The Hotel has very bad rooms. Is located in a very "special" neighbourhood. It has bad breakfast. Broken matresses, also, they didnt even give ous a blanket to sleep under. Rude employes and the Hotel is very expensive regarding what you get. I would never book this hotel again. It's a 1 star Hotel and it shows.

Worst hotels stayed so far. All photos which u see on the internet abt this hotel r just photoshopped. There’s no A/C or at least a fan, the streets r actually dangerous & nat at all safe during nights. People scream & fight in the streets during night time & u can’t even sleep properly, when you open ur windows. There’s even no loft & the breakfast is poor, staff were just average. Rooms r very small & tight, can’t even move or keep ur things anywhere properly. Never ever take this hotel it’s literally horrible & waste of money. U will regret later onn!

Small, uncomfortable, poorly served. However cheap and close to metro/train stations.
The rooms are very small and poorly equipped. Discreet bathrooms with bathtub. Absence of lift that makes it impossible to access people with mobility difficulties.

The most important thing is NOT to take a room of 4 if you don't want to end up like canned sardines.

Cheap Hotel, to go to sleep without more pretensions.

We wanted a bridge in Paris at low price and got it in this hotel. Small deal but beds and private bathroom neat and enough to sleep and shower after being all day kicking. It is 20 min from the Louvre and knowing that we were in backpackers plan, it was not bad with bars and supermarket nearby.

Lousy attention. We asked for bed change because the mattress was sunk and they didn't. They did not give us pillow covers, we had. Q put a sheet to cover them. Bad disposition. The area where you are is not pleasant.

Great bed, balcony and a shower for under 50 quid right near the station and in the heart of paris. Cracking!

Single room but good. Very good value for money.

Good price/quality ratio. Modest, clean, nice. Wifi, TV, bed linen, mattresses and impeccable towels. Surrounded by bars, close to everything.

I booked one night at this hotel on 30/01/2018. I was surprised by the night receptionist when I asked him if we could go back to the time we wanted and if there was an employee at the hotel all night.
He replied that I had to return before midnight because he was sleeping around midnight. In addition, I had to make my request by mail to get my bill because it had not provided me a bill for my stay in fact it did not do much professional. Never again in this hotel…

We are very disappointed with this hotel! It's still amazing to have to set up 6 floors WITHOUT ASCENSEURS for a tiny 2-person room! We even found a heaps of hair (different color than ours) on our bed. Well located certainly but this is the only good positive! I wouldn't recommend it!

Nice place, very near to the est station. Clean and confortable but very old. For two nights was ok.

It was a disappointment. Pretty dirty and we were three in a room where only three beds came in. We were on the sixth floor and the access is by very narrow spiral staircase. Nowhere do they clarify that the building has no elevator and up with the three suitcases was quite tortuous. They feel very much the noises of the other rooms. The breakfast, which is paid aside, is very simple and boring after a few days. I don't recommend it at all.

Good value for money. Very small double rooms and ting shower and toilet. The staff here is very helpful.

I had a horrible night, so yes when we pay €50 per night we hope not to have a high-end room. But at least be able to sleep without being awakened by a mouse that walks on you at 3:40 in the morning.
Then in the morning an ear pliers in the room (5 floor room 530).

Good place to stay for a while, friendly staff, it's rather hard to go upstairs to 4th floor, with 25kg of luggage.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though I don't speak French, there were no problems communicating and they even tried to speak English with me. There is no elevator and only a small spiral staircase but you can leave your luggage downstairs if you don't need it in your room. The breakfast provided looks delicious, although their aren't any allergy friendly options. They constantly provided me with hot water to prepare my own foods.

I must admit that the hotel is not as bad as I thought it would be. Rooms are dated and beds could be improved. However, I had a pleasant sleep there and the staff were pretty nice. Very close to main train stations and metro stations.

Deceptive advertising, the rooms shown in the site do not correspond to those that we have assigned, small, to say the least, the bathroom equal, on the sixth floor without elevator… Nice staff.

We were 4 days with friends in September, strategic location, close to the metro, around a lot of locals and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ladies who take care of the rooms and serve the breakfasts were delicious. The hotel has no elevator, we were on the sixth floor, the rooms and the bathroom really very small,. The structure needs maintenance.

