between the two main hotel buildings. The room was ultra modern, tastefully decorated and had facilities for in-room cooking. Perfect for a short stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

While rooms are still available on all third party sites a €50 the front desk tries to sell you double room under the pretext that there are no more, what would happen to a confirmed reservation at the same time? We should honor! So why not do the same for a passing customer who is more would cost you nothing in Commission! In short we have for cheaper in a three star neighbor (weekend rate)

Hotel really very decent for a short stay. I love the smell of orange blossom that floats all day unfortunately awakened this night by people howling in the stairwell emergency… But I would definitely recommend this hotel very well located.

Location of the hotel is very interesting. We were not in the hotel main but in the studios in the street perpendicular to a few meters. We took a room for two adults and two children, I have found the room really small, no possibility to move inside you get the feeling that the beds are piled on each other. Given the space available in the room we decided to take a breakfast outside. The room was clean

Everything is perfect. Service, organic breakfast for the most part. Except the bedding that is to be changed.

Low end of the spectrum but, don't let that fool you. Clean, accommodating staff. Even a European style breakfast nook. Just what's needed when you're on the go and really only need a place get a good night's sleep and a quick change of clothes.

Between Internet (booking) and reality there is a difference! My friend and I decided not to book on the internet but to go directly. On the Internet, room at €49 with dining table so quite spacious in theory! The young man of the reception, not unpleasant, but for as much takes us a little for tourists… tells us that there are only studios, then ended up finding a room at €59. I show him the Internet offer, decides to line up only once in our room it's not the same as shown on booking! Tiny room! No table. No kettle, no mini fridge… the towels are clearly to change, clean but really at the end of life. The positive point the bedding is not bad. For room at the base at €59 there is nothing to by the bed in the middle of an antiquated room. Too bad because the location of the hotel is top.

Very well placed and quite comfortable. Good reception. To recommend for its value for money in low season.

This was my favorite hotel during my travels in Nantes in 2008 (very late feedback I know:) )
Warm welcome and the staff has always been to the small care. The owner even deposited me at work one day of transportation strike.

Perfect room Although no telephone network, prices are affordable and the possibility of getting delivered a breakfast basket from 7am is awesome.

Location is excellent lots of good restaurants nearby. Place is basic. It was clean but the room I was in was physically at an angle and the towels were yellow with age.

Hotel super clean and well fitted. The bathroom and very pleasant in the city on a large center square with tram and restaurant trade. We will come back.
