The hotel's XV bar is very nice.
I recommend the non-alcoholic cocktails that I really enjoy.
The atmosphere is calm and pleasant.

Just a little advice for the staff: Don't forget to come to the customers at the venue to ask we would like another order (This is not a review but a tip)

The XV is my favorite bar in Nancy.

The view of the terrace is superb.
But it's very expensive for what it is.
Service correct nonetheless.

Very well placed, in works and this is well deserved because some things are antiquated. Noisy refrigerator forced to unplug it. Electricity to review, exceptional location.

Nice hotel, great era style, perfect location (on Stanislas Square). Very good room View on micro courtyard (very bad considering the location) and soundproofing to review. Good stay overall.

Beautiful exterior But the rooms C is BOF. Should renew the bathrooms. Excellent beds. Excellent breakfast Breakfast room has modernized. The most c is in place Stanislas.

Good but overpriced. Only tried the bar. Staff were helpful but somewhat rude and new girl was very clumsy.

We went for a drink. Good location and nice terrace but the prices are high and the coffee mediocre.

Cuisine sought after but dish not very plentiful especially considering the price. Home and service: can do better…

Rotten Hotel. Horrible wedding night, have arrive in the room, air-conditioning fully, 10 degrees… Heating does not work, receptionist absent on arrival, while I had booked specifying for a wedding night, while I had called 30minutes before we arrived. The price is exorbitant for a quality service so bad, this hotel is, purely and simply has the most expensive and the worst that I have frequented. My wife has to cry one night or we had to put a sweater to sleep in a frozen room in August, I advise against this establishment. Go to the hotel from the Post office instead!

A very nice hotel due to the beauty of the building. Of homage that the interior of the latter is not better maintained. Some small details also leave desire for a 4 *: rickety palm and column shower, no tumblers in the bathroom…

Beautiful historical abode But as often happens in France a bit decadent, it could be much better.

Really a beautiful hotel. It's four stars so it has a couple of deficiencies. Ask for the rooms with balconies, the view is nice to place Stanislas. It maintains the architecture of a small palace with paintings, paintings and rugs from the eighteenth century. The petite déjeuner are really delicious and the tranquility of their surroundings are exquisite. I definitely recommend it and will come back here someday.

A beautiful and well located hotel whose location on the Stanislas Square is an excellent starting point to discover Nancy. The interiors and especially the grand staircase is splendid. On the other hand the courtyard rooms offer little light and the heating was not adjustable, so it was too hot, but this is a defect in many hotel.

One star less for the classic room, certainly comfortable but still small for the price and this kind of hotel.

The location of the hotel is Excellent. But you notice something sloppy in the hallways and furniture.

Beautiful classic hotel right next to the opera house. Breakfast is served in what was likely a former ballroom. Restaurant is dog friendly and has an excellent set menu with accompanying wines for a very reasonable price.

Great hotel in a great location but unfortunately something has come up in the years.

Great location and great look from the outside however the inside of the hotel was a real disappointment.

The room and the bathroom were almost the same surface! Staff very welcoming and the charm of the place "erase" the small annoyances like the bedding a little old.

I was not asked to cook my meat, veal, and overcooked for me and hard meat… Damage…

Hello, have a drink at the hotel bar is a real pleasure. The atmosphere and impeccable service make it a privileged place. In addition to the beautiful Place Stanislas.

Too ugly, imperfect food and bed too hard.

We happened upon the Grand Hotel in Nancy due to a member of our group needing to go to the hospital. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and helpful the staff was! They helped in communicating with the hospital and scheduling a emergency flight back to the U. S. All that aside, I would still give it a 5 star rating. A beautiful hotel in a wonderful town. Nancy, the town, was an unexpected surprise. I am not one to visit the same location twice but this is the first, I would gladly return!

Arrived on the beautiful place Stanislas, and after discovering the joys of the restaurants in the city, return to the hotel and here. Cold shower without word games.
Fair home and no excuses or one for this incident up by different clients.

Well what can one say! What a fabulous position. The square and views are excellent. The hotel may have been classed as Grand some time ago! Rooms clean, however, we booked the Royal Apartment for 250 euro per night, for a special occasion very disappointing, slightly scruffy, no mini bar, lounge area a desk and 2 small chairs and a chest of draws, l No sofa! how disappointing. We stayed last night at a 4* Hotel The Atlantic in Wiereux. Very friendly staff, lovely room, amazing food and the A la cart restraunt and service also very good, we would certainly recommended this hotel. However lots of lovely restraunt, s around the square in Nancy, we had a lovely supper in Restraunt Foy great staff! Excellent wine and service. So we shall look forward to The Hotel Atlantic on our return journey! On Sunday!, t near Calais. But.

Very disappointing for a 4 stars on a beautiful site! Even if the renovation has refreshed rooms, and even if the bedding is comfortable, this hotel has progress to make to the level of benefits: absence of bathrobes, mini bar, valet, and small breakfast buffet including the quality is lacking. We would have liked the product more costs and "home". Namely: the room is charged for the day before at 6 pm, so impossible cancellation beyond and our room smelled like smoke.

Probably school expected most, and yet it is without a doubt the worst of the place. The quality was worth the price of the establishment would find the less salty note. Avoid.

The hotel staff is very friendly, I have the opportunity to go there regularly and it is every time a true pleasure. For those who like the food we eat as well! The place Stanislas is also beautiful.

Hotel in Lorraine. Improved a lot in recent years (eg, restaurant). Best view ever.

The welcome was quality, spacious room. Nothing to say about cleanliness it was nickel! The restaurant is at the same time one of the best of Nancy.