Quite strategic location to visit Paris, the room and especially the beds were not the maximum but given the amount paid I am not complaining, the owners are friendly and helpful.

Dodgy neighbourhood, NO elevator TINY spiral staircase, ONLY french breakfast. If English breakfast is your thing, you WILL BE DISSAPOINTED. DO NOT get family rooms, they are just tiny double rooms crammed in with another large bed, couldn't even roll in our suitcases! Tiny hotel in middle of the city. Close to metro and can reach all the hotspots within minutes. If exploring is your priority, this is a deal. But relaxing is your focus, this is not the place for you. Tiny rooms, No window view, ancient bathrooms, I never thought Paris was this low. People peeing on to the open street for god sake! Understand the rules of street in europe, no wallets, no purses, backpacks in front, etc. After the Eiffel Tower, Seine river, Louvre museum, the rest was just dissapintment. Paris is a 2 day city. After all good luck! Travel Safe…!

Cheap and quite central. Easy to get to major attractions by metro, cheap places to eat nearby.

Cost effective but no lift. The bigger luggages can be left near their restaurant though, but climbing 5 floors is definitely tiring.

It's all about location and good price. Avoid high floors, they don't have elevators, stairs are really narrow and Wi-Fi doesn't work. Staff are friendly and helped us to get to the room with all our luggage. Rooms are quite small and not so clean. Bed was comfortable.

The room for 4 people is certainly small, but clean. The staff are very friendly. Very convenient location. Plenty of exotic restaurants nearby, bars: living area.

We took this hotel in haste, once arriving at the scene, we were not greeted. The room was on the 3rd floor without lift and no one to help us (2valises + one bag each).
The places were strange so we looked at the reviews on the Internet and unfortunately they turned out to be true.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you can call it that.
We were afraid to sleep in the places and lost €50 and 2h of our time.

It is located near the metro and while browsing a few resorts you go everywhere in the historic heart of Paris. Clean and comfortable, the hotel displays very often complete. (note; It's still a budget hotel. )

The hotel rating is OK with the price rate they charge. Just some review here : the floor is little bit dirty and for those who travel with very heavy luggage, please try to get room at lower level because there is not elevator. You need to use stairs.

The hotel is really the star that has very few friends, the friendly face to move there is very ugly, care.

For short stays and just getting to sleep is highly recommended. Several public transport options nearby, at a relatively close distance to the main tourist sites of Paris.

I looked for a hotel in Paris near Gare du Nord after midnight and I could get a room here for €50. The personnel could give me a mobile recharger and there was also Wi-Fi access. Only problem that my room was on the sixth floor and there's no elevator.

It is the worst hotel in Paris, the location is exasperating, hateful, mean the worst environment of its around. Do not go to this HOTELUCHO if it can be called hotel. Care, care! Not the lilienhof.

Super for a city trip — can't expect more for this great price. Super nice staff. Free Wi-Fi on demand (free Tickets at the reception). Rooms small but OK. Clean Bathroom. Clean Rooms. Every day fresh towels. Clean Bed Linen.

. Tight room, very narrow bathroom, narrow staircase, CLOSE PRICE. Who wants more, located in Paris, need to pay much more. Old building, original furnishings. 80s with charm. Water stains on the ceiling but it was clean and bed linen and towels. Good mattress, muffled noise from the stairs and other rooms. Friendly, helpful, uncomplicated reception, a Breakfast of coffee and croissant is super and cheap. For more Breakfast Bistros, and European Restaurants you will find in the direction of the station enough. Otherwise, Multiculturalism as a whole, African, halal and kosher, in the direction of Place de la Republique is also Asian. The buildings in the alley are being renovated one after the other. For the "beer" to the "Swinging s Londress" in the Rue Faubourg. Half a beer for under 5 Euro! Father 50+, Daughter, 16

Very well located and many shops in the vicinity.

Best hotel if you want to stay for a few days. Very near to Gare de l'Est and Gare de Nord and a few Halal Restaurants. 100% recommended.
