The hotel was nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was very accessible, they also have a free shuttle to and from the hotel going to Disneyland. It is also near CDG airport. The only thing is the breakfast buffet perhaps can be improved a little with probably a different menu every other day. Otherwise, the staff in the restaurant were very polite and nice too.

Totally amazing. Staff were superb. All services well maintained and run.

This was very nice. Very reasonable. But we needed more time to enjoy what there was there on offer.

Friendly staff decent rooms and clean. Only thing really was limited choice evening meal just buffet at 30 euro per person.

Amazing stay in family friendly hotel. Children were super impressed. Beds comfy and room was clean. Staff amazing. Breakfast frantic but that’s to be expected. Well organised though with a good selection of food and drinks. Shuttle buses frequent. Drop off right outside park but don’t wait there for return pick up at park. You need to cross over road and go to bus stop E. We didn’t realise this and missed 2 buses which was frustrating as it was late and kids were tired and desperate to get back to hotel. Would definitely stay again :)

I was so happy with the hotel. The children loved the bunk beds, I loved the beautiful view we had from our room and breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed having a swim in the pool too! Thank you for a lovely stay with everything we could have needed and very friendly staff. The Disney bus was perfect too! The only things I would change is to have hot chocolate in the room and water station to be topped up more often as it was often empty. The only issue I had in the evening was noise coming from the restaurant area. Lots of banging on white light up blocks from children into the night and screaming and shouting… I still loved the hotel though! We will be back!

Thank you for our stay, the staff have been friendly for our trip and the room and breakfast was lovely. Transport to the parks ran often and the hotel had everything we needed and more. I can't wait to go back and would love to come back for a longer stay soon.

This was our first ever family holiday & we all had a great time at the hotel. There was some issue with the rooms initially but Hanna at reception was very helpful, friendly & sorted out the best rooms for us in no time. L’Occitane toiletries in the bathrooms were a bonus. Shuttle buses were very frequent which was great. Even the small Disney shop at the hotel had a good selection of souvenirs & we shopped from there on our last day. I would definitely go back to Vienna House Dream Castle again & highly recommend it to others too.

Maybe you shouldn't invite guests with kids to the lobby after 10:30 p. M. A little prevents to relax with a cocktail, when your glass is taken off the table children who run around the bar.
Plus, decorative decorations were removed on the headboard of the bed, which gives slushy to the room.

And so the hotel is great! Very happy with the choice and will advise your hotel to friends!

We really enjoyed our stay here, staff always willing to help. Breakfast there was plenty of choice, fast at seating you and food was always full and hot. Rooms were clean, well equipped everything you need, comfy bed and lots of space especially in family room. Hotel very clean loved the little gift you get if you don't have your room cleaned. Bus service to park really good never waited more than 10 minutes for this. Overall had a amazing holiday and would stay/ recommend this hotel to others. Thank you.

We had a lovely family holiday at your hotel. The staff were very helpful and always tried to assist. We did not come across one rude member of staff, from the reception to the bar staff all very friendly. The rooms are suitable for a short break for a family of 4, very clean and the beds all very comfy. We would rebook this hotel if we did come back to visit Euro Disney.

Stayed in a suite. Noted that a VIP welcome was part of the package. Not sure what that entailed? Will say VIP or not, the team at the front and everyone we interacted with were fantastic. Wonderful smiles and very helpful. The space itself is showing some wear and tear, but staff more than made up for the bumps in wallpaper and the holes in the bathrooms in the pool area. Breakfast was a great spread and everything was fresh and tasty. Thank you so much for a lovely break in our holiday. I gave it a 5 purely for the team. The rest will sort itself out.

So many things went wrong but I will start with the most horrific. My friend had a medical emergency — we called the French emergency line but couldn’t understand what the automated info was saying as it was in French. We went down to reception for help — there was 1 person in the queue. We skipped the queue at reception and immediate alerted that it is an emergency. The receptionist told us without letting me finish about what the emergency is — I quote “there is someone wai…ting before you, and they might have an emergency as well. You have to wait your turn” in a very sarcastic tone. What if someone was dying or having a cardiac arrest? Would they need to queue up?! Absolutely disgusting. When he served the person in the queue instead of asking them if it is okay if he serves me first, he was making small talk with them and helping with check in — knowing I was standing there with an emergency. Secondly, at the restaurant you only get served if you’re Caucasian, otherwise you are invisible to them. We paid €60 for undercooked pizza that looked like it was ready meal frozen pizza. The pool looks like a rubbish community pool, nothing like the pictures. Can not believe this hotel is advertised as 4 stars, it should be 2 stars.

