In the heart of Paris, not far from Champs Elysées, this design and fancy hotel is a must.
From the attention of the staff, the cleanness of the room and all the decor… it really became my favourite spot to stay in Paris!

Fab hotel, great location to visit champs elysess. 30 minutes walk. Pool and steam room fab. Superb staff, very friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble.

Great hotel. Small room (may be large for Paris) but well appointed and clean. Discreet staff but friendly and efficient. Clean and pleasant pool and steam room, perfect for rejuvenating after a long day at work.

Good location. Rooms are cosy. If you are one who must have more room keep both of your 29 inch luggage open, you have to go for their higher tier rooms.

Marvellous hotel. Rooms were luxurious, bed and pillows comfortable and the rain shower bathroom an absolute delight! The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Housekeeping kept the room clean and turndown service was a delight. Highly recommend this spectacular hotel.

We have only stayed for 4 nites and I can't fault this little hotel It is on a cobbled street but can't here any traffic bed is comfortable Pillows great bathroom modern and clean staff were amazing Breakfast the best apart from scrambled eggs (powdered) Would recomend not far to all attractions. Be carefull booking Wine tours had a bad experience.

Absolutely outstanding Hotel in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, a short walk to the Metro. Stunning, generous sized room with luxurious bathroom. Having the added bonus of an indoor pool was incredible. Breakfast was outstanding with so much beautiful quality to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room is EXTREMELY small. I feel like I'm in hobbitville. Seriously, the room can't be more than 100 square feet. The photos are NOT representative of the size of the room. Also, the gym has NO weight equipment. It consists of a treadmill, an elliptical and a stationary bike. The pool is a third of the size the photo makes it appear. No concierge, very disappointing. Not worth $400 per night.

This hotel was pure luxury. I'm amazed it doesn't have 5 stars. Staff were courteous and friendly, the room was excellently decorated, pool was beautiful. Didn't try the food, but it's well positioned, close to many places to get food. Wheelchair access was great, although the button for the door didn't work and I had to get someone else to open it every time I came in.

Spent 9 days here and was very happy with our stay. The pictures online are reflective of what you will find at the hotel. Staff was excellent and being able to end our day with a steam and swim in the stainless steal pool was a bonus for what is normally found in Paris. Also if your looking for clean and quiet this is the place. Heater and A/C ran quietly and the street nose was virtually nonexistent even though we were on the first floor. Who ever renovated this building did a great job at insulating out the street noise. You will enjoy your stay here.

Lovely hotel with excellent service and staff members. Beautiful rooms with Bulgari toiletries. Mini bar available for a supplement that included wine, beer and liquor mini bottles. Room with a view of the Eiffel Tower is room 601!

Great hotel. Room on the perfect sixth floor.

Beautiful Hotel! From the entrance we take full eyes. The rooms are tastefully furnished. They are very well soundproof (we were on the first side of the boulevard, we slept very well). The spa in the basement with its pool is a real plus. When at breakfast it was just great: a wide choice of sweet or savoury products! The whole team is in the small care to make this stay magical.

Excellent hotel! Very quiet, impeccable hygiene, perfect reception service, geographical location 5 minutes from the Champs Elysees on foot, the room service fast and efficient. I recommend my eyes closed and I would come back with great pleasure! Thank you very much!

Very nice hotel, great quality of service, very good welcome! The rooms are nice and clean, it is very well soundproof! We had a very comfortable 180 bed, coffee maker in the room… In short everything is top! Very good breakfast… beautiful pool and spa in the basement… really a great address! In a better location in the city center!

Very nice construction, well located, comfortable rooms, clean, with all the accomodations. Relaxed in the SPA part (hammam, swimming pool, fitness). The staff are professional and very welcoming. This building represents the charms of Paris in every way.

Centrally located. You kpmmt everywhere very quickly, be it on foot or by Metro. Newly renovated or opened, therefore rooms very pleasant. Of course Paris-typically not so much space in the hotel and the rooms. However, the wellness area with swimming pool and fitness is also very pleasant with a nice ambience. Small note for travellers by car: Due to the central location in the city centre you have to be already hard in order to be able to suffer so much typical Parisian traffic chaos. So prefer to come by train or plane.

Very smart, comfortable and welcoming staff. Being towards the centre of Paris it is near to most the local attractions, and, once you've spent a long day seeing the sites, you can rely on good food to see off the evening in a stylish restaurant.

This place was and is outstanding! It was my first time I'm Paris and they helped to enhance my experience inside and outside the hotel! So let me say… I stay at a lot of hotels throughout the year and hands down they offered the highest quality of service from any hotel I've ever experienced before La Villa Haussmann! As I'm writing this review I'm just getting of my plane from Paris headed home… and I can't wait to get back to Paris and La Villa Haussmann Hotel! Great place to stay! New hotel! Very very welcoming especially for first time American travelers to Paris!

Elegant, well located and rooms & spa were nice. However, I was charged a €150 deposit upfront. First time that happens to me in a hotel for a 3-night stay. Taking into account you are paying 300 euro/night for the cheapest room, and that the deposit hasn't been released yet, not happy overall.

A charming hotel that offers calm and relaxation in the heart of Paris. We especially appreciated the access to the indoor heated pool which is, however, shown as Spa, off any Spa service is available within the hotel. It should also be noted of the rooms at the quiet and charming but a little bit small for superior room and the view of the level of prices. Staff charming and attentive. Delicious breakfast!

Very upset. Was looking forward to staying here. Got this for my husbands xmas present.
So we arrive we are taken to a dirty room. Then told to wait in corridor and the receptionist went and got another key. X we then get in are lovely clean room to find no bath. We go down stairs straight away and ask for a bath as the other room did not have one. Yes the receptionist said not a problem. I then said would you like us to get are bags from the first room, she replied yes, instead of offering to collect. So we go back up to the room to get are bags to bring down to reception. We go out, and when we get back the room with the bath is ready, however this is a standard room unlike the paid for superior, thankfully though the Bags are in room. We later then go down to the hotel pool. Freezing cold! The next morning we order 2 coffees to the room, we then go on a journey and get a coffee (cold) and a tea.
So I ring again asking for the missing coffee. The waiter brings a pot of coffee up, no milk and cold, so again we ask him to return with milk. I just think when you pay a lot of money for a hotel 300 plus euros a night, you should receive great service.
Next day we head out for 5/6 hours to then get in after being out all day and the room is not cleaned. I go to reception, that hate seeing me coming, and she said did you not put the sign out? No, as I was not told that, if you are in any other hotel they just do your room or not.

La Villa Haussmann has one of the best locations in the city. What is so good about this hotel is a view over the Boulevard Haussmann and a perfect spa. After a long day you may relax in the pool and hamam.

Perfect location. The hotel is really new. Good design and practical. The room is quiet even though it is facing the street. Their double windows work very well. Fast Wi-Fi. Room size is by Paris standard.

A great small hotel in a really convenient location on Boulevard Haussmann. Rooms are superbly designed and despite being small they really made a great use if the space. Huge TV, superb bathtub, plenty of plugs and more espresso than I could drink which is rare. The restaurant and bar are very cozy and a good place to hang. Team and extremely friendky and very helpful. They also have a pool in the lower floor! Loved the hotel.
