I just spent 8 months in this residence, and I will return without any problems,
staff are efficient, attentive, serious, helpful and the welcome is TOP
The value for money, is more than correct, the rooms are clean and well arranged, a small kitchen completes the whole
Breakfast is all you can't get and for the price nothing to complain about,
Secure parking
I highly recommend this residence for your stays

Ideal for women travellers.

Well not the first choice for business travel — very interesting corner of Toulouse. But room rather apartment huge including small kitchen. Bath would sometimes require small overhaul. Reception closed from 21:00, but with room card you can also get in from outside (read differently in some recessions)
Breakfast cheap, but also clear (one croissant per person — but perhaps better as:) )

Address to recommend, both for the value for money and for the kindness, the advice and the availability of the management and the staff.

Great hotel staff very competent superb room.

Used for a business trip, well located in relation to public transport (tram to 5 minutes, 3/4 bus line towards the nearest Metro…). Nice staff, clean hotel, Wi-Fi available. Located in front of the racetrack, for the amateurs. A good hotel.

The top of the top is the reception of the receptionist Jonathan: He is really on the cleat, efficient, extremely pleasant and always there to help! We'd just come back for him Bravo Jonathan!
Clean room and sober decoration.

Staff friendly and pleasant, the services are good overall my long stay in 8mois has gone perfectly. They are very accommodating on certain things.

Lunch too late on Sundays and air conditioning impossible to settle Spot of prostitution.

I was in July 2017, super service, everywhere quietly, quietly, workers are very nice from Recepceonistov to cleaners, if need be stop only in this hotel.

This place is not suitable for a holiday. Little space and not functional.

The staff took great care,
We arrive after 9:00 pm and they called us to give us the idicaciones to enter.
Very comfortable with all the necessary, clean and comfortable space to work.
A little bit far from the city centre, but well to visit the companies in the Perisferia Toulouse.

Nice apartments, tight security and good service. Also gets apartment for long term.

Prepare the pennies if you need to extend your stay. Because they cash in the security deposit and add the extra nights, not to mention also add the parking space, the TV, internet, up to the iron (30 if you exceed one hour of use).

Very nice place to stay. Just one request on changing the breakfast menu, it was same daily.

The staff were very friendly The most important is the location, you can be in the city centre quickly with the tram without paying the price of a room located in the city centre ^^ There is also the racetrack stuck at the residence where you can see the horses train it's nice ^^

Coming from Marengo SNCF: metro and bus stop near the hotel. At the reception 2 professional and smiling hostesses, thank you for explaining to me and giving me the plan for Zenith. I left for the show. The next day a person who installs me at the table with the room number, well done! listening to the customer, well hearty this breakfast. The good bedding room, RAS, apart from a plane at 8am that woke me up, quiet night. If I have to go back to Toulouse, I won't forget you.

Minimal comfort for the lowest price! Note the airport nearby, and the planes that regularly at the top of the hotel.
Good service, location perfect if your goal is to go to the zenith.
