Very poor services. Lights in room not working, barring one dressing table light. A catastrophe!
The rooms are dirty and in very poor condition. Water infiltration in the bathroom allowed us to have beautiful mold and the ceiling making the belly ready to collapse over the bathtub. The staff from this hotel reception is involved in fake taxi business with the leaving guests, who are suggested to be taken to airport at a low price, but then they are attacked by the african driver giving them a really high price for the trip. Please do not allow them to make that thing with you.

BCP scam with "service" taxi offered by this hotel. Avoid taking taxis with them! They offer an airport formula 36 euro and in the end on the spot you have to pay more than 100 euro.

I stayed in June, and the receptionist late at night was rude and constantly spoke to me angrily in French, despite me saying I don't speak or understand French. He was very very rude! I regret staying there but I paid in advance. Never again. I wasn't allowed to go out and smoke because he wanted to lock the door and sleep. Awful customer service. No free parking… despite advertising they do. I parked my car 1 km away and carried my suitcase. They think they can treat people like this because we're all tourists. Sorry that this is long winded, but I relived that moment again just now.

Dirty rooms, bed bugs' heaven, no air conditioning, no maintenance whatsoever to the look of the room. Not worth the price I paid. I will never go back to that area left alone to that hotel. Everything thing went fine except four things: 1 — I was treated rudely from one lady working there. 2 — They dont clean or change the bed cover. 3 — The room is different from the pictures. 4 — No Air conditioning in the room Negative attitude from the staff is the main thing.

Not good at all! Not very clean, lots of noise in the morning, by those who clean the other rooms.

Rooms were clean and staff was fine however the rooms window was on the main floor and facing the street making noise a slight issue. Otherwise worth the price paid simply because of its convenient location.

Very good location, a 10" walk from the Eiffel tower, and there a touch up to the Arc de Triomphe. Very friendly, speak English and Spanish, very friendly staff. Normal breakfast and rich. Very close to the metro. Hab and bathroom clean, we feel well comfortable.
