Delighted with this hotel near the train station that is the reception, the room, the bedding, the cleanliness and the quiet is perfect. I dined and it was very good, the bar is nice and the staff very caring. I don't know if there is a parking lot. I went to Nancy in the process. I really recommend it.

Attentive staff, tasting of Lorraine whisky from Chez Rozelieures. Appointment at 6.30 pm start tasting 19:40… a little long…

On the last floor, the room was cold despite heating to the max.
The breakfast is good but the room is cramped and you had to sneak between the tables last point which is not the fault at the hotel, there was a group of young fans L hotel with a smell of kebab in the elevator and breakfast with a look of School Canteen.

My favorite hotel in Nancy, nice and helpful staff, pretty and cozy rooms, and good good and drinks (plus the breakfast buffet is really yummy! ). Totally recommendable.

I didn't expect such a hotel. The rooms are really very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is very well located in the city center, place Stanislas is 5 minutes away.

Clean, quiet, 3 minutes walk from the train station. Rooms of small size but clean modern and functional. Special Mention for the staff, helpful, pro and super responsive if a small problem arises. Ideal for a few days of visiting Nancy.

Quality services: The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is perfect and the hotel is ideally located. Very good value for money.
Big problem However: we had the misfortune to forget business in our room the morning of our departure. Being always there the same evening, we reported the problem to the receptionists who were absolutely execrable. We were told that the room had not been rented after us but after checking the bag was gone.
I reported the problem by email to the director. In the light of his answer, I was either a affabulatrice or senile before the hour. Still, she announced to me a summoning of the maids. I'm still waiting for his answer…
This lack of consideration, even this contempt is very unfortunate and makes me regret my stay in this hotel…

Very nice hotel, close to the train station, it is very clean, very comfortable bed, spacious room and rich and tasty breakfast. The reception is very friendly, smiling and professional, I would recommend this hotel to which I will surely return.

The location was perfect. Smiling nice, tidy room. Own breakfast. The staff are very friendly I think that the person who C complained to the staff. Must have been a difficult client C is everything!

Recently renovated, the hotel provided a very nice for work or rest. However my welcome was very bad, the girl working the front desk was very dry and absolutely not convenient. It's very unfortunate to have a nice place but bad service.

Lamentable! To make the booking you fall on a call center (No. 08…), the person on the phone is unable to correctly process your order: she didn't know the hotel, does not return the confirmation, and at the end of the day you find once on-site to your reservation! Fortunately, the hostess at the host on-site is more shopping and arranged the situation… I have had a room.
Stop these call centers! Accor also does. The people on the phone are inefficient and unpleasant!

Very recent with good value for money. The rooms are small but functional. The part of the bar / restaurant is nice.
