hotelF1 Nancy Sud Hotel

Ideal location in the center of the artisanal area but on the edge of the fast lane.
The hotel was very well maintained and the price was very good. Towels are paid 3 euros. Butter melted at breakfast, and for cleanliness, do not be a 1 hair near or a stained pillow.
But not expensive.

This is a lowcoast hotel. Not very expensive there is breakfast a vending machine at the reception and a safe in the room. A bathroom tub shower in one. Tv with Canal Plus and TNT J had a good reception of the staff. Very helpful.

Smell of cigarette in the room, a heat to die.
Hairs (humans! ) on the table.
Very bad insulation, you hear everything, all night.
The bedding is more than average.
The duvet was stained with chocolate (I hope it was chocolate).
No staff present at 8pm, you have to stand in the hotel Ibis opposite.
Despite the passage, I found the common toilets clean (it was 6am, maybe it had just been cleaned…).
I do not recommend, or so really for a night of passage…

Standard F1, close to supermarket CORA and LIDL.

Nice clean hotel and great breakfast.

Douche propre et toilette aussi. Les douches sont carreler. Le f1 se trouche a 160 metres d un grand cora.

A disgusting, dirty, poorly organized place. The toilets better not even get in.

Very very noisy, very dirty bathroom and our room smelled like a cigarette. Certainly it was €31 at night but good …

Decent place to stay the night.

A charming place and very quiet.

Absolute disgrace. There are wires hanging bare allover no glass in fire doors as there is renovation supposedly been done. People are smoking in the door way with the outside door wegded open! Screaming kids and adults running around and it's midnight. Stayed in F1 before with no trouble at all definitely not again.

Hotel very dirty. The staff is not friendly. Never again!

For little claims, room ok, approx. 9 square meters, in addition to beds, 2 power sockets, a TV (only French channels) sink in the room. Toilets and showers in the hallway. Partly unhygienic. The best online check-in or in the morning, because otherwise there is a possibility that no one is there. Access to the Hotel and In the rooms via a Pin code. The night was quiet and the service staff are friendly.

Very disappointed… yet nothing against the string just this hotel… the toilets very deteriorated and I come to see that a year ago someone had already posted in reviews… but nothing has changed! the clogged toilet I didn't shower, fortunately I was just passing through!
Otherwise when I saw customer I wondered if it was a stopover hotel where a primary place of residence! not very reassured.
In short I put more feet however nothing to say for the clean room… the staff is not present since he must apply to the Ibis hotel next door.
However the entry door impossible to code so if it is badly closed everyone can enter very reassuring!

Sorry! Most of the showers failed to close key (or broken doors) and the TOILETS were almost always clogged or very dirty. Obliged to wait. I do not recommend this Hotel.
