Very nice hotel. Well placed. Quiet.

Very friendly hotel. Quiet, Full breakfast! I recommend without worries.

Room was ok ok type and also very small. Facilities wise ok. Only advantage was near to the eiffel tower. In free breakfast, they provided bread with juice and coffee only.

The dude on the phone was acting like he didn't give a damn about the thing.

Centrally located hotel but noisy and poor breakfast.

Simple but cosy. Very friendly staff.

Although it is very well located. No lift the suitcases you have to charge for a super uncomfortable staircase. Also, announce a day earlier than I had booked that I retired and did not allow it, I had to pay full!

Correct rooms. We sleep very well, well insulated from the noise of the city. The rooms are well heated in winter and the curtains are thick to protect from light.
Breakfast very full and served at the table.
One star less for the insulation of the rooms a little medium: We hear the neighbors speak even if they do not speak especially loud and also hear the piping of the bathroom nearby. Too bad when the couple from downstairs decided to tell his life until midnight.

Very good, neat, a bit expensive for the size but it is well.

Great location 10mins walk from Eiffel Tower in an up market area of Paris. A clean comfortable hotel.

High price for what you get. Environment outside the rooms is ok, but no extras whatsoever. The breakfast service is suis generis. Not sure I'd come back because it's so expensive.

Location of the hotel is amazing, but the motel-like setup is an acquired taste. I wasn't too happy about going outside and upstairs without elevator to reach the room. Breakfast room is too small to accommodate all guests between 7:30 and 8, but breakfast in the room comes at an extra.

Nice little hotel, just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower. I had no luck, I found myself on the third floor… without a lift.

Nice hotel staff was friendly and room was excellent. It really could fit a family of 4. Good for the Money especially in Paris.

Lovely "Little village of Passy" as the name translates. No elevator and the breakfast room is small as others have said but neither is a problem or came as a surprise to us. The hotel is on the back side of the house so absolutely no noise from the street can be heard.

Although it is close to Eiffel Tower as they advertise but this hotel has no elevator which is difficult to go up stairs to the third floor while we visit here like a tourist in winter with lot of stuffs (winter coats) in your luggage. I and my family was staying in the third floor with a tiny oscillating round stairs to go up to the 3th floor (cabin room) while my luggage is very big and heavy. I really not recommend this hotel for anyone who comes with the big luggage. Anyway this hotel is good or recommend for young people with small stuffs. They also gave us a Champagne for celebrating New Year 2017.

Clean, Small but absolutely adequate. Price/performance Great. Few dt transmitters, television unstable. Breakfast is not the force, no cold cuts, no buns/breads.

Our room was very clean, very clean bed, sheets smelled good clean, the bathroom cleanliness was perfect no hairs or anything.

Centrally located and yet quiet.

Perfect location, right down the street from the local subway and across the street from a shopping mall! The Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our room very much and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris. We stayed in May of 2014. The male at the front desk was a delight, but I can not remember his name. Thank you for giving us a lovely stay!

Had a lovely four days at this hotel, the Passy area was a delight to explore and we could wander down to see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night. Staff both day and night were charming (as we're all the Parisiens we met), room 300 on ground floor was larger than we expected from reviews of hotel rooms in Paris, all was clean and comfortable. A peaceful spot to return to each day. Would be happy to return.

Ok hotel. Quiet nd comfortable rooms. The service could use a touch of more professionalism and the breakfast is in desperat need of improval.

Had a fantastic stay from Newcastle England in may this year. Staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke great english even though we tried to speak french. Great quadruple room, clean and quiet. It was right ion the centre of Paris but once you are through the doors into the hotel gardens it is a peaceful haven. Only 10 to 15 mins from the Eiffel Tower and in a lovely area of Paris. There are friendly and helpful cafes and restaurants very close by. Perfedt position and we would stay again, thanks for everything.

Horrible person who answer s the phone. Might be a nice hotel BUT the way this man (We are Saturday February 8th) speaks to you : Horribles even dreadful. That's all the folk for today! Never seen this kind of behaviour.

I'm impressed with this mini hotel and will definitely come back.

Come with friends (9 people), the hotel is located in an enclosed courtyard, intimate, great trees for a 2-star rooms big enough, very clean, honest size flat screen TV). Breakfast was OK nothing more, newspapers in the morning. Soundproofing a bit low compared to the room next door but neighbours quiet. Good home. Recommend for the price.

We found the hotel to be in an excellent position, in a quiet area not too far from the Eiffel Tower. The staff female staff members were lovely and spoke english. My only negative is that we are a family with 2 children so had to lug our bags up 3 flights of very narrow stairs to the loft.
