Hotel was very very basic. Room did not come with air condition, a fan, a fridge or even a kettle. Had to open to windows for ventilation but it was really noisy outside (ambulance, motorbikes, buses etc). Lift was really small (only fits 2 people). We had to climb 6 flights of stairs because the cleaners were using the lift. Otherwise the receptionist is friendly and this hotel has the basic needs.

The hotel is slanted, as are the room, the flooring is uneven and the bath didn't have a stopper. There was no airco present and the locks didn't work properly. The staff was pleasant and the location pretty good.

The floors, by the way, are crooked and skewed and the doors close badly. In addition, it was almost impossible to communicate with the staff at the reception in English.
All in all, an underground bad experience — luckily we were just one night here!

This is a good place. Good loction. Good sttaf. Clean and good.

Terribly run-down bude. Disgusting where you look is all put down, ceded carpet with holes, furniture in desolate condition. The house and the rooms are not only in ramshackle condition, would actually be completely arriving. The high price is clever, you would never expect anything like this behind EUR 75 per night. We're going to have the breakfast whizzed and go somewhere else, the disgust is too big. Maybe you can upload pictures here … Then I do!

Well for the price, I would look for other options but if it was my only option this very well.

I would highly recommend this very convenient place for public transport, very welcoming, very clean.

The staff is great, the room not so much.

It's small but cozy. We were very well attended. You have to pay a small fee for being, but it's barely money. It is very central and has next to the subway, no problem. MacDonalds and Burger King. To the Franprix supermarket! I recommend it!

Large bathroom, old but cosy rooms, heating, cable TV.

Nice place, room was new, fresh, and I loved the bathroom! Right price for the right quality and we were so close to the town centre!

Three things upfront and the main reason for the 3 stars. We had a double room and a queen size bed, we could just make it around the bed, that's how small the room was. The bathroom is separate, but if you left the door open, you still had a perfect view of the TV. Also the furniture and carpeting in the room was really old. Complaint is that you leave the room chip at the front desk, and when you get back you ask for it again, but even though we had never seen the front desk person, he just handed us a key, seems a bit unsafe to me. Especially since the rooms do not come with a safe. Now. On the other hand, the personnel is friendly, and the room cleaning is impeccable, fresh linens every day, new towels and a fresh bathroom. The hotel is clean the room is clean and they have a good mattress. If you don't care about a modern fancy look, this hotel is a good choice.

Advantage Hotel near the Gare de l'est it is a simple hotel but in terms of value for money it is very correct for Paris.
The renovated rooms are clean.

The rooms are simple, the bedding is good and the course side very quiet. The staff are smiling and friendly.

Basic but good hotel in a good location. The staff is very friendly, and the maid made special decorations for the girls every day when making up the room. The main drawback to the hotel is quite a bit of noise from the street.

The hotel is super well located, it is 100 meters from the Est Gard station. From which several Metro and train lines come out. It's simple but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was varied and in price. The concierge was trying to communicate even though you didn't speak French. The internet is good and have a 24 hour system that expires the password and you get another. Our stay was excellent!

Friendly! But when I wanted to organize the password for the Wi-Fi at the reception, prostitutes met me with suitors! Full the descendation! The noise disturbance in the hotel was very loud! In this neighborhood it was extremely loud and you couldn't sleep! The door in the bathroom was broken. The toilet was leaking! The beds were only equipped with sheets and woollen blankets! It is enough for prostitution! For a family room a cheekiness!

It was a very nice welcome. Room with decoration very old and spoiled, but despite everything very clean and quiet.
Good quality bedding.
So good value for money anyway.

Arrived in this hotel with a non-warm welcome!
If you go out beyond 1h of the morning especially think well to come back with a lot of courage to get to get back as this is the first time in a hotel that I am given the thought to return late in my room clean anyway and room 31 quiet!

Clean room Breakfast: Almost the bare minimum. A 2 steps from the Gare de l'est.

My experience with this hotel was HORRIFIC. The stay itself was not great, although bearable. Dirty, old building that left a lot to be wanted. However, it only got worse. On their website they boast "secure luggage storage. " We left our luggage in said storage room for half a day and EVERYTHING WAS STOLEN. When we tried to talk to the staff, they told us that "when you put your luggage in room, there is no guarantee you will get it back. " No one ever told us there was even a chance that our luggage would not be there when we got back. They said it was safe. So not only was our luggage stolen, but the hotel took 0 responsibility for it. I am angry and disappointed. Obviously would not recommend.

Excellent service and good location.

Ok for the price. Good things: Big rooms for the price, good beds. Friendly staff and good Wi-Fi. Good view, feels very parisian. They change sheets daily, and the beds feel clean. Really close to train/metro station, not too much noise. Bad things: dust in the bathroom, and the shower+shower curtains had mold on it. The heater dripped water. The bedroom was not cleaned properly, food and tobacco from the former guest was left on the table. Sloping floor in the bedroom.

I had booked and settled a room online but when I introduced myself, I was told that the hotel was overbooked. The room was not available. Fortunately the manager had booked a DS room another hotel from the same street. Can we trust this hotel? I wonder… nb. My assessment only concerns the reservation not having seen the room.

Everything here is very small. The beds, rooms, elevator, bathroom. Very cramped. Good for a place to sleep if you need a quick spot on business or something, but not a place to be comfortable for a long time. Staff is very friendly.

Ok for the price. Rooms are clean but decor is very, very tired. Nice breakfast. Good location. Next time I would rather pay more for somewhere better…

If you're not bothered about spending a lot of time at the hotel and just using it for sleeping then it does the job.

Considering the value for money, cleanliness and location I would say OK.

On our return to our room one night there was a brief power outage in part of the hotel and our room like many others did not have lighting. The receptionist said it was being fixed and as I was making my way back to our room all the lights came on. Wow. Very quick fix. The receptionist even called to check the lights had returned to our room so I assume this courtesy call was done for everyone. Overall my daughter and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay over the weekend. The staff at this hotel were courteous and friendly. Very helpful. Cannot fault the service we received.

Its not a luxury hotel … and the elervator is really fuken small … no aircondition no tooth brush …but the front desk is very kind and helpful! If I had the chance 2 visit France again … I think ill stay there again.

Is France the dish tastes, but the price is a little high.

My room was robbed and reception was absolutely no help. Sketchy neighbourhood to stay at, and many doors at the hotel cannot close and lock. Spend a little more and don't get your stuff stolen.

Had to pay for Wi-Fi and the staff are very unfriendly.

Nice hotel dressed in rustric within a traditional parisian atmosphere.

Furnished, lift will make you relive the time of the 2nd World War.

The staff and food good. The rooms NEED to be upgraded.

Beautiful downtown hotel, near the subway station, a beautiful view, beautiful decoration of rooms.
