I make a good recommendation about these apartments, the truth is that they are very comfortable and above all clean. They have an enclosure where you can park, you can leave the car as long as you need and then do the input or the output. One of the best advantages is that a 5 minutes walk you have the castle of carcassone. Highly recommended.

Very good apartment rent. Spacious clean at affordable cost. Nice staff smiling accommodating very good advice. And pool at the top. Just missing a changing table at the pool level.

The services offered are just and essential. The rooms are very clean, and that's a great point in your favor. The beds are small, and if you are tall, as is my case, it is an inconvenience to comfort and rest. The service is very attentive and helpful, solving any problem in an effective way. It has a swimming pool and a gym. It is just a few minutes from the walled precinct, on foot, and has a free parking area.

Ideally located at the foot of the medieval city with secure parking. Comfortable room (for 2 adults and 2 children) and rather spacious complete single-downside breakfast: The insulation of the windows; We hear well the (important) traffic of the street I recommend nonetheless… if you think about taking balls quies.

Hotel very far from their (3stars) … cleanliness really leaves a lot to be desired, the quality of the bedding I do not tell you about it is an ordeal to sleep in this bed… The indoor pool remains basic and small. Eagerly return home…

Residence offering quiet but well equipped studios and apartments. The residence is 500 meters from my city of Carcassonne and 1500 meters from the new town. They accept dogs. Breakfast is plentiful and with regional cakes. The residence is equipped with a gym is a heated indoor pool. There's a secure parking lot.

Very well. It looks old-fashioned but has everything. Very large apartment with perfect heating system. Very well equipped kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher… Lots of towels and gel. Comfy beds. Situation to go to the castle very good.
The pool is 110cm.

The guided tour of the city has been very nice.
The visit of the castle we have done with audio guide, which I do not recommend.

Convenient motel-like accommodation. It is at a short walking distance from the Cité. Maintenance could be better, but the apartment was clean and had all the creatue comforts you could need. We did not take the breakfast as there is an excellent boullangerie nearby which sells excellent croissants and pastries. Car park space is ample and handy (You are allowed to lea e your car there after checkout if you want to spend the day visiting the Cité). Great for a one-day-stay in Carcassonne!

A hotel to spend a night or two, not much more. In my opinion, is an ideal hotel to stop a night if you're doing a trip of two days or more. It is a little seedy, on all the hallways, but the rooms are not so bad. There is also a swimming pool.

A site very quiet, and 5 minutes from the castle on foot. Ideal to go with children. Parking at the view, fenced all around the grounds. The breakfast… how to all…

It is a few apartments with a relationship quality price very adequate, close to the citadel (about 5 min. Walk), quite a large size. What you need to improve is the indoor pool (too small, it is uncomfortable to be there with so many people at the same time) and the decor of the apartments (it's starting to be outdated). Clearly, the manners of the receptionist is far from what I expect of a person who is facing the audience (by own experience and the lived in front of me with another guest at another time)

The room was very large and had all of the amenities one would want. The staff was kind and helpful. My only problems were that the shower was a little moldy and the layout was awkward with the bathroom in a completely separate room from the shower and sink (like on the other side of the apartment). It was a quiet space and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the parking — it was secure and free.

Simple and basic but effective. Strange bathroom and shower room arrangement. Bed could be a little more comfortable. But overall no complaints. Room was clean and shower had good water pressure.

Bed and bath could have been more clean. Location is good. Kitchenette is beneficial to some. AC did not work and aging facade.

We have a very good stay at home staff is nice, the apartments are clean and spacious thanks stay of 2 nights and impeccable breakfast is what start the day.

No change of dates
D because a failure of my car, I n was not able to the hotel the date.
I have phone to change the dates and the response has been: No. I was booking on booking and the web site has also phone to solve the problem: answer: no change, impossible.
Conclusion: I have to pay a room for two days and no change of dates and no refund.
So, that is the policy of this business hotel.

My partner and I spent a few days in Holy Week and the truth is that we are very happy. The room is simple and cozy, it has a kitchen and everything is very clean. There is free parking and it is five minutes walking to see the Castle of Carcassonne. I also have to say that the receptionist Antoine and Megelie, they were very friendly with us because we broke two dishes and then we brought it back without any cost. They have a service very antento with customers. I highly recommend it!

It is an enclosure of buildings, where each building has different rooms. The apartment is right, all very simple and no frills. As a great advantage for families and groups is that the rooms have a kitchen in a small dining room, we can say that the furniture and utensils in the apartment are quite old fashioned, but they fulfil their function. Other points that can be highlighted from the Cerise Sud, are that it has a swimming pool and free parking. The receptionists are very friendly, and with a level of Spanish is correct. Best thing about the hotel, their price-quality ratio and that is very close to the citadel.

Can resembling the picture found on the internet. Room OK but can warm and breakfast correct but still expensive anyway.

We have just spent a week in Cerise, The staff were very pleasant. And helpful The studio was spacious and had everything we needed. We would reccomend Cerise and. Certainly stay there again.

We were 5 friends and wanted a nice place to sleep in Carcassonne.
Geographically, Cherry is super well placed, 5 minutes walk from the medieval city.
The reception was very nice. We had a two bedroom apartment in the St Saëns building on the 1st floor.
Regarding the apartment, good and less good.
There are good, what the area: 2 rooms, a living room, a kitchenette, bathroom and Toilets separated… a real apartment with lovely furniture. Kitchen equipped with kettle, coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and clean dishes.
In less well, we regretted the lack of coffee filters (the front desk made us). But it is especially the bedding that leaves to be desired: the mattresses are very comfortable, the beds 1 place too narrow… and in the living room, it's a sofa with an extra mattress underneath… very uncomfortable for one should sleep in it. The residence could at least invest in a Click — Clack, it would be easier. And we regret that one of the rooms there is no window.
There is a pool in the residence, but it was crowded, it smelled chlorine, so we have not tried at all… but the basin, seemed still small.
Despite some setbacks that could be improved, that this residence still advantage of be well-placed, with ample parking, spacious apartments and what to eat.

Studio very well equipped, clean and spacious, and quiet despite the next road. Situation geographic ideal (5 minutes from the city on foot) and parking for free. Location was excellent, breakfast was good. Only downside, folding as a bed sofa, a bed would be welcome! We'll be back.
