Very upset. Was looking forward to staying here. Got this for my husbands xmas present.
So we arrive we are taken to a dirty room. Then told to wait in corridor and the receptionist went and got another key. X we then get in are lovely clean room to find no bath. We go down stairs straight away and ask for a bath as the other room did not have one. Yes the receptionist said not a problem. I then said would you like us to get are bags from the first room, she replied yes, instead of offering to collect. So we go back up to the room to get are bags to bring down to reception. We go out, and when we get back the room with the bath is ready, however this is a standard room unlike the paid for superior, thankfully though the Bags are in room. We later then go down to the hotel pool. Freezing cold! The next morning we order 2 coffees to the room, we then go on a journey and get a coffee (cold) and a tea.
So I ring again asking for the missing coffee. The waiter brings a pot of coffee up, no milk and cold, so again we ask him to return with milk. I just think when you pay a lot of money for a hotel 300 plus euros a night, you should receive great service.
Next day we head out for 5/6 hours to then get in after being out all day and the room is not cleaned. I go to reception, that hate seeing me coming, and she said did you not put the sign out? No, as I was not told that, if you are in any other hotel they just do your room or not. We made do with getting fresh towels. 600 Euros later and very disappointed.
