Friendly welcome. Perfect bicycle reception. Excellent bedding. Original rooms nicely decorated. Excellent breakfast with homemade products. The swimming pool is a big plus.

Le Grand Balcon is a beautiful hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Toulouse, with most landmarks within easy walking distance.

Frederic, the host, was very nice and helpful. The hotel is quaint but a little dated. There is no elevator so you will have to carry your baggage upstairs.

Hotel Heliot is a lovely family run hotel very nicely situated near to the heart of Toulouse, near the railway station but on a quieter side street.

We stayed here for three nights. The room was excellent: clean, quiet and roomy.

I faffed over the score but I think it deserves a 5. It’s rated 4 star but it was a nice room and had lots of amenities. Even with an eye mask and ear plugs which aren’t needed.

This is a wonderful gem of a hotel in central Toulouse. Very quiet and modern rooms, lovely breakfast, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We would come again and heartily recommend!

We are a couple of late 60 year olds on a non electric bike tour of the Pyrénées suffering from 3 weeks cycling and 3 days of 35 degrees heat!

We had a very warm welcome from Jo and Nick who have created a very French. "home from home". Our breakfast was a delicious buffet set in the warm and stylish kitchen.

What a gem we have found. Lovely place and really friendly owners. Had a superb evening meal cooked by the owner. Highly recommend. Motorbikes are welcome, they have their own parking so totally safe.

We returned to Chateau de La Lanette after a few years, with family who were no longer young children and instead young teenagers, but had another fantastic stay.

Wonderful stay, everything was very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great game for Easter: egg hunting!

Shower very small, only one toilet so not ideal if a group/family.
Beds comfortable, no cooker but hob, fridge & freezer.
Not the quietest of location.

Throughout the lead up to my stay my contact with the host was great, upon arrival I was warmly greeted, shown where I can park and around the property, which is lovely.