Nothing to say about the bar staff. Warm welcome. However the prices are raised! 5.50€ for a small bowl of green salad! as to the quality of the pizza…. 14 € for eating fat without taste! We had requested a room with 2 beds. The receipt confirms it. Arriving at the room, surprise 1 large bed! we change the room, crossing to the hotel, nobody help us to carry our many bags… result I dropped my jacket in jeans with my keys in the house in a hallway and not retrouvee. We have lost 3/4 h… as for the spa, 90€ / person access to unlimited the next day. The picsine small and therefore too crowded, a few sun beds and no other place to lay his towel, children who have access to the jaccuzzi and play… the detente? only the hammam and the sauna is prohibited to children and quiet. The tisaniere is very small and not of deckchairs to relax. Wellness? it is important to know that c is a company that rents the space and, therefore, n is not responsible for the pisine and the jaccuzzi. Then why put it in their advertising? in unlimited of course, but one doesn't spend his day in the sauna or steam room! no direct access to the garden to relax in the sun… and for a 4 stars, no bathrobe nor slippers. A pity, the hotel is beautiful, the scenery magnificent. A big thank you to Mr Jackson (I write may be wrong, excuse me) for his kindness, his hospitality and his professionalism. Decues by the quality of food even at breakfast. Very canteen… we will not return and not recommend not.

Horrible hotel very greedy staff don't speak Russian and only breakfast is included and the mini bar is paid and no water has to be paid terribly don't go to this hotel go better to Turkey.

Really nice Hotel for both the property and the comfort not to mention the location 2 km from Disneyland to get to with the free bus. The swimming pool and the eating buffet in the restaurant room are also excellent. Absolute availability of the team at the reception. Really satisfied.

Nice hotel & location, easy access to the parks with the free shuttle service every 15 minutes. House keepers were great, kept everything clean and helped with any special requests. Food wouldn't be for me! The fire alarm went off so we all left the rooms not knowing where the stair wells were or seeing any signs for them, which was a bit disconcerting! We eventually found them and came out on the ground floor… all the guests had no idea if this was a drill or a real emergency as the staff didn't know what they were doing either! Health & Safety needs to be addressed.

The Park is nice but deserves to be better maintained. The rooms are large and functional. The pool is nice. The staff very polite and friendly overall.
Good experience that could be top with a better quality catering and in line with a menu rate at €30 renovate the rooms a little dated although functional.

Everything is very comfortable, clean and comfortable. Convenient transfer to Disney, for a trip to Disney is very good.

Overall we were satisfied.
I was just a little disappointed that the pool was not functional from apparently to technical problems. However, I was very pleased to be able to take the room earlier.
In the end, we had a pleasant stay and I would recommend the establishment, the staff is very nice and the hotel is really very pretty.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was extremely comfortable. If I could bring it home I would! Staff are really helpful. Rooms are a great size. The smell in the lobby is gorgeous. Only negative I have is our room had air conditioning on all the time, blowing out cold air. I tried turning it off but it didn't stop so we were cold at night and it made my daughter cough. Everything else was fantastic. Would definitely return again.

Beautiful and comfortable with a free breakfast that's awesome. Transportation to and from Disneyland is easy and quick. Have been extremely happy we decided to stay here and will be back when we come to Disney in the future.

Staff is brilliant, helpful and polite, give lots of info/ tips and go the extra mile. We lost a toy somewhere at the hotel. It was found, kept and sent by post (free of charge) after one phone call. Ideal location, cute rooms, comfortable beds, decent food.

A lovely stay in the Dream Castle Hotel. A particular strength was the delicious gluten free breads and cakes provided for my daughter's who both suffer from coeliac disease. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was delicious and there was plenty of choice for everyone. A great place to stay when visiting Disneyland Paris.

Friendly staff at reception, good breakfast and clean room made a great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. In general, the hotel left only positive emotions.

The Hotel is good overall but they have to improve the breakfast service as there are very long queues to get into the restaurant. Too many guests for a dining service like the one they have. They should enable another dining room or not admit so many guests.
The offer of the Bar is limited and they were left without supplies, only served pizza and chips for a day, the other products of the letter said not to have them.
The bar, a whole day, only offered pizzas and chips.
The free dinner buffet should include at least one non-alcoholic beverage, it is too much to pay besides the price of the buffet €7 for a bottle of water.
The assortment and quality of the buffet food for both breakfast and dinner is very good.

I had a very pleasant stay at Vienna House Dream Castle while visiting Disneyland Paris. The customer service was amazing as was the room. Roughly a 10 minute bus ride to the theme parks, which pick up/drop off every 20 minutes. Recommended stay for guests who don't care to stay in an expensive themed hotel.

Very nice general setting. Nice room with big bed. Lots of space and bunk beds are fine for adults. Very clean. The shuttle system is very good and the fact of being able to leave his car in the parking lot is appreciable. In short, a good stay. Thank you.

