The room we got was a hot box. It was summer and not even a fan was provided even after we asked for one. Meanwhile the guy at reception had two fans for himself. The room was poorly maintained with dirty old carpet. Definitely not going back there again.

Bad sound isolation in the bathroom. But if you close the door, it’s fine. Old rooms, but can’t complain on cleanliness. Kind and responsive staff.

Staying in this hotel is definitely worth the money you pay for it. It’s not quite cozy or fashionable, but it’s great location right underneath the Montmartre hill saves everything. Receptionists may not speak English well, but they can help you anytime. On top of that, the breakfast included in the price is huge, delirious and extremely french!

Good location, clean but old and good service. Found a bug in the bed in the morning but the management seemed really concerned and took care of it immediately after offering a little discount.

The hotel is very cozy and also the rooms are cozy, each room has a bathroom and a shower. The beds are not huge, but not too small if you are not over 1, 90 meters tall. The room service is also OK, but you have to get up early rather than you can sleep. The breakfast is also delicious and you can enjoy it very much. The selection is very large, there are croissants, fruit, bread and yogurt. There are also many drinks and the orange juice East pressed itself. The place east also very romantic and it is very nice to be there.

The hotel might have been in an excellent location but the staff was very unfriendly and hygiene was not very big up the list of their priorities. When we arrived we were given no information during the checkin and later they were mad at us for not knowing crucial information. During breakfast we were often ignored or received negative looks and comments for no reason other than we were there. Smoking was apparently allowed in the rooms and our room smelled of cigarettes because someone else was smoking in their room. I would definitely not recommend this place and I would like to urge the staff of this hotel to reconsider on their actions.

I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but for service I do. Yeah the rooms and decor etc are old but thats ok. But the service from the cleaners and receptionist aee extremely RUDE. When we came for breakfast we were told you had to sit where the cleaners tell you to sit just so it makes their job easier… tables and chairs too close together when you get up out of your sit your knocking the one behind you. Eating breakfast and having the staff watch you while you eat is an experience I wouldn't like other tourists to endure. The staff there need to PICK UP THEIR A GAME… GOOD MANNERS go a long way. Even if the hotel is a 1, or 2 STAR… (I stayed there last month).

The worst hotel ever! After a ten min stay at the room I simply ran away. Old, crazy dirty and I even saw a flee on the bed.

More than discreet Hotel located below the Hill of the Sacred Heart, very close to the Metro. You don't expect much from the rooms the locks are not the best and the bathrooms don't even though it's cute and cozy. The prices are very affordable and the breakfasts plentiful great for those who have to make a short break and have no special needs.

Nice Hotel, good location but not at all secluded rooms, elevator very noisy, cleanliness not top. Obviously the price is as a result but next time I will pay more and I would take better. Staff at breakfast not at all nice and even obnoxious. In short I do not recommend.

Nice hotel in Montmartre, breakfast is really good and rooms on the sixth floor have quite a nice view on the roofs of paris!

It is well located but the cleanliness is fatal. Breakfast is not good either. I put two stars by location and by the heating which is very good.

Very accessible to public transportion. The Hotel is not modern however it feels safe and comfortable. If you want to stay for a couple of days in Paris in a limited budget. Then this hotel is for you. The owner and the employees are very accomodating.

Visited in July 2017 For a two star hotel can you really complain? For my boyfriend and I this hotel is fine! Great location close to metros, train station and Moulin Rouge its very easy to get around. The breakfast is enough to get your day started and the tea and coffee is good.

Great value for money, amazing position, just under sacre cour and metro station at 3min walking, nice staff and lovely breakfast.

A budget hotel with friendly and rude staff, it depends ;). Please note that it is an old building, so it is noisy. And the breakfast is not much, too bad. But overall it is good for what you pay for it.

It's good for the price it has. The people who work here are friendly. If you don't have very high standards, it's recommended!

1 minute walk from nearest Metro Supermarket. Room was very basic, ok for price but have found nicer hotels closer to central Paris in the past for a better price. Wouldn't stay here for longer than 2 nights. Walking distance to Moulin Rouge. Breakfast was good and included in price and parking was available nearby at 32.85 Euro for 24 hours.

We read reviews before we got to the hotel, and checked for bugs when we got there. Our first room had bugs in one of the bed sheets, so we asked for a new room. We checked again for bugs, and once more we found a huge bed bug behind the pillow. We complained again and got a full refund after the owner came along to see the bugs. He was very skeptical at first but apologized when he saw the bugs. They promissed to clean both roooms the next day, but im not too sure they will… Regardless we got the money back, but we warn other guests to check the beds before you go to sleep.

This good quality-price relation. The rooms are nice but have few outlets.

Cool district. If you want you can walk to the Louvre within a few hours.

Old hotel with an elevator, very small (it would be difficult to two) forced to give back the room key when you get out of the hotel, need to remove the door coat hanging on the door of the bathroom to be able to close, shower ill clean, old window that closes poorly (no double glazing), street and hotel very noisy. In addition to the breakfast room and the reception are one! (breakfast is served in the reception! Not room separate) the positive point : close to the basilica of montmartre.

At the foot of the Sacred Basis, in the heart of Montmartre, very close to the stop Anvers metro.

Okay for the price. Clean, with elevators, in spite of the simple glazing, very good temperature in the room. So a good night, relatively quiet. Breakfast with the other residents. (Hearty lunch. Nothing to complain about. ) brief report caliter the correct price. Bad points to the taps old and too difficult to thundered, and shower very small. In spite of it. I would go back. Do not go there! I was there in October and is not nice place and I bring with me from this place SOUVENIR! BEDBUGS! It is very dirty place.

Mold in the room, too few outlets, unfriendly staff, beds only a temporary field, battered door locks. Not recommended.

Hotel Luxia has nothing luxurious to offer, only moody management and maids. There were stains on the walls, camp beds to sleep on and the place looked like it hadn't been decorated since the 70s and every night you could hear someone having sex. They made us get up for breakfast at 6 50am and if you were a little late you were not allowed breakfast… my advice to anyone thinking of going here, DO NOT GO!

I went with a few people from my school… 15 students all together. I was in a room with 3 other guys; that wasn't the bad part, but they crammed us in a room with four twin beds and little space to put our belongings. They then tell us that they can't clean our room until we move our stuff (which we always cleaned up before we left every morning! ). They refused to give us clean towels until our tour guide demanded them to. A girl from our school got bitten badly by bedbugs. Paint was peeling from the walls, some lights wouldn't turn on, it was terrible! Please do not waste your money! Our tour company actually had to inspect the place, and I assume they will discontinue their partnership with Hotel Luxia. Every student even got reimbursment for the poor conditions of this awful hotel. Luckily, it did not ruin our experience in Paris, but don't risk making your stay in Paris miserable by checking into this dump.

It's a great deal considering the price paid! Nice breakfast, very kind staff, good rooms right on the foot of Monmartre. Highly recommended!
