I had an amazing stay at Mercure Hotel during my trip to France. One thing that really stood out was how friendly, welcoming, and professional all the staff members were.

Room was comfortable but the bed was too hot, probably due to a foam mattress topper.
Breakfast options were varied and tasty but the room was small for large numbers of breakfast guests.

We enjoyed our stay, well received we appreciated the location of the hotel which allows to visit without taking the vehicle, the rooms are well equipped and quiet.

Maid service could do with an improvement. We stayed for just over 2 weeks. A couple of days toilet paper was not replenished. Front desk was informed, and they promptly provided the same.

Room was spacious and clean. Services at the desk were very good.
We regularly stay here because it is well located close to the Metro and centre of Toulouse.

I enjoyed my 10-night stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything. The location was very handy for the metro station and buses to the airport.

A good quality vs price hotel. Old building and furniture but kept in good condition and exceptionally friendly staff.
Studios are well spaced with good cooking facilities.

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a country B and B away from the crowd. That has a swimming pool. Lovely rooms and a host that is a friendly as you can get book hear.

I stayed at this hotel near the train station because I wanted to visit Carcassonne and Lourdes. I had two credit cards with me on this trip, but I lost one.

Great little hotel in the middle of the town. Funky rooms, great decor, and good breakfast. It has river views and everything it’s right there and walkable. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in a great place, there are 2 pubs in less than 2 minutes walk and great restaurants all around. The room was lovely and clean.

This is a lovely hotel in a good location. Our room (a junior suite) was great, with everything you could want. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. We had a wonderful meal at Le Cénacle.

What a nice little hotel! The front desk personnel were amazingly warm, helpful and kind. The room was absolutely spotless with solid blackout curtains. I want to shout out their restaurant.

We spent a night there after arriving on late flight. Hotel is located within a walking distance from the airport. The room was quite nice and had good space for a family of four.