The Vienna Dream Castle is situated in beautiful surroundings near a lake and not too far from Disneyland. There's a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes or so (takes about 10 mIn). The hotel is castle themed, there are medieval tapestries everywhere, the lobby features two thrones you can sit in and a huge figure of a King greeting those who enter. The king rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. There is a mini-fridge (empty) and I suggest you buy your water and fruit beforehand as it is rather expensive at the hotel. The hotel has a nice indoor pool with a water sledge, it is not really big and can get crowded, if you go right after breakfast though, it will be quieter. There is a whirlpool too and you can get towels at the Sauna reception. Next to the pool areas downstairs there is a game room with arcade games and basketball, bowling and boxing games — everything works with jetons (one for 2 Euros) that you can get in the room or at reception. Upstairs between the bar (medieval themed as well) and the stairs that lead to the restaurants there are two pool tables and a kicker (operating on jetons as well, you'll need two for the billard ones) and in the main reception area there are games for the younger kids such as whack'a mole and a ball pool as well as a few air hockey tables that come in useful when you are waiting for the shuttle bus as you can see the driveway from there.

Pros: Great location for parks and excellent shuttle service. Free car park.
Cons: Rooms not spotless, air conditioning not enough, too hot in the room, buffets of poor quality and cheap, buffet prices too high in comparison to the quality of the food, drinks with unacceptable prices.
Overall I would say a 3 star hotel more than 4…

The hotel is not bad but since it is very big we have to wait for everything, at some hours we have to queue for more than 25 to have breakfast.
The pool is more a child paddling than a swimming pool to make lengths.
The lobby of the hotel has plenty of things planned to entertain the children.
The staff is nice and as responsive as possible considering the size of the building.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bravo! However, some products were at breakfast with a quite comical, rancid and partly chlorigem taste.

Our stay was great. On our arrival we were catered in Spanish and we were given a very cordial treatment. I liked the pool the sauna. Recommended 100%

Despite the "grandeur" of the aristocratic edifice, this remains the castle of our childhood where we can imagine Knights defending princesses or ghosts of musketeers… The Kingdom of children grown up!
A beautiful decoration, especially the bar… extraordinary (with a real library for polyglot) and a friendly staff, smiling and available… Bravo!

I was happy on arrival the hotel entrance is lovely and the check in staff member was really friendly and helpful this made me feel that my stay would be pleasurable. Our room let our welcome down a little as they need a little work to bring them up to a better standard. The most worrying part of my visit to your hotel was the way in which the staff behaved during the fire alarm. None of the staff directed or instructed guest on what to do they seemed to just be leaving everybody to fend for themselves, my children were in the pool at the time and NO ALARM sounded in the pool area and there where NO STAFF present at the pool to help customers. A receptionist brought my husband to the pool area to get my children and then just left him and ran back upstairs. After the alarm NO MEMBER OF STAFF checked to see if all guests were present they just seemed to go back to what they were doing beforehand and did not feel it would be a good idea to inform guests of what had happened and wether it was safe to return to rooms. I found it very difficult to sleep on this evening as I did not feel I had been giving an adequate explanation as to what had happened and this just caused more of the guests to speculate on why the alarm sounded and left us more nervous going to bed.

Very large hotel. Something in the years. Some renovation work would be necessary. Too small Frühstücksrazm for such a large hotel. Therefore long queues between 8.30 and 9.30 o'clock. Shuttle service to Disneyland every 20 minutes. For 3-4 days in order.

Very good experience at the Dream Castle. First the luggage service was perfect: no waiting to give them, no problem to get them back!

Then the room was very spacious, beyond our expectations. We slept very well.
The bathroom is a flat. It was quite small, the joints of the bathtub deserve to be redone, the partition is not posed to the flower of the bathtub and if you are not careful you can easily flood the room, and the shower does not have a very strong flow.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, well presented, very good nothing to say. The room is very beautiful. The downside is that all the guests come to eat in this unique room. A lot of people at any time so a lot of noise and a little waiting.
Finally, the shuttles to Disney are convenient, free and regular.

It's a nice hotel. Cute decorations and theme. Transportation to and from Disney is good, although the frequency should be increased at closing times. Room was nice. However, we were placed in a room that faced… the service area… so we were awakened daily to the sound of garbage being dumped, trucks delivering, etc. And it continued throughout the day. Wish we had been given a better location. Also, there are signs saying to hang your towels if you want to be eco friendly. We did, and room service still replaced all the towels. Room service also was very careless with our possessions; we returned to the room to find all our bathroom items tossed in a pile on the side of the sink; very unprofessional. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator has no freezer, and is a bit warm. Shower is good. Liked the flavored drinks in the lobby.

A bit far from Disney for my taste but it's okay. You have to take the shuttles that pass every twenty minutes to get to the entrance to the park. But after the hotel is fine. Swimming pool, gym, massage parlor, bar ect… empty mini bar to my sad despair. Safe, bathtub. Finally the hotel is good overall.

