No, Nice staff but put the renovated room on the ad this no longer passes in the 21st century.

Front desk friendly, cleaning staff room finishing is very clean, there are electric fans, external windows, see Street View, two metro stations in the middle, close to many restaurants is very convenient. Price is cost-effective, the room is very new. Soundproofing is a bit poor. Breakfast plus 7 euros.

Very small shower, corridor smells old fondue cheese. Well located. Too expensive.

A quaint little hotel. The building was kind of old though. It feels expensive for the quality of hotel.

The room was small and the bearing to go of the construction equipment.

Following the strike of the SNCF in addition to having missed my appointment, I did not have a refund of at least part of my reservation. Given the difference between the 2 prices of the reservation I find it difficult to "digest". Not commercial, I will not book at home.

A very nice, quaint hotel. The rooms are small but have everything you need (you did not come to Paris to sit in room anyway), the breakfast is simple but filling. Overall I give it 5 stars but would like to disclaim that I stayed for just a night.

Strengths: Location, value for money, cleanliness, bedding.
Weak Point: No temperature regulator and the rooms are not soundproofing. I could hear all my house neighbors very well.

Most pathetic place in whole Europe full of theifs never leave your valuables in this hotel room the whole management is a bunch of theifs including their owner my all the money and valuable gifts were stolen from my room their staff have access to your room any time because they have duplicate keys they even do not bother to arrange a camera in each lobby they only have in the main entrance my things were stolen at night when I went out too have dinner never ever plan too stay in this pathetic place if you want too enjoy your visit too paris they do not bother too help you in any sense if you are in problem you are in problem just because of them if any one want a proof I can show the police complaint which I have launched against these BUnch of theifs…

Well located hotel close to Saint Lazare. Very nice staff. The rooms are a bit simple, the bathroom a little too small. But the soundproofing is Good.

Th rooms are not well maintained. But location is excellent if u look for location.

The hotel is good but very small. The room I has all the facilities that has been told but the size is small. The lift is ao small that only one person can get in. Maximum 2 persons if you opt to squeeze in. Customer service is good. Would recommend the place for those people who are looking for a cheap and smaller in size!

Good location next to the Gare Saint Lazare. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The park in front of the hotel was a bit noisy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Every thing in the room worked and it was clean. The hotel was close to public transportation, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The price was competitive to other hotels in the area.

Location was really great. There is 3 metro (subway) stations very close to the hotel and you can easily use these stations for your trip all around the city. Cleaning of the room was satisfactory. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was not furnished as seen from photos on internet. Each room at the same floor has a different geometry and size. Your room was depend on your chance because all of them are same price and you cannot choose. Paying same money for different type of rooms were not fair. Our room was had the smallest shower I ever saw. The shower was small even for the Paris.

Hotel at the top, pleasant reception, full breakfast, well-insulated window.

Small room but only used to sleep, so the price was what I wanted. So it was. 5 days in Paris unforgettable.

Found the location very convenient but would not recommend this hotel. Room is too small. Was on the first floor so it was noisy. Personnel was kind.

This hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in Paris. Nothing fancy here but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. The hotel is also in a good central location and in a safe area of Paris.

Walk to the Center piccolisssima the room, old bathroom and narrow path without Cabinet and with lowest elevator, finally ruined carpets and pulciosa.

I passed 1 month in this hotel. It is a great place, good breakfast, nice people and clean rooms and bathrooms. I recommande ;-).

Dirty room, lots of noise, you hear the toilet flush from any room above you. The Rate us sheet on the room was already used, and the person before me in the room also hated it. The hotel staff didn't even removed that rating from the room. Not happy.

Great room, bathroom, location, service and free Wi-Fi. You can walk from Champs-Élysées to the hotel if you want to, or you can take multiple metro lines to Gare St. Lazare and walk to the hotel in a couple of minutes. The breakfast was traditional French and all of the staff in the reception speaks fluent English. Great value for the price. No air condition, but that wasn't a problem in September.

Not too expensive, good location and close to Gare St. Lazare (5min walking). Helpful staff although Wi-Fi is a bit steppy. Going back.
