A good hotel to recommend.

I attribute only two stars because I found this hotel very bof.
My first star is about the reception which is very satisfying.
My second star is attributed to the breakfast which was very garni.
The rooms are very small for 4 people I find it unacceptable that beds are on the floor for children.
The duvets are stained, plus the bathroom was not cleaned and hair and elastics were found on the mattress.

Good hotel with good rooms and good cleanliness. Good breakfast full of pastries and savory,. Convenient to the train station and not far from the centre. Also the possibility of parking internally is very helpful in considering that there are no large parking lots nearby. The only drawback is that fee.

The location is very central and practical, and it is one of the few hotels we could find that had rooms for four people. The free breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The downsides: the matress was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs sticking up. It was very hot and dry in the room, in the middle of winter, without any way of turning down the heat. The toiletries are very basic, one soap for washing hair, hands and body. No conditioner or lotion. I think we'd stay here again but mostly because there aren't other affordable options for families.

This hotel is a real scam and booking is complicit in this scam. All the photos you see are renovated rooms but on the 85 rooms are most rooms in pitiful condition just worthy of a hotel of past. The receptionists certainly overwhelmed by dissatisfied customers are of an unacceptable rudeness. Hotel unworthy of the IBIS STYLE; It is there in STYLE than the price of the rooms. Avoid absolutely.

Small, simple hotel. Ibis just. For the small price, everything fits. Breakfast is very manageable. French breakfast. Rooms are small but clean. We had to order only a second towel & shower Towel at the reception upon arrival. Nice staff. For a little Nancy trip absolutely sufficient. 10min walk to the city centre. Video-supervised parking for 8Euro per day! Price match! To recommend!

Hotel simple but very good home. Enough for a few nights.

Needed wheelchair acessible hotel, which this hotel claims it is on its website. However having parked the car, we had to help ourselves down 2 or 3 steps to get into hotel.
Rest of hotel was v wheelchair friendly.

A nice hotel with a very nice outside patio. Hospitality is really friendly and professional. The breakfast is great, we're spoilt for choice! one bedroom a bit larger (I may have fallen on the wrong) I would put 5 stars.
