Small and clean hotel with very helpful staff. Short walk to metro.

This is the hidden gem of Paris. You are 53 steps from the Metro Line at Trocadero and you can see the Eiffel Tower from the front door. We arrived on Sunday during the culmination of the France World Cup victory and all of Paris was chaotic. Fares the night manager made sure we had what we needed when we checked in and was very helpful Monday morning with an early breakfast. This place is just a great location, friendly staff, very nice rooms, great Wi-Fi and just an all around great hotel to stay.

Wonder and cozy stay. The stuff are supportive in both the day and the night shift.

Very nice accommodations. Close to several cafes and walking distance to Eiffel tower. Employee make you feel as though you are in a quaint B & B, friendly, helpful, very pleasant part of our visiting experience.

Reserved two rooms for three nights. One room the shower didn't work, Their answer was to use the other room. So the people in the other room had to come to mine for showers all three nights… Lady at the front desk was so rude about it… When asked for parking, they said yes they had it. It is literally 3 blocks from the hotel and cost $55.00 per night.

Pros: great location, clean, Wi-Fi Cons: small rooms, noisy street, no slippers, toothbrush or clothes iron in room.

The hotel is very good and the rooms are not very spacious but clean and comfortable.
It is very well located a few steps from the Eiffel tower and very close to the subway.
Close to everything but indented in relation to the nuissances.
Prefer to take a courtyard side room, the view is less friendly but it is the absolute calm for a good night.
Staff very welcoming and small care.
Attention Small Hotel So think about booking a little early because often full.

THE location is very good, but breakfast is not included. And the simplest slippers are not in the room.

A nice quiet friendly hotel conveniently located for Eiffel Tower and surrounding area.

Loved the location from the subway, cafes, the Eiffel Tower, loved the hotel, loved the staff, loved the cosy hotel room, however the climate air vent was caked in dust. I did make this to the front end staff which I hope it will get cleaned. Overall, it was a great stay. Will be coming back.

This hotel has an awesome view from room 32 I believe. The room itself was very clean and I loved it. The location is exceptional! I was able to look out of my window and had a view of the Eiffel Tower. The price for a double bed was nothing for the view. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. The people were lovely and very attentive. I did not eat their breakfast, but it looked lovely. I wanted to go out and eat for breakfast, nothing against hotel at all! I will stay there again; I already have plans to go back.

Great hotel, near of the Eiffel tower and a few steps away of the metro of Paris. The staff is also great!

The rooms are quite small, the beds are not that comfortable. That said it is very close to the Eiffel tower and very inexpensive so it is alright.

Nice location & it's very near to Eiffel Tower good stuff only the reason for this hotel is a price (expensive) and (rooms are very Smaller)

Our experience was so amazing in good part to Christine the super-accommodating receptionist. She made room for an additional night we had not planned to stay and gave us a beautiful room that had a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower. We will return for sure and even earlier than expected. A home away from home. Thank you Chistine and the Best Western Trocadero.

Super nice even for a child of 7 years … And I was treated to the, breakfast twice. Unique and great beds. As usual missing the bidet but throughout France. Very friendly staff and total availability. Maximum.