Nice staff, very good drink and very well maintained pool.
The area of the room is not bad, unfortunately the services do not match a four star, a lot of chores in the room and we were unable to sleep from the night due to poor isolation from the window. We see that someone tried to temporarily fix the problem but it did not work I can assure you.
Finally good I am sure that all the rooms do not have this problem, but having not been able to sleep (which is most important, I can not put more than two as a note…).

The hotel is in accordance with the description. We had a good time there. We enjoy the pool and the playroom for the kids. Shuttles available every 20 minutes for Disney and a 24/24 service. The setting and the hotel quiet and friendly! I advise for a pleasant moment.

Right Hotel. The staff were very helpful. Pool OK. It's less than the apparent in the pictures they share. Breakfast with little variety of everything, average quality. No option to use stairs to go up or down to the rooms. No Bar-pub-disco or evening entertainment.

The friendly staff. Organising a taxi for us to pick us up on Sunday to take us to the station. I was really impressed with customer service and they changed our rooms when we asked for a twin room. We were given two queen sized beds. I like that you could leave the little bag on your door handle and you got a gift if you did not require your towels to be changed. Nice toiletries, smelled lovely! Good breakfast choices although hot buffet was a bit cold. Overall a lovely stay, lovely grounds and great rooms. Shuttle bus to Disney was brilliant!

The staff is great, the room and the facilities are perfect. As the only drawback I would say the pool water was not hot enough for me even though my sister had no problem. Still, we enjoyed it as the most.

Hotel was great, very clean, lovely decor, friendly staff, very good for children. Room was a good size, large comfy bed, good selection of TV channels. My daughter loved the bunk beds. We used the swimming pool a few times which my daughter loved especially the slide! The pool could do with being slightly warmer. Hotel location is a stones throw away from Disney and the free shuttle bus was fantastic. We had a fantastic 5 days stay here. I would definitely return to Vienna House again and recommend it to others.

Placement is tedious I like to be able to place myself or good seems to me and not be placed.

Luxurious 4 star hotel on very pretty paper but lacks the taste and care on food.

Another amazing stay at the dream castle! The staff were friendly and lovely and nothing was too much of an ask from them. The hotel was spotless and I loved the idea of if you didn’t want your room cleaned you got a little treat! I got a lovely lip balm! I stayed as a single parent with my little boy and everything was easy to deal with and travel too and from Disney Park was fantastic and took alot of stress away from me! Thank you so much! Cannot wait to return one day.

What could have been a phenomenal holiday, have become a nightmare. It's not just a word, it's a fact, because our daughters had nightmares about the situation. On 10/02/2018, they placed us in a room on the 4th floor, which was soon disturbed by the heat in the room. We thought they had turned on the heating before our arrival. It was hot all night. Even the toilet floor was warm. To get an idea, we ended up sleeping, all night, with the bedroom window open, while the outside temperature was negative! Even so, we slept dressed like as we were in the middle of summer and uncovered. We thought it was an abnormal but transient situation. The next night the same heat remained in the room. As we returned late we had no disposition to complain. Worsening the situation, there was a noise that bothered us both nights and we could not identify. The next morning we asked some of the staff on our floor about the noise, we finally had identified its origin, which came from a room next to our. They said it was a machine, but I could not figure out what kind of machine or what it was doing. On 12/02/2018, at night, verifying that the situation was maintained, we went to make complaint, saying that we would not be in that room anymore. They accessed and sent us to a room on floor 1 (but that is on the reception floor and at ground level). We packed up all the suitcases and moved from floor 4 to floor 1.

Overall the hotel is OK, the hall is so big it seemed a bit empty, I guess at other times when there are more guests it doesn't give that feeling.
He also ruled that the bar was not open the first two nights and that the last one would only serve drinks. That night we were out of dinner as we were not hungry for a free buffet and less paying €30 per head.

The room was very clean, the supi was very good, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.

The only thing is that we wanted to go to the Jacuzzi after our visit to the park, and to our surprise, at 21:00 hours it closed. We believe that this timetable should be extended a minimum of 1 hour, as the vast majority of guests are visiting Eurodisney and we don't have time until at night to go.
Otherwise, perfect, and sure to repeat!

Good Hotel… Rooms are sufficiently large and clean but not thematized. Italian speaking Staff extremely courteous and polite. Breakfast There is a Spa with swimming pool. The Hotel lobby has a children's playroom, comfortable but that ruins the whole atmosphere that you tried to recreate with the décor. Very convenient the free shuttle that in 10 minutes scarce takes you to the park.

We were extremely pleased to have been given an upgrade at check-in. Checking in did take a little while; however, we didn't mind and because we were pleasant we also got the upgrade! Thanks to all the lovely staff that made our stay wonderful. We had a massage at the spa and ate at the buffet breakfast daily which was definitely worth the price! The Disney/area shuttle bus did get a little crowded at times but they come very frequently which is good. We also really like the idea of giving guests beauty products in the bag on the door if they don't want their room cleaned. We would definitely stay in this hotel again as we had such a wonderful and magical experience.

