Our hotel was booked by our travel agent for our honeymoon to Paris and we really loved it! It is so cute with its blue doorway, and on a very nice road with shops and places to eat. It is within a short walk to the Luxembourg gardens, and a short walk to the metro. It felt like a very safe area. The room was small, but nicely updated with blessed A/C. The front staff was very helpful in getting us around the city. Finally, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning! We would highly recommend!

This wonderful boutique hotel has all that you need for your stay in Paris. Nice large bathroom, quaint room and wonderful buffet breakfast!

Wery nice hotel! Stayed three nights in july 2018. Everyone in the staff was very friendly! Interior design is slightly better than many other 3 star hotels imho, for example the bathroom. No mini bar, fridge in my room. Breakfast buffé is ok, french products. If you want a qute hotel with friendly staff that you can trust this is the place you looking for. Dont have anything particular in mind that is negative.

Nice hotel in an authentic Parisian neighborhood with small shops along the way. Not in the touristy area of Paris. Staff has been very accommodating to us.

The staff here was very nice and ready to help you find the fastest or cheapest ways to get around and which restaurants to try. The hotel also smelled really nice and had free coffee and tea for guests to make use of. Printing and computer services are also available. My only problems here were the unstable inyernet connection and that it is a little cramped.

Great hotel! Close to some great reasurants and about 45 minute walk to the Eifel Tower. The rooms and the staff were nice. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is that the contential breakfast didn't have a lot of variety and they didn't restock the toilet paper when they cleaned the room.

I will never forget my 10 wonderful days at Hotel Jardin Le Bréa! I selected a street side room and was warned that it could be noisy. Never heard a peep all night and loved seeing the meat market and other businesses across the street waking in the mornings. Quick walk to the amazing Luxembourg Gardens, a train station and whatever. All hotel service was delightful. I enjoyed chatting with other guests during the breakfasts in the lovely cellar. I intend to return — soon!

For a 3* hotel, you can't really go wrong! The rooms are a good size compared to the general size of rooms that you get in Paris. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms are warm with large windows. Bathroom is really nice and spacious including the walk-in shower. It's also conveniently situated beside a train station which grants easy access to landmarks within 15 minutes. It also has a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants surrounding it. Staff are very polite and knowledgeable with regards to the area and are fluent in English. (Had a booking for a river cruise and dinner which got cancelled — the staff at the hotel sorted the whole ordeal out which really made our trip) It has the option for breakfast, which is reasonably priced since its 'eat as much as like' — you have the choice to eat in a nice public sitting room or to have delivered to your room. Conclusion: Great for the price and ideal for anyone wanting a holiday in a beautiful city. Only downside I would say; the TV in your room only has two English channels which are news channels — The rest are in French. Lastly, I would recommend anyone staying and has the time… visit and attend a show at the Moulin Rouge — the entertainment there is incredible!

We had a great time visiting Paris. First time visitor and not sure about other hotels but the rooms are small. Our room had two twin beds pushed together (typical for Paris from what I've researched). We didn't spend much time in our room anyways. We had a nice view of the street from the room and it was nice to open the windows in the morning as we were getting ready to go out. There is a butcher shop and Starbucks across the street. Walking distance to many restaurants and close to the metro (train/bus) stops.

This is a gem of a hotel. Reasonably priced, most pleasant welcome and good breakfast.

A decent hotel. Some rooms are new but some need to refurbish.

Small but clean. The walls are definitely not soundproof and we unfortunately couldn't get a good night's sleep. Service here is good — the receptionists were all very nice and helpful. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was finding out at the end of our stay that breakfast is $14 a person. There was no mention of how much it was at any time and we didn't have this problem at any of the other places we stayed in Europe. Definitely would have gone out to a cafe for a nicer and cheaper meal. At their current price point, not very satisfied. I would stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel is ok for one night. I was in a sinhle room with the bathroom downstairs in the same room. Breakfast slightly simple.

For price and location along with brilliant staff at the front desk this is one of the most beautiful little gem of a hotel in Paris. Highest recommendation.

We stayed 4 nights. This is a lovely hotel in a good location, just around the corner from Vavin metro and the beautiful Luxembourg gardens and palace. There are many cafes in the area. The staff were really nice, especially the receptionists, Stephanie and Gaëlle who were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable. We liked the overall feel of the hotel. This is a cute, cozy and quiet hotel. Located easily accessible to most tourist sites. The hotel staff here are very friendly and speak good English. We had the pleasure to be served by Gaelle and Alphonso the days that we were in Paris and they are five star service for sure. The housekeeping gentleman and petite kitchen lady also very helpful. The shower in this particular room was a bit small for me as a six foot tall person but water pressure was strong. I would gladly stay here again for the great hotel staff service.

Hotel Jardin Le Brea is fantastic. The service there is nothing short of spectacular. Their friendy, professional, and courteous staff made our trip to Paris that much more enjoyable.

They never stop updating. Rooms are small, but the hotel is big on personality! Staff was great and did very well in English. Breakfast was ok and they were working on the lift, but you must do your remodels when you can. Highly recommend this to couples.

I loved the old world atmosphere. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was more than adequate. The hotel was within easy walking distance (2 or 3 blocks) from the Luxembourg Park, Gertrude Stein's apartment, wonderful art supply, boutique shops, sumptuous small cafes AND the Louvre. I will stay here again if I am lucky enough to revisit Paris!

I really loved this hotel and will use it the next time I'm in Paris. We stayed a year ago now and you don't just feel like one guest of many here. They are so friendly and personable and that in itself is worth the stay. The breakfast room is amazing and you are well taken care of. If you are considering hotel le brea. Do not think twice. Just book.
