Awesome hotel great location and staff amazing.

Cozy, pleasant staff, clean rooms but small. Overall its good.

Very nice and comfortable room.
Too bad the bathroom is small, if you want to take showers in love, don't think too much you would be skunked. The insulation is not top because we hear all the noises of doors, not to mention the Metro (it is a slight downside for me).
Positive points, a huge bed awaits you! To the top! There is also a big TV in case the weather is bad and you can even get delivered directly to your room, really appreciable!
Apart from that the people of the reception are really very warm and dynamic, a big thank you for their professionalism and their smiles.

It's such a shame that after saving up for what we thought was going to be a fantastic trip to Paris, turned out to be a total nightmare. When we returned to our room after dinner, we found that our cash, camera and a watch had been stolen. The hotel were unwilling to help us and we felt really unsafe there. Someone had entered our room with a key card and gone through our personal possessions — some really sentimental and can not be replaced. We're still upset and disgusted and wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. Reviews on TripAdvisor have also said this isn't the first time such a thing has happened.

Good, convenient location, and rates are competitive. However, the walls are EXTREMELY thin — we could very clearly hear our neighbours' conversations, among other noises! The shower door was missing so the entire bathroom flooded every time we showered. The shampoo/body soap was a dispenser attached to the shower wall, and when we checked in, it was basically empty. The following day we called the reception to ask for it to be refilled, and they told us: "No one told us that it was empty", as if it was OUR responsibility to ensure that housekeeping refilled it. We also asked for a bathrobe and were told that one would be brought up for us. Later, when we followed up on it, they informed us that they didn't have any clean robes left and that we need to give them more advanced notice if we want things like this.

! this hotel is not safe at all. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! I have never actually taken the time to write a review on TripAdvisor, however this one is extremely necessary. I cannot stress enough that this hotel is not safe to stay in. After saving up to make the trip to Paris before Christmas, we returned to our room to find that all of our cash, an expensive camera and my watch had been stolen. There was no broken entry to the room meaning that it must have been someone within the hotel that had committed the theft. The hotel was unwilling to call the police or even refund us for our stay — we obviously weren't going to stay there for even one night! Since leaving, the hotel have been extremely uncooperative, have refused to review the CCTV within the hotel and have also refused to replace our stolen items, even though they obviously took them from us. After looking at other reviews, I can sadly say that this is NOT the first time that this has happened at the 'hotel' — if you can even call it that. I would not want the same thing to happen to anyone else and would urge you to genuinely think before putting yourself at risk and choosing to stay here. After having to pay to move somewhere else for our stay, we are majorly out of pocket and we are disgusted by the treatment we received. Please think before booking. The rooms are also tiny, the walls very thin and you could barely move in the bathroom because it's that small. Think wisely!

Almost perfect in a 75euro price, how all the small hotel in the center of Paris, always too small, 太太太太太小了… 挤死了…

The location is very good and the hotel is very nice. No insulation from the Boulevard — you can hear the subway underneath each pass — you can hear the neighbors who cough or go to the toilet.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences. The rooms are small and suffocating. Poorly-ariate and in fact mould on the wallpaper (rooms 401 and 402). The bathroom is nothing but a closet where it is impossible to turn around. Not only the photos make you imagine a much more beautiful structure but we also found that you should not book in advance (one month) because you spend well 30% more.
To make you realize how badly we found ourselves… We left the hotel after the second night while having paid two rooms for three nights. We preferred to change hotels, spend more but didn't want our stay to be completely ruined by this property.

Great little hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are small but had everything you needed. Really nicely decorated and we had a brilliant view of the Montparnasse tower.

This is a funky boutique hotel. The room we stayed in was small but had everything we needed. The breakfast in the basement is FANTASTIC! There is quiche, meats, cheeses, pastries and the usual bread and cereal. A great assortment. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved my stay, yes the room is small but it’s good for a short stay. Breakfast was great and front desk staff spoke English and Spanish which I thought was amazing. I love the coffee machine for my breakfast cappuccino. Good location. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.

Very small room, designed nice, no working air conditioning so it was very hot, bed comfortable.

Small tight rooms but great location! Clothing storage could be much better, water sprays out of the showers easily so bathroom floors will be very wet. Hallways are dark and easy to trip and fall if not careful. Location is the highlight — — easy access to many train lines and lots to eat and shop within walking distance.

I great little hotel close to the Metro. The breakfast is fantastic and the people are nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this little gem to friends and family.

Really nice hotel, with buses and metro 5 mins walk. Wouldn't say is central but you can get there quick.
Stayed there one night. The woman at the reception was very friendly and she also speak English which is good cuz my French, just doesn't exist unfortunately. Beautiful rooms, cozy, clean, quiet with bathroom fully equipped. Plus there are a few brasseries around the area that are open until late. Recommend!

While the rooms are small (as most places near the centre), the hotel has recently been refurbished and provides everything needed for a weekend break.

My mother in law rented a room at La Parizienne and was blown away by the service and accommodations. The rooms are small but cozy, with very little water space. Excellent experience.

Clean hotel and comfortable bedding! This hotel is located right next to the subway, you can easily walk there in less than 2 minutes and go anywhere you want in Paris. The hotel staff also spoke English and have maps of Paris to help get around :) and the price wasn't so bad compared to other hotels in the area.

It was really great stay. I've actually liked everything about this hotel. It's located in a very nice area of Paris, close to many restaurants, bars and metro station. Room and the reception area were elegant, clean and the design was outstanding. Staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. I would say it's above avarage. Felt really welcomed there. Two ladies who were responsible for rooms and bar area were taking very good care of us. I will definitely go back there.

Cute little paris hotel comfortable, clean, welcoming and warm service, close to the Montparnasse train station, well connected by metro and bus, hearty breakfast, plenty of restaurants nearby. I'll be back and I recommend it!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Like all other places the price for breakfast buffet is a little high. But you get free bar snacks, coffee cookies and a wide arrangement of hot drinks included in your hotel cost. Don't forget the 2 euro city tax you pay. Th e rooms were clean and elegant but like most Europeans hotels very limited for space. Would reccomend this place. Beware it is in the mid to high range for cost per night.

I have been in this hotel for a week of work. The rooms are clean although not very large. The staff is courteous. The breakfast is not very abundant but you can find everything.

Good location, super clean rooms (Dreamcatcher top floor), modern open bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Very friendly staff. 1* deduction as the Breakfast goes down ridiculously small, and it is exactly 3 outdoor Seating. However, it is recommended and bakeries as the Sand of the sea.

Super-friendly staff 24/7, walking distance to great restaurants (e. G. Montmartre 1900 & La Criée, not forgetting La brioche Dorée for brunch), wheelchair adapted buses, and the great view from the Montparnasse tower. The hotel breakfast in the arched basement makes you feel at home. The only reasons for less than 5 stars (relative to other small-scale hotels), is the one wheelchair accessible room being across from the reception with less then perfect sound-proofing, the lack of view and the lift being too small for larger wheelchairs, but hey… What could you expect in the middle of Paris? I will be back, for the accessibility, the central-but-not-too-close location, and the lovely staff alone…

The Parizienne hotel is a new 3-star hotel not far from Montparnasse. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are very nicely decorated and can be found in all of the hotel of the humorous illustrations on Paris. The lounge is a great place for a drink with friends and the breakfast is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Paris to the transport.