It's Incrediblefuimos a week and I'm so glad to N-o buy inside-L Park This is a very recommandable hotel for families with kids not missing anything from the pool to the gardens a perfect deal clean large rooms with lots of light and proper theme In all interior decorations There is also no need to eat outside the restaurant offers more than satisfactory dinners with affordable prices. Highly recommended and well connected if you go by car.

The staff is really friendly and speaks so many languages. Good breakfast Wonderful place, lovely garden and really nice structure overall. Many different rooms to spend time. There is a bus that takes you to the hotel. Poor relaxation area, too many kids in the pool and closes at 22.00, closed whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath in another room, without personality, banal and bare and especially closes at 21.00 Restaurant closing hours 22.00 (absurd), I never got to dine. Food in the bar really poor.

The hotel has cunplido with our expectations that we had, very clean, friendly people, varied and rich buffet, the room comfortable, practical and super quiet, the mattresses of the best, very close to Disney. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and attentive. I would like the dinners to be until later or they could be redeemed in the park because the park schedules and dinner in September coincide and we didn't get to dinner. Otherwise great all.

Dated, carpet stained in the rooms, we had to claim the kettle that was not there. Shower Joints. Not very clean. Awful hair dryer, full of black stuff inside.

I wouldn't recommend the pizzas at the bar, we didn't eat. The beer was safe.

It was beautiful in everything, but the TV didn't work and as I said: A light shone. We were so done by the park that we never asked for anyone to care. I feel like it would have been fixed immediately. The service is really good and I like to come back a third time. Just a little hint, perhaps paying even more attention to such things. Price/performance was very good though. Food well, rooms bigger than expected (just had to be ventilated), all very clean and pleasant.

4-star Hotel inspired by a medieval castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Super comfy bed, Queen-size, with the softest sheets I've ever tasted in a hotel.
It has a swimming pool for free use by the guests. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is extremely friendly and beautiful. The staff are nice and friendly. The theme of the circus is well respected in the hotel whether at the reception in the dining room or even in the rooms. The rooms are clean like the rest of the hotel. The breakfast is good is fresh. The beds are very comfortable.

Great, very close to the Disney park with bus that leaves every 20 min. Qualified and helpful staff (thanks especially to Valerio). We had dinner and had breakfast here, ate well and at will. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi open until late evening… So you can relax after a long day out. Perfect and recommended for families.

We were upgraded to a suite instead of a room, I didn't dare to ask why but for two The suite was outstanding! The pool is a little small and the jacuzzi is not open until 11am. The whole team at the hotel is very friendly. The breakfast is very plentiful with quality products! Small flat before our arrival as unable to reach the reception by phone…

Top hotel, good connection to Disneyland Park and Paris.

Spacious room for 4 adults. Clean and tidy. Excellent conditions. Ideal location to visit Disneyland Paris. Convenient Bus to and from the Parko (from 8am to midnight). Breakfast was great but it was not a big deal. Professional, multilingual, helpful Staff. Repaired the safe after a malfunction in less than 5 minutes from the request. View of the surrounding green very relaxing and pleasant.

The second night in our bed appeared a lot of little black bugs (they looked like fleas). We warned the front desk and got the keys to another room something worse. At no time have they cared to give an explanation, or worry about whether everything was right, not to say of any kind of compensation. I find it very serious to have to leave a room in the morning because you have full of bugs and the hotel does not do anything about it.

We stayed in this Hotel splendor from 11/11/17 until 15/11 and say it was gorgeous is really little,,, we found Italian staff very helpful, sympathetic, considerate and ready to provide for our requests, especially thank you Dalila Salvo and Davide ☺ ️… X start the morning other than breakfast… It was an endless buffet of sweet and salty goduries. The dinner nn was less after several first, second and side dishes ended with a buffet of sweets and candy cascades of chocolate in short, really delicious the structure is beautiful and is provided with various games my daughter was delighted and there is a shop x the shop of souvenir R In addition to the Spas that nn we had the pleasure of doing… Greetings from our daughter Gaia will return soon…

Good hotel good food and good price The breakfast a bit boring everyday what mism9 but very good quality the receptionist very professional and almost all speak Spanish I recommend the hotel to go with children.

The hotel is good in the entirety. But unfortunately, in my opinion, it doesn't satisfy the touted four stars. Breakfast simply offers too little.

Good hotel, Mokto great and suitable for the needs of the youngest. Very good room and clean. You can reach it by shuttle from the airport. Only flaw, the information point almost always empty. Already twice I have searched for information not to find anyone. Beware of breakfast, the hotel is big and you might have to wait to get in.

Exceptional Castle-style location, great for visiting Disneyland Paris. Excellent facilities (swimming pool, spa, shuttle PWR the park). Clean and comfortable. Suitable rooms, as size, to accommodate a family of 4 people. Possibility to dine in the restaurant. Varied and plentiful buffet breakfast.

