Do far very good and friendly.

➜ Very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. We had the problem that the elevator didn't work, but in return we got the free breakfast and it was very plentiful and rich. Good service. The area is ok, but at night you have to be careful. I only stayed one night. I chose it because of the proximity to the train station.

I regret the lack of humanity and understanding shown by the hotel and its manager with regard to our booking made live with the hotel long before the COVID-19 crisis. Arrival scheduled Wednesday, March 11 after 2pm, I contacted them Monday, March 9 at the first hour (9:30 a. M. ) to request the cancellation of the reservation following the announcement of the government made on Sunday evening that cancels all events of more than 1000 people (we were coming for a concert). According to the terms of our booking we could only cancel until midnight Sunday, the hotel did not want to hear anything and did not take into account the exceptional situation related to the Corona virus (despite the emails exchanged from 10am on Monday with their manager) and therefore charged the sum of 151 euros on my bank card. This is deplorable and abusive when we know that if we had booked via a reservations platform like booking we would have been refunded. But we always prefer to go live in order to avoid the establishments paying commissions to the sites… How to think about our next trips…
So for that I advise 20th this establishment.
