A little worn out but well located and comfortable beds.

Just avoid it. Messy. Noisy. Noisy dirty neighborhood too. Everything is random in this hotel. We hesitate to put barefoot on the floor and lie down. Dirty bathroom or the word cleanliness is a dirty word. The surrounding population is drunk. Brawling. Shouting the night imposes itself as a setting and entertainment To get you out of your sleep at night. Or nap sat during the day. For single women, we forget to walk around at night. Surrounding shops even topo. And not nice to see scammers. In short, not to do. Wasted money. 10th round, frankly average. Family and other staff to the boss. Frankly way to be correct.

I've stayed here twice and both times I have had a very hard time sleeping due to noise on the street. It's nice and clean, but there are certainly quieter places to stay in Paris. Convenient to Gare de l'Est et Gare du Nord.

Well it is pretty shabby but for the price you have being in Paris because it is normal… Could be worse I would highly Recommend eating the breakfast croissants, awesome.

I do not recommend it to anyone outside that it is not clean it is dilapidated and the staff BOF.

Close to transport and correct price for Paris.
Hygienic places more than debatable (garbage cans in the hallways more than 2 days, broken vacuum installed in the stairs more than 48h. More than bad soundproof. Balcony full of pigeon droppings, furniture of the room in dismal condition. Nevertheless the staff is nice and accepts the rules shifted for pro trips.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and the location of the breakfast was too small.

Awful. Really small rooms, really uncomfortable beds that feel like quicksand, mostly rude stuff. On check in, it took the lady receptionist more than 10 minutes to hang up the phone and say hello and give us the key to our room (which was the wrong one).

Decent hotel, clean, good reception of the guests and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Some rooms are not really well soundproof, we hear the neighbors in some rooms but not in others. A lot of noise in the morning when cleaning the rooms. Otherwise the rooms are OK for 2 *, some are renovated and with new beds. The bathroom is small enough for a "double standard" room but spacious for a "double superior" room. Obviously when we add the price, we have a better room and the comfort that goes with, nothing new… Otherwise the location is ideal: in front of the metro and in front of the Gare de l'est. For those who know the Gare de l'est: It is not very reputed to be a clean and safe place, especially at night. But for the proximity, its still a good hotel and that is very decent for the 2 *, for a short or long stay or for a trip.

Hotel located just a stone's throw from the Eastern Station, really well received, the rooms great, and the breakfast at the top!

I just booked through a known site, having not been until the confirmation of the latter but my card number seized… I cancelled result €85 of cancellation fee.
The hotel does not want to know anything…

Excellent. Very cozy. Very warm and helpful staff. One tip: If you have babies, you can heat the milk at any time.

A place to discover welcoming the staff its very simpa I'm not even talking about the rooms very nice very simpa one. Cleanliness correct I thank all the staff for the work provided.

Amazing location. Burger king right beside. A decent supermarket just 1 min walk away. Very near 2 main train stations. Staff are very friendly. Lift though very small is available. Rooms are clean. Not too big. Just nice for 2 people to move around.

The hotel is next to the Metro and the bus, in the Gar de'l est, but if you want to walk to any attraction you will have a good time walking.
The rooms are not very large but they are clean and comfortable.
The only downside I saw is that one of the beds didn't make it any day.
The neighborhood doesn't look like the best in paris, but I had no problem, plus there are restaurants and cafes with good prices nearby.

I can’t fault the location which is why I gave it 1* however, getting bites from bed bugs and a Hotel Manager who refused to speak to us and compensate is just unacceptable. I hope nobody experiences what we did. The receptionist on Sunday lacked any sense of compassion.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! BED BUGS GALORE! I stayed over the weekend and on the first night was bitten by bed bugs throughout my entire body. Thinking they were mosquito bites I left for the day and by the end of the evening, my ear had swollen with an infection and my bites had become blisters. I went to the pharmacy and was told I had to go to the A&E for a check up. I am now on antibiotics, have bites all over. The staff moved me to another room for the 2nd evening. The next morning upon checkout, I requested for my room fares to be reimbursed in addition to my medication, taxi fares and some fees for having to replace my clothes and dry cleaning. The receptionist on the day refused to let us speak to the manager, said he didn't speak English and refused to be helpful. The booking website has also tried to contact them and management is refusing to cooperated. Not only is the hotel not offering any form of reimbursement, they don't plan on getting their rooms investigated with this issue. The lady at the reception also blamed other customers and not the hotel for this issue. I would hate for anyone else to endure bed bug bites or an infestation!

Rooms were not as I had booked them (ordered single beds got a double bed in each room) but staff were friendly and kind. Okay location and cleanliness was spot on.

Not bed, near to dare de Est, halal food options are also on walking distance, connected to bus stops for all key areas​. Wifi is weak, no view at all, small elevator / lift. Very small rooms.

Staff at the top! The hotel is very clean with a nice decoration. Comfortable beds. The rooms on the street side are noisy though. Breakfast was very nice and the price was high.

Low budget hotel, great acces to train station and metro.

Room adopting 10 m square at the price of €130 without tax. Too much noise we listen to them from talking. The toilet is in the shower. Defective heating. 4serviettes good ussee. Bed not comfortable.

Very good location to Gare de l' Est, small, for cheap rooms, good breakfast, free Wi-Fi. Plenty of restaurants in the district.

This is an excellent small hotel, very economically priced and well placed for transport connections. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished with – for us (a family of 4) — the provision of adjoining rooms (junior suite) with an inter-connecting door. The proximity to the train station and a bus terminal means that there is a lot of vehicle and/or people traffic and associated noise from the busy street, particularly if located at the front of the hotel. It was not a concern for us but may be for others.