Perfect for a stay outside of Paris and near the Disneyland Paris. The rooms are big, every day cleaned up and you all with "castle decor". DON'T miss the massive breakfast buffet (it's big and yummy! ), the spa section (indoor pool and massages and fitness center) and the great view from the terrace.! There is a free shuttle to Disneyland every 20 minutes directly from outside the hotel, which takes around 15 minutes to get there. A little Disney gifts hop is in the hotel. When you want to book something, just ask the staff, they are really helpful and even for non French speakers or with bad English they can understand you ;)

Hotel was great. Food was good, staff friendly and rooms clean and tidy. We booked a double room with garden view, we ended up with a family room and view over the car park, above the bins, which was really noisy when glass being emptied in at 11.00 pm. Rooms were exceptionally hot with no working air conditioning. I would stay again but stressing at arrival I require the room I booked and paid for.

The breakfast regular. Cleaning well. Personal attention well. Speak several languages including Spanish. It facilitates communication if you don't know French. Free Bus to the park Eurodisney.

Cleanliness and silence. The lack of the bidet unfortunately is a negative prerogative outside Italy and you do not always want to take a shower, especially after eating. Mental rigidity on unwritten rules but only related to common sense. In addition to what already handsomely paid in advance through the agency you also pay the air that you breathe… It is not true that there is all this Italian presence at the reception (evidently present only at certain times but far from the exit times and return to the hotel from Disneyland). I hope, all in all, knowing these limits, you can go back quietly, maybe by booking personally not through agency.

This hotel was nice. However, the lobby is a big open area with video games and a pool of plastic balls for kids to play in. The lobby is loud with little kids running around and it's chaotic almost all throughout the day. The rooms AC was useless. The beds were decent and there was a bus to take guest to the park. Not a horrible place to stay depending on what kind of experience you're looking for. Lastly, Anna (a front desk employee) was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She was extremely helpful to my family when we had an incident during our stay.

We cannot forget this theme hotel. It gave us a lot of memories during our visit to Paris. We stayed there for almost 7 days exploring Disneyland and Paris. One might wonder the idea behind saying far from Paris but it was worth staying here enjoying the hotel, its facilities, breakfast and the scenic backgrounds. One could take a walk to the back yard up to the river Marne. The staffs were friendly too.

Hotel that enjoys a very spacious garden with a picturesque pond to stretch the legs in the first morning. Very nice structure one of the most beautiful of the complex of hotels close to the park. Clean rooms right size. Kettle in the room. Inside the hotel there is a small shop with various Disney articles (postcards, keychains, pencils, sweatshirts, scarves, plush etc…). Great breakfast with lots of variety of choice. Try the delicious croissants (they are small) chocolate melt in the mouth. The hotel is equipped with a small underground pool and a small whirlpool.

I liked Dream Castle very much and we were satisfied with the staff, the service, the breakfast, the shuttle service. However I was very disappointed. We were a group of nine and we reserved two apartments. I cannot understand how you decided to place us on two levels and, on opposite sides of the hotel! We were a group and booked altogether. Why were we not given close apartments? It never occurred to me to request this as it was one reservation. If we failed to request, then you should have taken it upon yourselves to point that out and clear the matter. We were 3 adults (2 grand parents and a daughter) and 6 grandchildren. How could we enjoy our stay and spend time together when at the hotel? It was such a shame. The apartments were lovely but something had to be done. We could not allow an eight-year old girl go alone from one apartment to the other whenever she wished to share and have fun with the others. We asked for another apartment close to either of the ones you reserved for us but were told that it was not possible. Yes, you very kindly offered a family room which I admit was close enough to the apartment on floor 3. I had no alternative but to accept the offer. We decided to give up the apartment on floor 2. The family room was absolutely different and could not compare with the apartment we originally hoped to have. It did not live up to our expectations.

We booked this hotel to visit Disneyland Paris and we were very satisfied.
The staff is multilingual, in fact we were greeted by a nice young lady that gave every indication there for a pleasant stay.
The shuttle bus to the amusement park is free and frequent (every 10 minutes in the morning, then every 20 minutes) and passes just in front of the entrance.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Very disappointing! The pretty hotel but arriving end of day the ladies (3 wc) neither had toilet paper.
The buffet was pretty to the eye but no taste! We were two families of 2 adults and 2 children and never too bad ate! Really bad!
The gym — two bikes had buttons screens for the program so worn that it were impossible to put a program or manually manage levels.
Breakfast scrambled eggs were green/gray inside, the staff response "after a moment in the"shaefer dish" (these metal plates in the hotel to keep food warm) it is normal that it's getting this color"! Ah good! All the hotels in my life I've never seen it!

Everything perfect from the front room to the kitchen. We didn't partake of some services as we were always at the park but really wonderful structure. Thanks I think we will be back.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean' quiet area and rooms are spacious. We did not like: We came one day at 15:00 and the room was not cleaned yet. Not always we found towels at the pool. Plastic one way glasses in the bathroom!

