Excellent. Good service, all very clean, economical and well connected to the center of Toulouse. It has a swimming pool.

Clean hotel but a lack of organization and poor communication on many points:
— We do not warn auprealable for the passage of the household.
— How does the end of the booking go, etc.
-a lack of communication and clairette on the part of the staff!

Great place — secure parking for the motorcycle both times. Room was large and had superb facilities.

Nice aparthotel a short distance from the centre. Big enough rooms, nice bathroom and a small kitchenette with all you need. No oven but there is a microwave. Swimming pool is a godsend with the current heatwave. Tram stop 30 seconds away and less than 15 minutes to the centre of town. You can have a buffet breakfast but we just ate in the room. Supermarket and bakery across the road and an Aldi and a Carrefour nearby so plenty of choice for self catering. My only complaint is that the bed in our apartment is too soft for me but that's just opinion. I would recommend for a short break in Toulouse.

Good hotel for a family holiday. However, there are ashtrays around the hotel, especially around the car park. I do not put 5 stars because of the mattress that makes me suffer because of a hole yet I weigh only 85kg. Thanking you for taking into account my remarks which I will not hesitate to share with you at the end of my stay. Kind regards.

On the first and last days of our tour we stayed there. On the second time we even got a discount. The room is well equipped. Breakfast was well garnished and delicious.

The apartments are large, clean and functional. The only downside is a little far from everything, you have to take the tram and the subway to get to the city center. If you're looking to enjoy the nightlife, check out the public transit schedules or it's Uber.

Why advertise they have a pool when it's not open. Very disappointed when we got here. Also felt the photos on their website are misleading… I wouldn't stay here again… if your looking for a plus it's near the metro and the hotel over looks the Hippodrome which is beautiful.

The pictures they advertise are very deceiving. The actual room looks very different. Tiny cockroaches crawling around, holes in the ceiling, refrigerator missing, no receptionist anywhere to be found. Shockingly horrible service!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been … when we arrived there were no body in there even a receptionist nor a security. The walls had holes and full of insects. Our bedroom didn’t even have a refrigerator. Soooo bad the terrible hotel.

Superb residence! The studios are perfectly well equipped. Free parking on site, view of the hyppodrome and the zenith at 5 min on foot. Tram right in front. Really perfect for an unbeatable price!

Clean, very well equipped, well designed. Close to transportation and airport, free parking available. Breakfast very decent.

Pleasant, clean and well located. Carrefour supermarket is 10 minutes at the end of Ave de Lombez.

Very good, especially for families with children as it has a small kitchen. A bit far from the centre but well connected by public transport. It cleans the room 1 time x week.

Really good place and worth the money payed for it. Even though the breakfast its not included; Its well equipped with cuttlery and general kitchen stuff, including microwave and fridge. Nice view facing to the Hipodrome of Zenith, and less than a block away from the closest train stop "Zenith", also the centre was less than 30 minutes by walking. The staff was always willing to help us and they seemed friendly to us. Good distribuition of the internal space, having for separate the WC and the shower in the room.

Clean spacious and little expensive option located between the Zenith Tram and the arena Metro good value for money. We tested the T2, very satisfied with the rental. I recommend.

Service, apparently, personal and local always very nice. Breakfast is perfect. A pleasure to renew from year to year during our passages.

Nice apartments. only remember to take the trash out since they will charge you if you don't.

I stayed there one night. Upgraded. On the other hand I admit that I was surprised by the lack of spontaneity of the staff to say hello. However the first contact passed, the staff is very nice.
The rooms are sober and very clean.

Perfect location and price just for its services as well as good treatment of the staff.
Quiet area and very close to the tram to get to the city centre.
It only takes 1. €60 for Transport 1h30minutos… remember that during that time you can use, only once… tram bus and Metro.

Very good, decent size rooms with parking. Easy access if you have a car and need to travel outside Toulouse. Town centre about 35min walk. Only thing is no gym at the property, you have to go to another venue where they have the gym. Overall very good.

Excellent value for money Hotel in Toulousse. It is a bit out of the center, but if you drive you will have no problem, because they also have free parking outside (subject to availability).
The staff is super friendly, allow puppies even in the dining room if you wear them well tied and when the dining room is not very crowded, the rooms are very well equipped (they are not very large but well laid out) with kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub, TV Big flat screen, a very complete table for work, and in our case we had balcony.
The breakfast is not the most varied that I have tried, but it is the typical French and of good quality (there were autochthonous cheeses, sausage, cereals of first marks, crusanes, bread of different types, jams, juices, eggs to make hard, etc. )

Good deal and they speak Spanish. Spacious rooms and free parking. It has beautiful views of a racetrack.

Very good hotel, an excellent location less than 2 minutes from the tram that takes you straight to the center. Free Parking though without securing square. For this there is a rate of 8e/night and would be covered already. Weekly cleaning, in stays of less than 7 days you manage your, but you have mop and broom in the room. Full kitchen utensils of soba. A highly recommended pass. They serve you in French, English and Spanish.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Paste: plenty of bathtub. Best shower tray and toilet in the same water.

Spacious Studio especially those with balcony. Very clean and quiet. Tram right next door.

Great place very nice and the rooms are huge, only flaw is that it is far from the center.

This is the perfect place to stay with family, kids or friends. It has the train station and supermarket really close by. It is not close to the center of Toulouse but it's only a couple stops away. Parking is available and the small kitchen area made our dinners easier to prepare and eat!

Nice location, rooms are not big but space is optimized. Staff is helpful and nice. Didn't had breakfast so I cannot say. Free outside and secured parking. Understair parking but not free. Would recommend.

Helpful Staff, clean rooms, close proximity to the tram, the Metro and airport, so its easy to get around and to the capitole. Quiet Surroundings.

Excellent for a short stay right beside a tram stop which is 15 minutes from the airport and 2 mins from a tube station.

We are very satisfied.
The reception staff is very friendly.
The apartment is clean and Nice.
The hotel is well located, close to the tram stop, then to a metro station and very quickly in the center of Toulouse (the Capitol Square).
We will be back from time to time and we recommend.

The Breakfast is great. Really have to get out themselves.
