A 5-star review for a 4-star rating that deserves 6. I wouldn't dwell on the services that are largely up to scratch (large comfortable space, impeccable cleanliness, small touches, bedding and perfect amenities). What surprised me most was the quality of the reception, the level of competence of the different staff. A Michelin-starred chef who "watches" over this magnificent set is the icing on the cake. It feels good, well surrounded and well settled for an incomparable stay.

A place where we feel good, the brewery is nice, the gastro top, the rooms are spacious, and the place is quiet, the only hotel or I am well on Metz.

Staff very friendly for a hotel very well located 10 minutes from the cathedral and surrounded by greenery. Only disappointment: The view on a lot of glass containers (room 329) from the room. I would recommend this hotel though!

The hotel is not too badly located, quiet, not far from the centre and easy to access. Friendly welcome, breakfasts with a nice and good buffet. It is possible to have a drink at the bar, the service was a little slow this evening. Parking spaces in front of the entrance.

The worst 4 star hotels I've done mostly for the price.
dust in the room.
dirty windows.
limestone on the earthenware.
broken table feet.
ridiculous and cold dinner tray in addition.
and so on.
Ditto in the stairwell or be saying the living room. Dust and mess everywhere.

Nice meal in the brasserie, the meats are always a little too salty and the service down. The wine by the glass a little too expensive for the quantity.

Not great for the price paid. Cleanliness problem in the bathrooms. Opening hours of the restricted brewery.

Junior Suite very spacious, beautiful decoration of the room, very good reception, quality service and hotel conveniently located to discover Metz on foot.

A little bit disappointed about this hotel. The rooms are huge, but the hygiene is something to be BIG worry about. Our room was big an quite nice, but by some places spider webs! I just took a spider out from our room! The shower worked not good. In our room you have the toilet in another room without sink! The stairwell was a mess too. Too expensive for the quality they offer. Happily we stayed only one nigth.

The setting is nice and the hotel comfortable. The service is very good. The restaurant and Brasserie are orchestrated by a ' Christophe Duffossé ' cooking star. I have already feasted several times at the brewery with the menu at 32 euros. The kitchen is fine, full of flavors. The hotel has a very interesting small space with a very nice selection of culinary products, some wines and spirits really well chosen. Ideal for pleasure or to make original gifts. I hope soon discover the restaurant which is very recommended by the best guides.

Very spacious room, but the bed narrow, too soft and with a tendency to go to the centre.

Very Nice hotel with very good dining. Malls and musea were very close by.
