We had to find an hotel at 18:30. They were very accommodating and had a good stay — great help at reception.

Great location, so close to rI ver, many restaurants. Friendly staff, top bath room. No English TV at all.

Perfect location to discover this beautiful pink city of Toulouse.
Availability, careful decoration. A real four-star.

Clean and well decorated hotel, with a very good welcome.

Only downside, the privileged room, it does not cover in any way the photo proposed by the site! Indeed, only one of the privilege rooms has been renovated. So expect more to a room African atmosphere and not boudoir. In addition our room was very cramped and poorly insulated towards the hallway and elevator, so a lot of noise, despite very good exterior insulation.

Breakfast was ok

No parking, so plan an extra parking budget!.

In short expensive for what it is.

Top located small boutique hotel with interesting rooms. Service makes almost anything possible.

Brilliant hotel in the heart of the city. Charming staff greet you in a quirky reception. You can choose a fun artsy room if you fancy or a simply charming room as I did. A small double room overlooking the river and Pont Neuf was absolutely perfect for my one night stay. Everywhere you want to visit is with in walking distance and the reception will tell you what to see and where to eat. This is a great spot to stay in the beautiful city of Toulouse. The Restaurant next door is definitely worth a visit and if you book through reception they’ll give you a voucher for a glass of champagne! It was a truly happy visit!

Everything in the Deco and not much in the background maintenance (frames. Electricity. Plumbing) Double billing, refunded but still a big lack of organization for a 4 star.

We had a good night in a nice room. Only negative point noted: the breakfast room is in the basement, it's a shame not to be able to enjoy the view by lunch.

I loved the decoration of this hotel. Great location next to the city center, nice room, clean and coxy. Good breackfast and service. I recommend this hotel.

Very good location, clean, nice and curious, about 5 am, at least the days we were, smelled tahona, fresh bread, or according to my dreams to fresh croissant.

I stayed there the following from 17/01 and do not understand how this hotel can have so many rave reviews. The staff are friendly and the view meets the expectations, but we are painfully close to the hotel 2étoiles in terms of quality once in the room > > The No 34 certainly small, but there is not the problem.
Let's start with the smell, a mix of sewer and a very strong heady fragrance that eventually woke me up (Impossible to sleep again).
Towels were hanging on the landing (room in Works I was told) the soundproofing is actually not top.
The laundry was torn the floor of the bathroom was dirty the power outlet next to the bed was deflated from the wall the furniture and walls are very damaged.
I showed these photos at the front desk before leaving and as an answer, I got "put a comment on Trip Advisor, it's the only way to make things happen" OK!

Great rooms with real unique decorations. The Nespresso was a bonus!

Superb 4 star hotel overlooking the Garonne, the suite has a bathtub which is very nice.
The bed is very comfortable.
The breakfast is a bit expensive (15 euros) but we find everything.

Very nice hotel to visit Toulouse. I enjoyed the modern décor and the old-fashioned charm of the building that houses the hotel. Very professional and efficient home. Small room (n ° 42), very comfortable and especially with a very nice terrace with a splendid view on the Garonne and the Left Bank of Toulouse (light dinner possible on the terrace). Very good breakfast Very good level of service. The hotel is not very accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The hotel is very expensive. The French hotel as we like it, inventive and creative but not losing sight of the comfort of the customer. We had a bright room opening onto a small terrace offering a fantastic sunset over the Garonne! of the sublime! Good breakfasts.

Our view of the river was great, and the location was good. However the room was very small, and Wi-Fi is rate limited at 500kbps, which is not enough to do any video chat, skype etc. After informing staff about this they said nothing could be done until business hours, so I decided to check out early in order to have a job interview in the states. Then the hotel refuses to issue a refund for nights I didn't stay (after giving them 24 hour notice). Don't stay here for business.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Toulouse and the only one with a view of the Garonne from all its rooms. The décor is top and the brewery a real institution. It's the chic and elegant Toulouse ADRESSE.

It was perfect. The hotel is very well located two away from the shopping streets and city center. The rooms are quiet and well insulated and the view of the garonne is magnificent. The staff has been very nice and res professional. Perfect for a romantic stay.

We found the hotel to be very convenient for sight-seeing as it is situated just off the old bridge "Pont Neuf" and very central near Place Capitole. The rooms were okay, and very charming.
