Host was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home! Our room was beautiful and immaculately clean. The terrace area and location was stunning.

Amazing hosts… the GM and the whole team including the FOM Pascal. The whole team were very friendly and kind in helping us. Breakfast was amazing, everything worked without effort.

Staff was excellent including my late evening arrival. Bed was so comfortable including the pillows. Bathroom was clean and good size. Bath products smelled so good!

We very much liked this little boutique hotel right near all the sites of the old town. Our room was small, but very comfortable, and with a nice bathroom.

Excellent welcome from Tinami and Mrs Tinami. We had one breakfast which was excellent. The location is superb with a view directly on the Basilique.

Stayed in a shared apartment. Barely saw or heard the other person. The rooms are big with an individual bathroom. Very clean. Newly renovated with retro decor. The staff is young hip and energetic.

Booked the night before a weekend for 4 (2 adults, two young children).

I faffed over the score but I think it deserves a 5. It’s rated 4 star but it was a nice room and had lots of amenities. Even with an eye mask and ear plugs which aren’t needed.

This is a wonderful gem of a hotel in central Toulouse. Very quiet and modern rooms, lovely breakfast, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We would come again and heartily recommend!

Its really a pleasure to stay here. The room is clean and they have private living room for each guess and the bathroom incredible.

Clean, comfortable and super sweet hostess. We stayed 4 days with big family in hot summer. A baby cot was provided and we just needed to ask to have more things provided.

Le Grand Balcon is a beautiful hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Toulouse, with most landmarks within easy walking distance.

This hotel couldn't be in a better location. Right at the corner of Place du Capitole, it puts everything within walking distance.

Quiet place, there is a pool, parking, everything was excellent. Nearby there is a Mall and restaurants.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, I had a couple requests and they were able to help me.
The restaurant is closed in august but it is absolutely not an issue.

Great accommodation! Wonderful garden and lovely people! We didn’t try the breakfast but looked good :) the location is good if you use the metro or bus, maybe walk once by the canal.

Great little basic cozy hotel. Really like the neighbourhood, very easy to get to from the airport with the bus and short metro ride.

The hotel is perfectly positioned. The market, just outside, is fantastic. We had a freindly greeting and were always well looked after. The room is a little small but fine.

The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center of the city. The rooms are clean and the staff is very attentive.

Everyone is incredibly helpful, kind and considerate. I stayed here for 6 days and felt like it was my home away from home.
