Fit for purpose. Nice clean hotel for acceptable price. Available closed parking. One pin code for Wi-Fi, room door and parking gate. USB chargers and sockets everywhere in the room. Breakfast simple but OK, egg scramble nasty, croissants Perfect. Acceptable cofee. I Do strongly recommended The hotel for travelers for short stay, but also for the People visiting The Magic City of Lille. It is simply clean bed and some breakfast. :)

We were very well received. The room is very beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good. The croissants were in number. No need to rent the parking lot, there's room right across the street.
Very quiet and very well soundproofed for the outdoors.

The hotel was fine except the beds. It should be box springs. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the area in which the hotel is located was not pleasant. In the evening, he feels dangerous. Therefore, I would not recommend the hotel to others.

The room turned out to be smoked, although smoking in the room is forbidden. After cleaning did not put a second towel.

Great value hotel just a short 20 minutes stroll from the centre of Lille. We've stopped at B&B Hotel in Lille en route to Dunkirk after a long trip bacj from Poland. The staff was really helpful and fluent in English. Parking would have been €6 per day (which is less than half what the town is charging for 4 hours : €13.50) ; however Saturday after 7pm and Sunday all day was free to park on the street (at the yellow and green parking meters). We'd definitely again at the B&B Hotel: the rooms were cosy, but clean and so was the bathroom. Coffee was OK, but we had to pay for it (€1.20) since there was no kettle in the room.

We stayed for one night only, but we had a good experience. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We had no toilet paper, but the issue was immediately resolved. The beds were comfortable, check-in and check-out were easy. The location is also very good, close to the train station, restaurants, shops etc.

A nice welcome, advice on the possibilities to dine around the hotel. Well located in a quiet place, the night was quiet. The room is clean and well appointed, the bed comfortable, the recent and pretty décor.
Only negative, the SOAP dispenser did not work in the shower and there were none near the bathroom sink, fortunately I had with me shampoo and SOAP.

Wonderful hotel! Felt very welcome as soon as we entered reception to check in, the staff here are fantastic :D The room was great and we had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Parking is great here, the car park is situated directly underneath the hotel. You can access it using the elevator from reception, there's no need to walk a few minutes to get to your car. Breakfast was great, nice and simple but with plenty of variety. More than enough to start your day. There's plenty to do near the hotel, there's some great restaurants and bars 2 minutes walk. There's no bar at the hotel which isn't a problem at all, it forces you to get out and about :) All in all, it's an easy 5 out of 5 from us. We highly recommend, great hotel with great staff.

Hotel located a 20 min walk from Lille Europe train station. The area of the Grand Palais is quite concrete but this hotel is a little off in a recent resort with quite a lot of greenery.
It's kind of nice.
The rooms are comfortable and clean but lack a bit of storage.
The bathroom is functional but a little small for a room accommodating 4 people.

Only downside, the bathroom a little skimpy. Lack of what to hang a towel and what to deposit its toiletries.

I would recommend this property. The staff are friendly. The room is clean. The breakfast is rather sketchy with standard products. However it is quite varied and at will. Too bad the parking lot is paying off.

This is our third time coming to B&B hotel Lille and each visit remains a pleasant experience. It's unbeleivable that — — there's Nothing negative retained about this place; the comfort, the price, the neatness, the workers, the breakfast, the parking area — tell me more! — all, I mean all is incredibly fantastic! We will surely make it a place to stay, each we visit our daughter who is in a medical school in Lille (at least once in a month) Thank you so much for your warm reception!

We booked six rooms for one night as we were coming with family to Lille to celebrate a birthday. Overall the value for money is excellent. There were a lot of people at breakfast and a few did not have the same choice at the buffet. It is better to arrive early to be able to enjoy the buffet! The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, lovely welcome and available with a big smile, despite a cup of coffee accidentally spilling on the Standard.
Good advice to find something to eat in the Evening.
Only downside, the pillow of our room can Comfortable.

Very comfortable hotel well placed with catering in restaurants close to quality. Quiet location, nice staff.
Why not consider a storage or support for the suitcase.
The possibility of pressed oranges at breakfast would be a plus (seen in a similar establishment in Lille)

Nice, clean hotel. We also got 6 euro bfst which was average. But no complains. My one suggestion will be to check if you have enough towels in the room.

Nice room, comfortable bedding and friendly staff. Location not far from Lille Flandres train station on foot: Count 15 min or 8 min to reach the nearest Metro stop. I recommend.

There was a really horrible woman behind the desk on the Saturday before Easter. She made me stand there when I was ill for about 1/2 hour to pay one euro for a tea. This woman with black hair was in dramatic contrast with all of the other employees who were very polite. She really was amazingly disgusting.

The beds were really comfortable and the room had a modern design and was quite clean. The bathroom was small, not enough soap and there was plastic furniture which turned yellow with age. The location is not convenient if you wish to be close to he city center. Te parking space was not enclosed, since there were big holes on the walls, where everyone could reach it from the outside. We paid 6€/night for the safety of a indoor parking lot, but this was not actually provided.

My son was assaulted by the Director of this establishment, she failed in her duty by selling a room whose equipment was failing, she also failed in her duty by denial of pride to make a commercial gesture. (Offer breakfast 6. €15 would have sufficed for example).
Indeed returning from his grandmother's funeral, he went back to his room and found that the sink was clogged and that the shower was leaking from everywhere. This was reported the next day at the reception and he was immediately assailed by telling him that he should have reported it and that he would have been given another room. I even attended the scene that the director of the institution allowed herself to insult her in the hallways and aloud.
As a result of such a stressful day, it was not necessary to hear all of this.
Especially since a sink does not clog between the passage of the cleaning lady and the arrival of a traveller it is the same for the shower, there is failure of verification.
I the son of the deceased and my son, the grandson of the deceased, will not put a foot in this establishment simply because I no longer wish to meet this aggressive and bad-faith person. It is not in its place.
This will also be the subject of a letter to the management of B&B.

