Friendly atmosphere. Good location only half an hour walk to the center. Interesting building. Good breakfast.

Reception excellent, staff very nice and the chef wonderful.

Well located, deco design, small adjoining parking or parking spaces on the street.
Rooms are spacious, modern, bright and clean.
Ideal hotel for a business trip to Lille.

Great hotel with a beautiful see through lift that goes up the middle of this stunning building. Room was lovely, nice coffee and tea. The spa area could have done with its own changing room so I wouldn’t have to go downstairs in my dressing gown.

Ok big room. I asked for an iron and they don't have one for guests?

Hotel not bad but there is Mieu! Room small but comfortable bed.
We did however have a room with a super smell of sewers:/We noticed the worries on our evening return. We have reported it to my person at the counter who is excused but has done nothing to remedy this concern or made a small gesture.

Very nice room The hotel is well located in quiet with parking. We recommend the restaurant, not wanting to go out that evening we were pleasantly surprised by very fine and tasty dishes. A pleasant stay, we will return!

I came this Saturday January 6, 2018 for my companion's birthday, superb quality hotel and services at the top! Spa superbly well also just if I would have a little advice on the Hammam side will be to put one of essential oils for a nice little atmosphere! Otherwise everything is perfect thank you.

Very elegant frame. Very comfortable and well equipped room. Very friendly staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free and secure parking. Very close to Metro station. Excellent service for a very reasonable price.

On the other hand the rooms are very small and the parquet in the floors makes such a noise, that one can not sleep, if not when one enters the hall the tile is not fixed, many shower elements are loosened, the sauna was not working and I have Not been warned, there were smells of horrible sewer lift throughout my floor (3rd). The parking is very small, the area is poorly attended and finally €11 for a mediocre breakfast, with few choices. Bad experience Damage.

We booked for a group of 25 people, the service was deplorable.
The waitress was terrible of the departure, ie at the time of the aperitif until the time to pay.
An evening marred by a problem of manpower of which we are not responsible, for my part I will not put my feet.

The first room was refused due to a concern for odor (room 311 problem of canalization Priori) What's more, very small room.
The next at the 1st proved to be more comfortable, hygiene level: Nothing to report, the work is done.
The staff is very nice and helpful, the restaurant is also very decent for this hotel range.
The immediate surroundings of the hotel do not offer however the possibility of being able to stretch the legs, the district is not very frequent to tell the staff (and confirmed by the Lilles knowing the neighborhood). However, the proximity to the city center allows you to change scenery in 5 min of taxi for example.

Amazing and Nice hotel hyper well placed near the center of Lille Pleasant Spa and Hammam Decor incredible between the Baroque and the contemporary in summer a hyper beautiful terrace restaurant in the dish to the day enticing no I am not paid to give my opinion I love this E Ndroit simply and I share Ah handy the bed wouawh I want the same the only downside I found myself silly in front of the coffee machine… How this machine works.

Urbanhotel n is not at the height of these ambitions to be a hotel beyond reproach. The sauna was down while this was one of our selection criteria and we have not been warned. 'Excuse us this comes of getting' Strangely enough my son who had come in September had the same problem. The steam room did not heat up well and the towels provided for this service were similar to a cache sex. We had booked a deluxe room and the first provided was already occupied and there was no minibar
Nobody can join the executive and we have decided to leave the hotel to go elsewhere

Charming hotel with good value for money. Only the shower is to be reviewed as not enough pressure and equipment a little obsolete.

Excellent, staff were very friendly, always on hand to help with any questions, room was slightly small but had everything in it that we needed, breakfast was fantastic (lots of choice), hotel is really close to the metro station and with only 3 stops into town and trams coming every couple of minutes it's not worth walking. Would highly reccimend this hotel and would return again.

14 overnight to May 15, 2016, the condition of the rooms not terrible, wouldn't it be wrong to work again. Disappointed compared to what you see on the site.

Unacceptable cleanliness bathroom: shower mouldy, faulty hardware…
Icing on the cake: work on the roof and a face to face the morning with workers during her toilet…

I hate… The rooms are dirty and could use a renovation. The smell of cooking all night… The spa is just horrible and outdoor. Only positive: the breakfast… hotel to avoid…

We just came back from the grand Hotel! I buy a coupon from group! What a joke, When you see the picture, you are dreaming about a detox weekend! We went there for our 30 anniversary wedding! I am lucking, both of us, have humour, when we arrive the neighborhood is not very clean, but that ok, after you arrive in the hotel, room are ok, no internet, Jacuzzi don't make you, they don't look very clean. After that you have a cup of champagne outside, where you see plastic plants, paint who are not fresh, you don't have any view, Finally, we decide to go dinner in town! cafe the l'opera, perfect, good, and people where very friendly! Is was the best decision! Breakfast was ok, I just want to help you if you decide to go there, don't do like me, I was tired and want a change!

Back from our stay at the ch'tis…
Good location and Nice staff… room clean, admittedly small, but well laid out and equipped so that shower… we had an hour of spa, the obligation to leave the hotel for access is not disturbing with the weather in the North, despite a small problem to the sauna (there was no heat…), and poor coordination of the hour of departure and end and a change of staff between the two that made us lose ten good minutes of jacuzzi… dinner was good and well presented but doubts on "home made" and breakfast is classic with a very wide and hearty choice.

Nice hotel but information given are not correct… We arrive and we didn't know that we were supposed to book for the jacuzzi. We had to book it when we arrived, everything was full except 1 hour sunday morning from 8->9… The sauna was on works, only one jacuzzi (on 2) was working and the water was (way! ) too cold. The guy I had on the phone to order the room was asking me to buy from him and not from the internet as the room he was giving me was better… I'm not sure it was. Room was nice even it was small, neighborhood was ok and breakfast (11€ extra) was excellent. i will surely not come back for the spa part which is none.
