Tragedie! So bad acomodation, very unpolite servis and dirty room!

Location is very good. Only half a kilometer to Sacre Coeur and 1 kilometer to Moulin rouge. Staff were friendly. Customers need to leave their room keys to the reception every time they go out. That's not a problem because there is always someone in the reception. Hotel could be much cleaner but for this price at this location it is at least bearable. Definitely a budget hotel. I could recommend Hotel Montpellier for those who need a cheap hotel with a good location in the heart of Paris.

Well, definitelly a budget hotel for travellers, possibly cheapest in Paris. But. There must be always but :) Wifi you can easily connect, but its slow as hell or not working at all. WC is general for a level, not for a room, also some rooms does not have a bathroom, also on corridor for all. Rooms are small, clean bit they need a reconstruction a bit, change furniture and get painting. Smoking is not allowed but smoke is coming from every room, no detectors… Location is great, right opposite side is a metro. Behind a corner on right side ia quite nice Indian cousine. Buon appetite.

Great value for a budget hotel, lovely staff and ideal setting. Highly recommended.

Hotel ai piedi della famosa basilica del Sacro Cuore, molto comodo per la vicinanza alla metropolitana! Costo molto contenuto, ideale per viaggiare che vogliono spendere poco per stanze comode, discrete e pulite. A seconda del costo il bagno e la doccia sono presenti nella stanza, altrimenti sono subito adiacenti. La colazione è su richiesta, ad un costo molto irrisorio!

4 stars for value for money. Simple and clean rooms. Toilets and showers on the floor clean too. Friendly welcome. Of course it is not luxury but at this price in this neighborhood. It's a matter of choice. Given the insulation of the walls I imagine that the experience depends on your neighbors as well.

I thought the location was excellent. In relation location-price I found nothing better. No elevator and the bathrooms are shared (I never saw anyone and the toilet was nice) there are sinks inside the room. I have known other places in Paris and I stay with this despite the details.

The location is great and the staff very friendly. But the property is rundown and dirty.

For 59 euros the very small double bed in a tiny box room was quite bad. Druggies staying in the room next to us. Clean room but walls and floor sinking and on the verge of moulding. Area is dangerous, full of theives and scammers. Shared toilet! Overall not very pleasant however for the money it was to be expected.

Nice hotel for its price. The only problem was that heating was working so good that the room got stuffy in 5 min. We had to open windows once in a while to ventilate.

I'm neutral, the rooms are very small but relatively clean. Old building. Maybe one of the cheapest hotels in Paris. Premium location.

Great location right at the Anvers metro stop and around the corner from the Sacre coeur basilica. No frills what so ever but great for visiting Paris on a budget particularly if you plan on being out and about all day.

It's pretty old, and in need of a renovation. At least it's not dirty, well for the most part (they for example don't clean under the bed). The shared facility's are all clean though, but I had severe problems when trying to get the shower to a reasonable temperature. I would stay there again only if I had to.

When you get there, you know you are a stingy old miser :) Good if you need to save tho.

The only good thing about this so-called hotel is that it is very close to the metro station, but that's all. The lack of elevator is a disaster. We were having 3 big suitcases. Room is very small and the whole building looked very old. You have a private shower in the room but have to share the toilet. The most weird thing is that they will give u a code to access the Wi-Fi and it is only valid for one device only so if you have both laptop and smart phone, I guess you can only get one of them online. It was said on the code slip that the Wi-Fi is only free for 24hrs while I m staying here for two nights. So don't stay here if u want a wonderful Paris trip, because you will have absolutely no mood to go out after taking your heavy luggage upstairs.

I stayed here a long time ago. A friend booked a double room for us to stay in whilst in Paris. I had the worst, most offensive experience here. When returning to the room on my own, the woman at reception, who couldn't speak a work of English ; rudely accosted me and refused to let me go to the room. I showed her my key and proceeded. She stopped me and called a member of staff to ask if I had been seen before at the hotel. This person confirmed that I was a guest. By way of explanation, I was told it was ' because of my colour (skin) '! My friend is light Asian and I am dark — skinned. They then followed me to the room and double — checked with my friend. I have never been so offended in my life. Only concern about my leaving friend alone, stopped me from checking out on the spot. The place is in any case rank, sparse and dirty.

It is close to shopping, hangout area and some of the attractions (Sacré Coeur) buy one of the worst hotel I have stayed in so far. I thought the price I got was a deal but it was not even worth $50 bucks. Dirty and folded carpet floor, stained bedding and of course common bathroom. You decide!

Three stars are not that comfortable. The restroom is general at the end of the corridor.

It is a good place, account with basic services although the price is high and the area not so safe, but quiet, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the people very friendly and accessible.

Very basic which I expected at the price but was more sparse than I thought. Only 1 plug socket. Breakfast the 1 day I did have it was disappointing and not worth the money.

Hotel? It's more like a Hostel, I've never known a Hotel to have communal showers and toilets. When we arrived we couldn't check in using our credit card because of their relic of a card machine. The photos are definitely doctored to make the 'Hotel' look better than it actually is, our mattress had 2 huge holes in it with the springs popping out and when I went to flip it the other side that was even worse and the sink in the room was blocked as well. The area itself is not the best either which they of course forget to mention. Overall our stay in Paris was ruined because of this shabby excuse of a Hotel.

This place is not really a Hotel. It's rather a Hostel. Not very tidy and outdated. Almost impossible to find a parking spot in the area. Very densly populated area due to the Basilique Sacre Coeur being so close. Dense traffic to get there too. Me and my kids we've booked a room for two, which was rather small sized. Only the bed fitted in, one chair, one small desk and a small washbin. Toilet outside. Shower outside. Shower had nice warm water but the door was broken. One could hardly close it. SHower was tidy though. But the whole building gave impression of a shabbiest hotel in Town (starting with the dirty and smelly entrance). We've stayed there only for one night, so It was OK. It was OK for one night, when you only go there to sleep and the minute you wake up, you'll leave. But not good for someone planning longer stay. I can' recommend this place. If you plan before hand, you'll find more suitable places for not much more €€€.