Probably a recent hotel, very well thought out. Excellent value for money. Very quiet.
Small flat It is not in the center of Lille but about two kilometers.
Parking is paid but there are plenty of free places in front.

Warm reception at the arrivals, very friendly & courteous staff! Rooms were of decent size, ready on time and were clean. We stayed there for a night. Little outside from the City Center, takes about 15mins by walk from Gare Lille Europe. Recommended for a short stay.

Really enjoyed the accommodations at this hotel. We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and a great size for our family, the hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We would stay again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Quiet, hotel redone, modern and clean. Breakfast is well worth the price. Good value for money and pleasant staff, listening, takes the time to advise. I go back without worries.

The twin beds should be a little more spatially separated by putting a shelf above and not next to the beds to be able to be more distant in the room.
The Christmas decorations in the hotel were almost non-existent, too bad!
The reception was very warm on the part of Monsieur and Madame. Breakfast was good for the price, pity that the smoked bacon was lukewarm cold limit.
The garage is not secure enough given the missing grids in some walls. The hotel is clean, the rooms are functional to sleep in. We will return to the democratic price.

We booked 2 rooms, very good value for money. The reception was friendly with a commercial gesture for a parking space, Bravo we do not see that everywhere. Same reception at breakfast. To remember and we will return on our next stay in Lille.

All right, perfect lunch! The reception at our arrival in the evening on Friday 15 December was perfect under any ratio and very welcoming and friendly. The staff present at breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was perfect for kindness, availability and politeness; (Hello, Sir, … you need something, … everything is fine, … etc. All of the little words always enjoyable). On the other hand, the reception of Saturday morning and Sunday morning was not as thoughtful and enjoyable as the day of our arrival. A hello, it costs nothing. Well to you.

Very pleasant stay. Welcome and availability to give advice and information. Too bad that an insensitive group began to tear when they returned at 5:30 a. M. Waking up part of the hallway.

Hotel located in a quiet, clean and functional area. The staff are very friendly and professional listening to their guests. Small flat at 20 minutes from the center but I will not fail to return because it feels good.

Hotel that smells of cigarettes in the hallways. Very small bathroom with a shower gel that irritates the skin. Good thing we were just passing through. For cheaper one would have had the same benefits in hotels make style F1. Decent bedding and good welcome for the rest.

It's okay, but just to sleep. Very small room with little storage barely enough to circulate between the beds and very little light (no ceiling lamp, just the bedside lamps, and a single window hidden by a vegetable wall) … I would have called it a dorm more than a personal hotel room. But otherwise it's clean and the beds are comfortable.

This was a great spot and nice area. Great choice of breakfast items. Friendly and very comfortable.

Stayed with kids for a quick overnight stop. Basic. Clean. Easy. Breakfast was nice. Small but just right. Coffee, juice, tea, baguettes, cereal, scrambled egg, bacon, yogurts and some other bit. Free Wi-Fi and worked for 2 mobile and 2 amazon kindles great. Power shower. TV in room. Comfy beds. Blackout curtains. Parking outside or in hotel. Both small fees to park. Can't ask for much more for €55 a night for a family room. Oh wait yeah you can. Room had air con which provides cool and hot air. Highly recommend and would stay again if in Lille again.

I had a great stay, my room was well laid out, secluded and clean, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast buffet quite satisfying (it may be missing fresh fruit). The reception staff is friendly and dynamic, I am delighted with these few days spent here.

What you expect of a ibis kind of looking hotel. The basis is ok, but nothing More. A lot of noise on the streat side of the hotel on the second floor.

Too close to the highway as the means. More than mediocre soundproofing between rooms and floors. No hairdryers in the rooms, hard beds. The breakfast was adequate.

This hotel is a great budget option for staying in Lille. The rooms are small, but they have comfortable beds, clean accommodations, and reliable (and free) Wi-Fi. The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from the center of town and located in a quiet, safe, and pleasant residential neighborhood. I walked from the main bus terminal and it took about 15 minutes. There is also a Franprix and bike rental station a few blocks away. The hotel itself has a beautiful exterior and friendly staff that made me feel welcome despite the fact that I didn't speak French. For $60 you can't beat the stay considering there are far more expensive options in the town square. The square is mobbed with tourist and buskers at all times of day I welcomed staying at the town's edge. I stayed at a few B+B hotels during my trip through France and this was by far the best hotel experience I had in Europe this year.

In step for the work j could hardly find better for the price. Hotel location and friendly, quiet and almost nine. Recommend.

I have been spending 2 nights a week in Lille for the past 7 months. Compared to 7 other hotels I tried, this hotel is in my opinion the best value for money. It's clean, comfortable and modern. Rooms have Wi-Fi, air con and a télévision with a good range of channels. The breakfast at just 6€ per person is as good as in hotels that charge 9€ and more.

Do not rely on the "possibility of arriving 24/24", this is completely wrong: arrived at night, we had the bad surprise to see that we had been charged and that the room had been re-booked. After half an hour of debate of the receptionist on the phone, we were offered alternative accommodation in another hotel further. A shame.

Hotel quiet, close to the centre of lille and highways.

Stays of 9 nights for professional reason that it went very well, clean, comfortable and very pretty (modern and recent). The only negative is the lack of sign at the exit of the Lille metro grand Palace otherwise after his will it is indicated.

Don't stay there if you can avoid it.
