Me and my companion have stayed at Hotel csuite for over a week and as we are young, we are forced to pay the extra immediately,
We're taking limits for thieves,
Receptionist very rude and rude.
I call in the morning for a late check out I am told that it is OK then when it was seen that it was me he therefore refused me. Racist? I think so!
Alarm that has ringing throughout the hotel for more than 30 minutes at 5:00 am, not even a commercial gesture for their customer nothing at all for them is normal! The hallway smells like cigarettes, the maid gets into your room without even hitting (imagine you're not dressing or whatever)
Bedding not comfortable the double bed is 2 small bed and a hard can, flush the toilet break you hear all night flowing water…
The Jacuzzi was room and smell very bad too!
Hotel rustling at night as in the morning!
Frankly I am really disappointed with this hotel go to the nimeshotel to rate it and really better.
This hotel does not deserve the 4 stars I would have said 2 stars!
Positive point: the pool only!

If the furniture and hygiene are perfect (beautiful modern Deco, clean and functional bathroom)
On the other hand very many small points pushes me to say that the service is very limited. 20 minutes to take 1 room already reserved. 1 person overwhelmed with the reception that makes… everything (from the bar to the furnishing of the rooms passing through the bellhop service.
The Office is so high that it is impossible to work on it. No bag in the trash.
In short, would be nice but a very bad value for money.

Nice hotel in Nimes though away from downtown. It is located in a polygon south of the locality Qie on the other hand offers nearby shopping areas and restaurants. Good prices for the stars you have. Renovated and clean bathrooms. Good treatment and very good service. They only speak French and English.

Ideally located next to the motorway exit without having the noise disadvantages, access to the centre of Nimes is easy. The hotel's facilities are excellent.

Disappointed by the pool, the water too cold with children flying to blame for the Mistral. My daughter flew away with them. Fuck the tea bags before you screw them.

Not great for a 4 * Apart from the bedding which is very good. As for breakfast at 16 euros it's really abused!
Served from 7am to 11am on weekends, we arrive at 8am, there is a background of scrambled eggs completely dried and when you ask it is answered that there are no more and that they will have the next day! As for the bacon, there were only 4 unfortunate small slices and I still wait for it to bring me back… just dismal this breakfast and never it is worth 16 euros!

Mediocre and scam I advise against. Having spent a stay at this hotel, I was disappointed at first the staff, who as soon as we arrived is not available, the wait is long especially when we see the receptionist laughing in the back while we were waiting, I think it is missing a Professional staff worthy of a 4 star hotel. As for the room, we are constantly forced to put the double beds in place, there were stains on the mattress and the toilet was not clean either. So there is a problem of hygiene, note of safety outside I almost fell down the stairs that are filled with leaves. I was paid more than my reservation. I advice the hotels that sits around, it's cheaper, no scam, cleaner, the beds are better and the staff is much nicer. This one is not worthy of a 4 star hotel.
Ps: The Wi-Fi does not work.

Hotel very good but in contrast reception room: Wine bar and tapas in the basement to discover beautiful surroundings and excellent tapas deserves the detour.

Standard quality hotel. Comfortable room, internet so and so when hotel is full.

The hotel is very friendly and the staff are friendly and friendly. The tapas bar downstairs is very good and original, but not suitable for any kind of guests who would not want to move to dine elsewhere.

Great welcome but for the rest we have to forget we had a room with mini bar. The mini bar was half empty and pervaying the housekeeping and reviewing by opening the window we discovered a dead rotting bird in the stagnant water.
We warned the welcome of all c is problem no commercial gesture.

Spa Area closed as it is reportedly being rebuilt, although on its Website it has been rebuilt and renovated in 2015. Food was terribly unpalatable. Shower with Mold, international Television did not go there no Reception, Bedsheets with Holes, Walls with Columns as The Hotel I personally would not give even 2 Stars. Every B&B hotel is better.

This hotel would be OK for a 3-star hotel. Overall the property could be better maintained. The rooms are pretty bare, no carpet (probably a design choice though), no art on the walls, bathrooms are nice with modern fixtures. Staff is friendly, but we had some issues: the room wasn't ready when we arrived (more than half an hour wait), our room wasn't cleaned on the first day (everyone we talked to seemed surprised), the table in the room was broken and was never addressed during our four night stay. The reception is non-existent,, there are just a couple of desks with laptops. The pool is nice and clean, but the landscaping around is unkempt. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Room is clean, if a little bare. No services directory or phone instructions in the room. No mini bar, no tea or coffee making facilities. There doesn't appear to be any laundry facilities. It did not meet the expectations of the price of the room. Stay at the Ibis over the road, that's consistent.
