Number15 Guesthouse Carcassonne

The only thing to say and more is that this place is 1st Class. Everything is Spotless. 3 nights in a Lovely big suite room we stayed in. Andrew & Karen always went more than beyond. Lovely quiet location outside the city. Which made all the more. Sitting outside in the garden and a very lovely lounge area which is always accessable to guests. Just felt we had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast was continental well presentable every morning. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and will return for sure. Merci pour tout.

My wife and I had an excellent stay here. A lovely, somewhat unassuming b and b that was made even better by its owners. Nothing was too much trouble for them in their superb, spotless property.
They even offered to drive us to the airport if our taxi was late!

Well this was a superb place to stay. Fantastic hosts, a great room, brilliant breakfast, and free parking within 50 metres.

Number 15 was perfect, easy location for the centre of the city, 10walk.
Rooms were really clean, comfortable and fully equipped with what you need.
Breakfast was tasty and coffee was really good.
Hosts were really friendly and super knowledgeable of the area.

Can not thank Karen and Andrew enough for such a fantastic stay. They must us feel so welcome and were fantastic hosts. The breakfast was superb. The guest house was so homely and comfortable and was in such a great location, with a short walk to all shops/bars and tourist attractions. Karen and Andrew were very helpful in advising where the best places were to visit. Thank you for a great stay and can’t wait to come back again! X.

After a hot day of cycling, we were welcomed by Andrew at their guesthouse. Basically it is a set of bedrooms with a shared seating area. Our bedroom was de luxury variant and that was big enough for two with seating possibilities and a nice modern shower in a large bathroom. The decoration in the room is quaint though different in style. Two vans were at our disposal which were certainly welcome.
The area and street where the guesthouse is located is not so nice but in fact well located for access via train or bicycles (they have a large garage to store your bikes). It is less than 10 minutes walking to the bastide and a bit more to the Cité part of Carcassonne. So not immediately in the hassle but the price is accordingly.
Andrew and Kate are good caring characters. They know where to go for eating and what is around and on in Carcassonne. We could leave out bikes after checking out during the day and agreed upon a later pick-up time.
Breakfast was sufficient and with a bit of English style (no bacon and beans, but cereals and cake).

Lovely comfy rooms. Great breakfast and welcoming host.
