Exceptional location But,,,,, a lot to do.

Sad room. Painting hides misery. Bulb that hangs at the end of a wire in the room, one in two that works in the bathroom. No shower curtain, a miserable shower and hair sample. Grey sheets in synthetic, and to top it off a block of outdoor clime that vibrates.
Otherwise stealthy but cordial welcome. Well placed, d where surely the 2 stars.

You get what you book! A hotel in the city centre without comfort. In the pedestrian area in front of the hotel was loud shouts of drunks until the morning at 5:30. Sleeping was almost impossible. The breakfast in a very dark, musty room can be saved! 100 meters The street high there are two bakeries and if you go down to place Stanislas you will get breakfast or coffee from 7:30. The coffee there costs 3, €0 and the Espresso 2, €0 for the location and atmosphere absolutely appropriate.

I put 1 star for the shower and service all the rest of the hotel nothing to do with the 2 star that we received.

I strongly advise against this hotel. The relationship with the client is deplorable.

Simply and categorically I recommend! Despite the location. For the same price there are better hotels and feels! With Wi — Fi free, towels in quantity, as well as SOAP etc…
Zero home, followed zero, the rooms and the non-existent service are not worth the price.
Not even a smile from the owner (I think) in the morning to serve the "breakfast" in a room where the shutters are not open despite a magnificent Sun, in slippers and dragging of the feet and more!
Coffee warmed and served in a pot milk grimy old dry milk!
I didn't drink anything and just ate a small piece of baguette, rather dry.
I was disgusted

Very nice staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Bad hotel. Noisy. Stinky. Wi-Fi is 6 euros extra. BreakFast also 6 EUROS EXTRA for powder cofee and a croissant at least one day old. after looking at the room I asked for a room change and they said it was imposible, I asked for my money back but they refused. Cold during the night, and when the people of the pub next door, are kicked out, they make noise on the street for around an hour (around 2:00 am). The shower was broken and extremly uncofortable. One of the walls was in bad shape.

No heat, no hot water (in November! ) and there was a 5€ an hour fee for the "free Wifi". A terrible experience barely redeemed by the location of the hotel. Absolutely unacceptable.

Cancelled room reservation the day before for so-called water damage. And apparently, we had to be lucky to have been accused. I was naively hoping that offered me an alternative…
Have had colleagues who had them pre-paid room and who were so lucky to keep (and by nothing else noticed in terms of water damage), to believe that the main interest of this hotel is not in the customer satisfaction but payment of it.
And according to my colleagues, I have nothing spleen: Home cold and no heat so that the temperature was approaching the 5 ° C.
So go your way: that's what I'll do in the future!

I Would you like to swear, but only write down the facts, so relieved. No hot water, terrible and tiny bathroom with no soap, crackling and small bed, smelly and stale, smoke smell greeted us. That look is not surprised that they are stupid and only French TV stations offer because you are proud of these cattle by the French, but I knew what the hell. There is a thick blanket, in the beginning of April even at very low temperatures, and even the windows were wide open when we arrived, so they took the smoking walls, so they wanted to ease the stink. Failed. Never, no one should have to go anywhere near this place.

Very average home; Outdated hotel. We spend a very bad night due to a heater too noisy. After reporting the problem to the home, the latter could not solve the problem and has not offered me a solution of replacement (another room or commercial offer…). The person became even aggressive. In short not recommended! Total lack of professionalism of the employees. Despite its good geographical location, I advise you to just never put the feet!

First of all, prepare your credit card and pay before you take possession of your room! Surprising, isn't it?
Reservation for 2 nights so paid upon arrival.
First horrible night, room in the attic, heat unbearable and very noisy (sound and light at the foot of the hotel).
The next morning, traffic jam at breakfast breakfast, more than enough time to take…
We decided to cancel the second night (and breakfast).
The manager didn't refund nothing, neither the House nor the breakfast… LAMENTABLE!