A really nice Hotel with a great ambience, good food. The staff is very friendly, good location for visiting Disneyland and Paris.

The atmosphere at the hotel is relaxed, the personnel is always friendly and smiling (very important for all travellers, especially in that area) the room, facilities and amenities were excellent. Altogether a wonderful experience, too bad there's no real reason to visit the hotel apart from the vicinity to Disneyland. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay as we realised it's either the park or the shopping village we'll have to go to to be able to stay again. But we've already recommended the hotel to several families thinking of travelling to the park! Great job!

A stay is even more enjoyable when a warm atmosphere is created. A goal achieved, share the services offered, the joy of the team and sets. The outdoor setting with the Park, the trail, in the valleys of the val de marne is nice.
Spaces clear and spacious and cared for, as in the rooms.
Dream Castle respects the magic of DISNEY in the fact of the details that matter.
So perfect I would say simply see for relaxation spaces or everything is well provided, however lacks a jacuzzi because I could not enjoy it in cause of the few places.
Then a television format was again on the size of the room (but TV, really isn't important, to share the qualities listed above).

Everything was perfect and as well as the entire team of very very good singers when they gave me my birthday cakes. You have a very very good team always with a smile and your listening to change anything you are super bravo.

Would have liked a coin operated laundry room. Also, we were really confused with the card key slot to enable the electricity. We were not told about this, nor was there any signage indicating that's what you had to do. I figured it out by accident. Originally thought we had no power. ;) Had to leave the window open all the time because the heat wouldn't turn down. But the room was clean and comfortable, so we were happy. :) loved the free breakfast and shuttle to Disneyland. Would stay again.

The hotel was well built and spacious. Our room was excellant and very quite, we had great nights sleep. The breakfast was excellant and the long opening time was useful. The only downside was the price of food and drinks. You should provide a cheaper alternative.

Even if we see that the carpets have suffered and the decoration in the medieval style is fairly simplistic, we were delighted with our stay because the staff is really excellent: smile on faces, kindness, availability…
It is possible to walk to the back of the hotel and enjoy the path that circled the Lake to relax by walking.
We enjoyed the open buffet in the restaurant of the hotel which offers a choice sufficiently wide and well gustatively as on entries, dishes, desserts and cheeses.
It is also possible to eat and freshen up at the bar of the hotel, with a cosy library (which will delight the Pro-German with his many books in German) creating a cocoon that is conducive to peace, to dream, to the discussion according to our desire of the moment.
For those who arrive by car, there is parking which allows parking without worries. If like us you join the hotel from the RER station of Disney, whether on foot or by car, it's very quick and easy to access. With the bus 54 directly next to the RER station, the because you filed under the lobby covered directly in front of the hotel entrance: where I stand when you have suitcases!
You can always find fault, but the key is there for a pleasant stay and enjoy the quiet life.

Very good service at the reception, catastrophic service at the bar (sometimes over an hour waiting on drinks) that buffet should dinner be reconsidered: It is no 29.50 value quality and definitely from the selection here! Spa was very good. Fitness, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were completely satisfactory! The room was well cleaned, but quickly above all! So a word of praise for this! The show was very carefully worked out with your Princess: way to go! So the bottom line: Please necessarily look on your meal plan. It must be high really better. Also you should look after their staff in the bar really. It was very lustlus and was incredibly slow. We have waited over an hour for two cocktails. However, your service at the reception was terrific!

Great hotel and location. Really disappointed with evening meals that were cold every night and spoilt the experience. Also we were not provided with evening meal vouchers when we arrived resulting in us missing the first nights meal, this was resolved on the 2nd day.

The fantastic facilities. The staff works always and with a smile. The transportation to the park very well. The shows for children were also appreciated, although could be improved. The comfort of the hotel well, nobody put us restrictions. We will return! But try to improve certain aspects, you can not charge for a bottle of half a litre of water taken out of a machine in a corridor 3 €, and it is not acceptable to the quality of certain products on the buffet, you should improve the internet access and speed in the bar. The goodwill and kindness of the staff makes up my note up to 4, if they had not been 3 simple stars.

The hotel staff was friendly. The building is very well is nice. Access to the dining room is not the most advisable to go with babies or disabled chairs are all stairs.
Rooms clean, spacious and welcoming, although the cleaning service were a little heavy… They bothered us several times both in the morning and a late. Also we ate one day night in the room and the dirty tray was throughout the stay on the ground of l Hall. The buffet and the food are good.
There is a bus that takes you to Disney every 20 minutes.
Did not seem well you will get surprised when you register for charge you € 9 for non-resident and does not indicate what you before.

