Thank you so much for an amazing holiday. Hotel was amazing the ambience is superb and the mini farm is something we were really looking forward to. Hotel is very clean and staff are super friendly. The food is exceptional good. Special thanks to all staff especially to Marina and Gabriel at the bar. They made our stay an even more memorable one. Looking forward to visiting you again.

Good hotel close to Disney. The staff is friendly and possibility to eat on site at the bar or chalet despite the closure of the restaurant during our stay.
A special message for the person in charge of the House Burger who was really very friendly and welcoming and who prepares us good burgers.

We were there last night. A quiet hotel, a warm welcome and nickel room. A very nice snack. We recommend.

Stay mid-August 2020
Very nice welcome but very disappointed by the room: no 2nd towel for hands, no tray of courtesy, flush that leaks all the time (punishable to sleep). A broken elevator and the restaurant closed in the middle of August, a bar that offers frozen snacks overpriced. I would like to think that the crisis has been there, but it is very worrying.
It is a pity that a hotel full in 1/5th (60 rooms occupied out of 300) does not guarantee the quality of its service and its 3 stars
After asking someone to cut off the water supply from the indelicate flush at 2:30 in the morning, the front desk then offered me after the night, another room for the 2nd night. Too bad the first room is always rented while waiting for the repair (non-recent problem I understood). After taking possession of the so-called room (evening for the 2nd night), we noticed that the sink leap was blocked, making the use of the sink impossible and that the cold water tap was broken. The management of this hotel is a vast sham.
I think I understand that I will not be coming back to this institution again. It's barely worth two stars.
To avoid except for the proximity of Disneyland.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel to go to Disneyland. Every time delighted. Super nice staff — clean — impeccable service. Even with the Covid19 no worries. Everything is arranged to feel comfortable. The hotel manages well ❤️

Dirty bathroom by the restaurant with not working taps — people leaving the bathroom without washing hands and going straight to the buffet. Wonder why I got sick and the management have not refunded the board not taken. Stinking and full of flies too.

Worst hotel ever stayed in, see my photos room was absolutely disgusting stubble on the dressing table, poo still in the toilet, muck around the toilet, stubble in the bathroom muck all over the bath, no bedding no curtain and the mirror was disgusting. My 9 yr old son said he would have rather slept in the car then our room. Glad we only had to put up with one night. The customer service we have received is quite frankly shocking, we stayed on the 18th September 2019 and am yet to receive a refund so stay at your own peril and be advised they don’t care about you they need to re-evaluate there customer service.

We visited here at the end of February with our 2 daughters. Our room was clean and well presented. Hotel staff were excellent and the hotel itself was lovely. My only complaint would be the food! I felt the food was a very poor standard and not enough choice. My youngest daughter didnt eat anything cooked for the duration of our stay. The selection was not child friendly at all and even me and my partner who arent fussy at all struggled! there was also a noise in our room every few minutes which sounded like the toilet being flushed. This noise went on all day and night.

Just got back after 2 nights in this hotel. Loved it very much! Beautiful hotel with lots of things to do for the children, perfect rooms and beds and friendly staff. Would love to visit again sometime.

Just back from a trip, stayed here excellent hotel loads to do staff very helpful and friendly and the shuttle so easy to use on and off in 10mins right at the heart of Disney highly recommend this hotel thanks for a lovely stay, merry Xmas xx.

Lovely hotel, room was perfect sizing for me and my sister. Food is lovely, evening meal was nice but pricey. A lot to choose from though, staff spoke English and the room staff made our beds everyday. Rooms are easy to find, lovely farm and playground for the younger children. Big enough restaurant and hotel, easy enough to get the magical express and shuttle busses from. Booked a ticket for the park at our hotel which was handy as this was our first time here. Busy enough hotel. Benches and chairs outside which are great for when it’s 25-30 degrees.

Lovely staff and nice to have a choice of continental and English breakfast, highly recommend this hotel.

Was a really nice hotel looked good from the out side and wasn’t disappointed at the inside either standards where good staff where helpful (most of the time)
there was a good selection of food although it tasted horrible…
was really good right until the end when we asked for a taxi service to the airport the guy called a service (there was 5 so we needed a mini cab really) and he said it was booked and would cost us £80 euros which we was happy to pay so we put it aside
when the taxi arrived we double checked the price and he said £100 euros and we told the man the hotel told us £80 he seemed confused and showed us a text that’s said 100 euros we only had 90 left so offered that the guy expected… when we got out at the airport we noticed that the taxi driver didn’t have any taxi signs or anything and we believe that it was the guys mate and one of the staff members made some money with he’s mate … we will never know it really annoyed us but what can you do… other than that really good holiday.

Everything was perfect, even before arriving to Disneyland, they answered all my questions very kindly, the room was very clean and the breakfast very good. The buffet dinner is sooo good! They have anything you can need, and there are a Disneyshop inside, a little park and lots of space for the children. Magical shuttle and disneyland shuttle arrive to the entrance and it’s very comfortable

My boyfriend and I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Breakfast is ok, but you don't have A lot of choice at the breakfastbuffet. Dinner is totally not ok! The pork was raw, stickey frites, pizza like rusk. This evening we went to the dinner buffet as Well, with 15 minutes we were finished because it was really really bad… Now we are going back to Disney for the Mc donalds because we are still hungry! The room is small but it looks fine. The bathroom is dirty, fungus is on the walls in the bathroom, the bath is broken, the toilet doesn't work. I'm sorry but it's not worth the money. The pendle bus showed us some other hotels (magic circus, Dream castle, B&B) this looks much better. Kyriad hotel never again.
