Very nice place but paper thin walls. Impossible to sleep in.

Pros: The location very close to the RER B stop of Port Royal and the Metro Vavin, in front of a boulangerie patisserie where we practically made a rich and exquisite breakfast every morning. The lady at the front desk was always polite and helpful.
CONS: The old furniture and repainted to the least worse, the smelly carpet in the room, the continuous noises of the pipes, the tub/shower leaking water so much to flood almost all the floor of the bathroom, the aspirator of the old bathroom and full of dust. The handset of the shower with mold (see photo) ultimately for the price paid for two nights 120 euros, breakfast and stay taxes excluded, I expected much more In terms of cleanliness and room size.

Great for cleanliness and availability. Last booking and they gave us the room right away. Great location for the means.

A little small room, toilet strictly for short people. Overall not a bad place, well situated for public transport and things to do.

The hotel is very pleasant. The location is great, near several metro stations and RER B (Direct Line from CDG). There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast in the hotel did not take, breakfast in small bakeries-one near the hotel next door, the other opposite. The rooms are warm (late March), the heating is adjustable. The view from the room was very bad. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 days while in Paris. Hotel is centrally located near Montparnasse station and just south of Luxemburg gardens. You can walk from this hotel to most Paris sights in about 20 to 30 minutes or take metro nearby or rail. Good food options near train station Montparnasse and there are bakeries boulangeries next door and across the street for quick breakfast bite. Area is somewhat quiet and very safe. Hotel front desk staff is excellent, always willing to help and very friendly. You email them your sight tickets and they print them for you with no questions asked. Room is big enough and bathroom is spacious. Room cleaning service was great. The only downside is that elevator is one of the smallest I have seen. Luckily we stayed on the 2nd floor (1st by French standards) and used stairs all the time. Overall this place is a little hidden gem with affordable prices, spacious room and bath and central safe location.

The rooms are very clean and very comfortable, the treatment is wonderful, near the center and the transportation, very comfortable and never bothered, and all the respect for the crew, we were there for five days and were the nicest days I have ever lived in and I will only return to hotel novanox, paris 100%♡♡

Good. Great location — practically the Center of Paris, a large number of businesses catering for every taste and budget, with a 2-minute RER station and METRO. Clean rooms. Cleaning and linen change every day. Adequate staff. Free Wi-Fi. Human size beds and toilets. The bad:. Poor and expensive Breakfast. The lack of a lobby. Bad kompensiruet lovely bakery opposite with a gorgeous croissants. Can be advised for your accommodation.

The staff is great: polite, everything is ready to help, speaks English, which is not a little important, always friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day, comfortable, clean, always hot water, even very. Air conditioning, all the outlets work, kettle, tea, coffee in the room, white towels. Location is super: Metro is a five minute walk away, public transport is at hand, restaurants, shop close by. Recommend.

I stayed here with my 2 year old for two nights over a weekend. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the RER B line with direct links to the centre and the airport. We were given a room on the ground floor with a bath, this was very thoughtful of them considering my needs with a toddler. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable with plenty of room for us both. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful with any requests I had. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. The only downside was that we were able to hear guests coming back in to the hotel on an evening but it was worth it for the ease of access and didn't disturb us too much.

We spent a week-end in this hotel and we found it very cozy, well located and with a very kind staff. If the elevator doesn't work, pay attention to the stairs, they're very narrow.

The rooms are very comfortable, the cleaning service is good, and the service in. The reception is wonderful, they are kind and nice persons who help you in with ever you need, the location is perfect, the metro station is 5 minutes walk and is a RER which. Connect with the airport. For me was an amazing stay, I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it.

A hotel ideally located just a few steps from Montparnasse. Easy Parking in the adjacent streets. A really warm and very pro team. Finally last but not least very competitive rates. Studiotic recommends this hotel with whom we work regularly. A little advice… Call the reception directly to book and get the best prices and the latest availabilities of the plannning.

Very well located hotel between the RER B (Port Royal), the Metro (Vavin) and the Luxembourg garden nearby. Nice staff Perfect breakfast. And finally cosy room, quiet and comfortable, very clean, bathroom impeccable… anyway, I recommend!

From the moment you step in front door… great experience! Good location and close to all transportation. This end of street is quiet neighborhood, down farther is the middle of theaters, shopping and many eating places. Comfortable beds are a plus, elevator is very small. We were warmly welcomed by staff who spoke some English. Would recommend highly!

Reasonably priced and on a surprisingly quiet street. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but the bathrooms are generously sized.

My mother and I stayed there as a last minute thing and very unexpected. The staff was extremely sympathetic of our situation and got a room ready for us hours before the actual check in time so we could relax after hours of traveling from the U. S. The room was beautiful and extremely clean and air conditioned that we could control to our liking. The staff went above and beyond to help with any questions we had and directions we needed. The area was nice and quiet with the RER right up the street and the 4 a few blocks away. Laundromat approx 1 block and too many to list restaurants on the same blvd of all different flavors. My next trip to Paris I will be staying at Novanox again!

Our experience at the Hotel Novanox was nothing but the best! Perfectly located on boulevard du Montparnasse, the hotel is situated close to the Latin quarter, champs Elysees, the Louvre, Notre Dame… You just name it! Its well connected by the metro and RER with Port Royal, Vavin, and Raspail stations within quick walking distance. The rooms were on the smaller side, but absolutely spic and span with delightful bathrooms. To add to that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, going out of their way to make us feel special. All in all, a lovely experience. The only reason I haven't given five stars is that the price is a tad bit on the other side given that breakfast is not included. But I'd definitely return to stay again!

I have just returned from the Novanox Hotel in Paris. It is very conveniently situated — a short Metro ride from Gare du Nord, and very near the Port Royal station. It is a small well-run hotel. The staff are friendly, most speak English, and are very helpful. The rooms are fairly small but very clean.

The main feature of the place is nice localization on the Boulevard de Montparnasse and free access to WI-FI. Apart from that the hotel resembles old socialistic Polish Gromada hotels. But it is very clean, good for people with alergies. However as the breakfast is not included I think the price is a bit too high.
