Hotel

We based ourselves here for 2 nights to enjoy Nimes, it's about a 40 minute walk to the Arena. The rooms are comfortable and clean though the pool is right next to the restaurant so we decided not to go in. The main reason for our 5* is the staff. They were so friendly and helpful we felt so welcome and they couldn't do enough to be of assistance. We didn't eat at the restaurant as the menu didn't take our fancy but the first night we went to a local Italian place 5 minutes away and there is a buffalo grill literally over the road.

Very good location, very clean and spacious room, receptionist at the top and compbeing. Largely at the height of a NOVOTEL. I recommend it.

Very old rooms, no power plug in the bathroom. Bathroom had very wrong mould smell.

Family room for 4 with baby cot ready on arrival even though the mattress was very salty (many milk stains). Breakfast quite decent and has will. Relatively quiet.

An Ibis. Clean room good value for money. Nice breakfast closed parking.

Sleep made very difficult by muffled noise room 221 like that of a transformer almost continuous no confusion with possible noise of VMC of the room (double door) or the one below?
One electrical outlet in the room.

I am a customer of Accor group for more than 15 years I have a map platinium I go to this hotel for at least 3 years and every time I have to claim my drink welcome and every time I am pointed out that it is not obligatory.
So I'd like to know once and for all what my card is for.
D Besides I have a reservation in progress for the month of March and after I think Change hotel.
Not enough recognition for diligent clients.

Common rooms very welcoming and pleasant, a staff accessible but not the most pleasant, which contrasts with obsolete rooms and truly without soundproofing…
Note Even a connecting door with the adjoining room which has no security.
In short a rather difficult night…
A hotel that I do not recommend.

Very good recovery. The renovation is very successful. The staff are very nice and available. Very polite and smiling room maids. Parking is free and closed. Be careful not to park under the trees. 16 Euros of cleaning due to bird droppings.

Good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Small rooms. The receptionists are also the waitresses and they don't get catered for everything. The price of drinks in the cafeteria is exorbitant.

The location is not in accordance with the comfort and the reception. But for the rest in line with the Ibis standard. The decoration for Halloween was very good. Special Mention to the team for this personal touch.

Far from the center. No kettle, no fridge…

Good place to stay for 1 to 3 night.

Hotel is easy to get to when traveling by. The rooms are quite small but sufficient. The bathroom had a smell that suggests that it has a small sewage problem. I wonder what the people at the reception will say when I report this.

We arrived late on Friday night to discover that they had given away our three rooms (two adults and five children) despite the fact that we left our credit card number and announced a late arrival. As it was one of the busiest days of the hear, we were unable to find a room anywhere else. Thanks for a horrible experience Ibis Nimes!

Despite a façade dated, hotel in very good condition, modern rooms redone recently, clean and silent despite the commercial area and Freeway close. Breakfast was top for that price.
Address a counselor.

For sleep this place is not good. Can hear every door open and close. People walking around upstairs. Can hear hangers moving around in the closets door. It's 12:30 at night and still loud with movement. Not built very well. Guess I'll have to put in earplugs.

Very good no negative point.

Good for overnight. Close to the highway and a Buffalo Grill. Friendly and clean. Secured Parking. Good Wifi. Great breakfast and very comfortable beds. Small room.

What you'd expect from an Ibis. Simple but clean rooms. Location is overall good. Nice large and free parking lot.

Hotel correct room is great.

For an ibis, we were pleasantly surprised. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is well served by 2 bus lines. The only small problem is that we are close to the toll but it didn't bother us too much.

I'm in training in a hotel room. Very nice: friendly staff, nice room. Very well placed not far from the exit of the motorway, and free parking.