We went the 1st time at the dream castle a bit by accident and especially for the pool. And now this is the 3rd time we go back. This time for the quality of the service, the friendliness of the teams and the breakfast buffet lunch! But also because with every booking we have a discount on the stay and recently upgraded to a suite!
The hotel is very nice with its medieval deco and park view a true happiness. Very spacious rooms and products from the L'Occitane En Provence are perfect after the pool to find the soft skin and beautiful hair!
The pool is awesome, children and parents are having fun bcp. Essential.

Nice hotel, nice room, nice view and Nice. That said do not go for the spa, water very very cold, Jacuzzi heated, disappointed with the spa. I stay an hour and Jai then was in another spa to my course load so discouraged.

I selected this hotel because I thought my daughter would love the "castle" theme. She thought it was very special to stay here. My daughter especially loved all the games in the lobby. The room was clean and basic, which is what I expected at this price. Overall very happy with our stay. It was a good value, and a good location.

It is a very nice lodge, its facilities, however if you go to Disney you pay a lot for a 4 star hotel, the breakfast is disappointing, there wasn't much variety, to be a 4 star hotel, not ceo q would return, because for less than the price you'd get something very similar.

Class hotel! Rooms are very clean and super facility in a great location 5min away from the park.

If you could avoid it, do. Horrible hotel. First of all, rooms are old with worn out carpets. Then there's no hot shower water coming through. Made us set in towels freezing cold for an hour before giving us a new room, and guess what, the shower temperature control nob doesn't work this time! Dinner buffet looked good but taste shocking, bad! Then the reception staff said we have to buy dinner vouchers for €27.5 each when it clearly says included on our prepaid reservation letter. After that, she wrote wrong room number on dinner voucher, we got a 10 mins long education on the second night from the restaurant staff telling us how bad it was not being able to charge the €5 bottle of water to our room and asked us 10 times to pay for both days of water. Forgot to mention the service was shockingly slow, we were there for ages and nobody bothered to explain to us how things work; we had to stop someone in the ends. And there is no heating in the restaurant, because it's Sunday night, less guests were there so didn't bother having it on. Such tiny swimming pool for so many rooms. Full of parents chucking their kids around splashing everybody. 6 people jacuzzi always have about 20 heads in. No guards, no towel unless you bring them from you room. We were here in the winter, don't even dare to imagine how chaotic things would be in busy summer days! So again，nice on picture but shame in reality.

Clean, beautiful infrastructure. A little thematic decoration in the rooms. Quality care products. Nice attention to small. The breakfast was very nice.

I am used to staying at business 4-5 star hotels around the globe so this makes me kind of spoiled. Breakfast was a bit below standard for your star rating, scrambled eggs dry, bacon a bit raw.

A good experience. The park is not as far, and the shuttles are quickly there. Inside it's topic related and very nicely made. Service are good, and you have enough for the evening to sip a drink. Breakfast offer is good and they have suitable stuff for vegans like soy milk. The selection is big enough to fit all needs. The quality is good and the staff members are keep looking if you need something. Very nice. The rooms are relatively big (double room) and have a good interior. Including a safe for your documents. TV was not really set up in my room. A nice offer, at the time of my visit, is to send a greeting card from the hotel via email. Nice. So all in all a good experience and perfect for having a good stay at Disneyland Paris.

Great room for the price when compared to the city, but I wish we'd just stayed in the city and traveled to the park for the day. The pool has very weird rules. There's a bathing suit vending machine. Pretty sure they have the rules to just sell swim suits. The breakfast/dinner buffet was HORRIBLE. Avoid it at all costs. The bar has great but pricey food. Eat there.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel, we were very welcomed property. The room is well appointed, the children were delighted to have a curtain flush with the bunk bed, it made them a beautiful cabin.
We have tested and approved, the restaurant of musketeers (the food is varied and good), pool (water correct, we had read negative comments in this topic, so we were pleasantly surprised — is accessed with the entrance to the room card — the lockbox comes in handy), the shuttle for Disney provided from 6:20 until 23:45 leaves widely parks and the time to enjoy the Disney village the ride near the Lake and garden, the Disney Store located on the ground floor is handy because we obviously forgot a gift for a loved one. My wife to even buy a brush hair because she had forgotten hers at home. What to say to others, kindness and friendliness of the staff is to stressed. The luggage service is very significant.
The only small detail that does not bother us because we are not rendered in this hotel for it, is the Wi — Fi which rowed a little. In short, we will not hesitate there return or recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dream castle Hotel, the room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The only concern was the Wi-Fi signal, we were on the 4th. Floor and free Wi-Fi was not good at all, other than that we were very satisfied in all other aspects. We would come again in the near future.

Very nice Hotel. Of course, everything at Disneyland needs. The pool was ok. But the food that evening was incredibly expensive. The Breakfast on the other hand was awesome.

A swimming pool for you to relax from the stress of the park. Hire it for the park and stay a couple of more days for your account worthwhile.

Very nice Disney Hotel. Equipment and presentation of course, great for Disney Fans. In the off-season, prices are OK. High season prices are of course exaggerated!
