We received an offer at 74 euros with parking and living expenses included. The value for money was so excellent.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Nantes. The staff are lovely and the rooms very comfortable.

Hotel that doesn't look like a mine at first, that looks a can old from the outside but tucked inside everything changes. Very clean modern and sober interior! With the small tea, coffee, and water bottles offered this has always made it very happy. The welcome is also very nice. The rooms are really nice the only problem is that you can't sleep the window open and it's a bit noisy with the exit from the nightclubs.

Accueil très chaleureux, Hôtel propre, chambres nickels. Choix garni pour le petit déjeuner. Seul petit bémol : Wi-Fi non sécurisé et impossible de s'y connecter à certaines heures. Sinon à recommander!

No parking or you have to book it by phone but complicated when we are not warned.

Comfortable, clean and well insulated hotel. The bedding is quality. Very small Breakfast The water rooms are very good bill. Wholesale plus very personal: the rooms are well heated and the temperature is adjustable precisely. The staff are lovely and this at all hours.

Very clean hotel. Quiet rooms. Welcome home. Flat from 8:45 The breakfast bread becomes regularly very rare.

I would highly recommend this hotel for its welcome and understanding because having big worries of transport (cars burned in my underground parking and unable to access my vehicle because entrance guarded by the police! ) I had to cancel my reservation and The person I had on the phone was most kind and understanding. No doubt I would come back to it another time. Thank you again, ma'am.

Hotel very well placed for those who want to avoid the hell of the traffic in Nantes while being very close to the center, and which offers a private parking at an affordable rate compared to other hotels nearby. Room with terrace, very nice, clean, very good bedding and very well soundproof. Breakfast was very good We were especially very sensitive to the friendliness of the staff, to their availability. Really willing to do anything to serve and we thank them.

Contemporary decor. Free Wifi. Great location Garage to book. Very comfortable bedding as the whole hotel.

Ideally placed for visiting most of the sights.

Propre et calme, cet hôtel situé vers le palais des congrès est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. L'accueil est simple et agréable, la litterie très confortable, on n'entend pas la circulation car très bien isolé. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse avec un petit plateau bouilloire avec du thé et du café. Salle de bain propre et spacieuse.

This hotel is recommended because the rooms are very good and the staff available. The situation near the line 4 and the city of Congress is excellent. Some good restaurants nearby.
The rooms on the 5th floors have a large balcony/terrace with unobstructed view.
Summary: excellent value for money.
