Very nice staff. Clean room and decent bedding. Good value for money. The stay was pleasant apart from the sound insulation (as in many hotels)
I recommend it.

Staff personnel was very nice but in 2018… NO AIR CONDITIONING IN 38 DEGREE CELCIUS! Is just impossible. Elevator is just for 1 person and a backpack and doesn't stop in a floor but in the middle just crazy. Terrible smell overall. And not even too close to the Metro (10 minutes walk).

Good location, hotel in need of modernisation.

Comfortable bed, small breakfast with few choices for 12euros. Can do better.

A wonderful hotel. Near the metro, surrounded by fantastic bakeries and great restaurants. The room was clean, and the service desk was very informative about the city. If you're looking to stay in Paris on a budget you won't be disappointed with this hotel.

The rooms are very decent. Mid-range target. Friendly staff Minibar in the room. There's space.

Hôtel basique. Warm room during winter and breakfast was alright. All necessities were fine.

Good quality price, personal nice, well placed. Cons an unpleasant smell in the rooms as I changed room but it was the same and also it is very brullant.

Nice hotel, very clean, great location and very good customer service. The only thing is a small elevator that will fit only one person with luggage!

Nice Hotel but tiny room and Fantastic location. This is just about 15 mins walk from the eiffel tower. For tourists and budget its good. The breakfast was not worth it and reception was courteous. Lot of eateries are outside in this area so if you want to stay close to eiffel tower on a budget hotel and dont mind the tiny size, you can go with this.

Rude Front desk, very bad hotel. Avoid the place, unless your vacation will be SCREWED. Don't share your credit card with the hotel, unless you will see surprise charges without your approval. VERY Noisy neighborhood, rooms smells really bad. And every time you have to handover the keys to the front desk, before you go out of the hotel. If you don't, the front desk will SCREAM at you!

Don't stay in this hotel, big FRAUD. Charged my Credit card for shity breakfast without my authorization. Front desk is very rude, especially the OLD guy in night shift. Very noisy neighbor, small room with no AC. Broken fan doesn't work. Avoid this place.

Friendly staff. Able to safe keep your baggage before check-in. For the room, toilet and bed is acceptable. Near by metro stations and bus stop. Walkable distance to the Eiffel Tower. Roman Catholic Church St. Jean near by. Enjoy my stay here.

Quality Hotel. No noise in the neighborhood by cons very thin partitions and little soundproofing. For the rest the rooms are of good quality and well heated. Expensive breakfast.

The real positive point of this hotel is its location (15 min walk from the Champs de Mar) and the bathtub
OK for one to two nights but it lacks air conditioning, and a good room refresh.

What is Paris for the economic.

3 years ago, I had an offer for € 40 per night / room / 2 persons. The times seem to be over or we just got lucky. The area I also quite nice, rather small roads.
The room was very nice and the Eiffel Tower is within walking distance.
Have fun in the city of love ;).

This hotel is a good value. The hotel is clean big bathroom, the staff is helpful and speaks english. The location was perfect for us. If we go back to Paris we will use the same hotel.

Great hotel, free Wi-Fi, close to the metro.

Hotel welcoming, friendly staff, reception and the lobby sound at first glance very nice. We had had a quiet, open room all night, which is very convenient in Paris, breakfast was mounted in room, breakfast, with a loaf of bread in the chocolatn Crescent bread, jam, coffee and chocolate.
We noted that the elevator was small as 2 maximum people inside the luggage.
The bathroom door did not close completely and the view from the bathtub pipes was seeing.
Apart from these negative points, we retain only the positives.
