Staff was outstanding. Blew our expectations away. Drinks in the lovely grassy backyard seating area was a beautiful way to start our evening. Totally dog friendly.

Absolutely outstanding experience. I cannot find anything negative to sau, all the combinations of flavours were perfect and I enjoyed it from the very start to the very end. The beautiful dishes were served and presented by the most friendly and professional team and meeting the chef and his brigade in the kitchen in the end was a special moment. We went for our anniversary, and it made it one to remember. The food and wine is just on another level, and the service fantastic. Happy to guide you through the choices and menu, explained every course, and no stuffiness like you sometimes get in a top class restaurant. Just fabulous, highly recommend.

Only one way to describe this restaurant it is fantastic in every department the staff the food the ambience and of course the wine list all staff are knowledgeable on every aspect of the food and a plus for non speaking French like most Brits they speak English excellent value for the money for the professional way the place is run FANTASTIC we will be back and thank you for a memorable evening fine food and service.

After doing a lot of research before travelling to Carcassone to find a restaurant to give us the full experience of the foodie heaven that is the Languedoc I finally decided on this one and I'm so glad I did. The food was some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of eating and the quality of service was beyond compare. The staff even went out their way at short notice to help me spring a suprise proposal on my beautiful girlfriend whom is now my beautiful fiance!

An amazing tasting experience, a staff at the top! Supervised and free Parking, a map and several menus. A Plus, a weekday menu at lunch between 48 and 55 euros with wine and coffee!

What can I say?
A dining room and a hotel decorated with great taste and class. A sober and modern design! The staff are really welcoming and warm. I really made some great discoveries on my plate with the action menu — reaction but also beautiful discoveries in my glasses with the food and wine pairing.
A spacious and pleasant room. The bed, let's not even talk about it I would have stayed there.
The breakfast of choice and quality.

Sublime attention to detail, a wonderful lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday!

Had lunchtime menu, very good value. 55 euros a heas, 3 courses with several amuse bouche to start and coffe with petit fours to finish — so more like 5 courses. Also 2 glasses of wine picked by the sommelier to compliment the food. We had a baby with us, who was playing up a little, however the staff made us feel very welcome, all in all excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Exception Table. In the evening the Discovery menu with wine tuning is sublime, the lunch in the park enjoys the same service that is at the height of this establishment.

Words cannot describe the experience we had at Le Parc Franck Putelat. The food was like nothing we have seen before, the service impeccable and the environment very relaxing. Recommended!

Food was good, but major problem with service and the fact there was a two year old there on a Saturday night, being loud. Almost righted the wrong, but for a 2 star place, not nearly good enough. Sort it out!

The best table in the city at a very reasonable price considering the quality and in any case, better spend a little more to reach the top because the gap between a "Tavern" and the top level found in the Park is really low…

It's good: the right products, may be not very hearty (bread is good)
However the service is absolutely pathetic:
jostled to take control and the 'menu wines' virtually imposed had the command the server went and turned to say ' menu wines (the person who received was hard of hearing, others believed that the wines were included in the menu surprise)
No sommelier to help to choose and present wines other than by the name
comments very limit of the server when explanations of prices and a question ' order by bottle would it not have been cheaper? (we were 5),
and the packet of biscuits given out does not remove the bitterness of the acerbic remarks of the server: a good meal is not only in the plate! that's 2 michelin stars?

I eat there for the third time on 14th September 2011. We were a table of four ladies outside on the terrace. We all found the attitude of the service to be extremely indifferent, be the point of being almost rude. Plates were very brusquely put in front of us. Our request for a possible vegetarian alternative to the two choices of main dishes on the menu was met with 'what do you consider to be vegetarian'. 'When I replied that we did eat fish the answer was 'well, the choice of Congre on the menu is 'vegetarian'. Upon our request for a plate of vegetables only the answer was that it might be possible, but would take a while and that there would be a supplement. Somehow this 'service' doesn't quite go with the reputation of the restaurant. We chose to stick with the menu, we enjoyed our starters and we enjoyed our deserts very much. The main plate — the Congre — was too salty. This was my third visit to Le Parc, but I think it will be my last for quite a while.
